Clinton Blasts Anti-Islam Vid Blamed for Mideast Unrest: ‘Disgusting and Reprehensible’

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Thursday sharply condemned the anti-Islam video blamed at least in part for sparking deadly protests against American missions in the Arab world as “disgusting and reprehensible,” but said there was no justification for the violence.

“To us, to me personally, this video is disgusting and reprehensible. It appears to have a deeply cynical purpose: to denigrate a great religion and to provoke rage,” Clinton said. “But as I said yesterday there is no justification, none at all, for responding to this video with violence.”

Clinton said the U.S. government “had absolutely nothing to do with this video” and absolutely rejects it content and message. Still, she said the U.S. has a “long tradition of free expression” and “we do not stop individual citizens from expressing their views, no matter how distasteful they may be.”

“There should be no debate about the simple proposition that violence in response to speech is not acceptable,” Clinton said. “Violence we believe has no place in religion and is no way to honor religion.”

But as the president has said, Egypt is longstanding and close partner of the United States, and we have built on that foundation by supporting Egypt’s transition to democracy and working with the new government.”

  Clinton is saying what she does, of course, not only to placate the Muslim mobs around the world, but to make certain the ones already here in the millions don’t riot.

And since nothing on the planet or throughout the history of the planet has been more divisive than multiculturalism, it takes CONSTANT super-human effort and CONSTANT propaganda to try to prevent the whole mess from exploding into internecine warfare….as has been the case in every society that has tried “diversity” so far.
  
  Let Ms. Clinton try to convince the Chinese, Japanese and Koreans that they should import various tribal factions in order to be “stronger” through diversity, and they would roll around the floor laughing.
  
  They can see for themselves what a mess the “diversity-is-our-strength” propaganda has done…..and is doing…… to this country, and they know full well the US will eventually break up into smaller nation states.

  Whether Christians like it or not, for hundreds of years Christians killed innocent people and burned synagogs and other religiously significant places throughout Europe and the Middle East. The Crusades and the Inquisition were horribly violent times in Christianity’s past. And yet I would definately say that Christianity is a Great Religion. As for Islam, although it’s violence still happens in modern day as where Christianity has recovered from it’s violent past, Secretary Clinton was right to state that Islam is historically one of the great religions of the world that has over many, many years been a sacred religious tradition for millions of people. Very few religions of this world have been “great” in that way. She wasn’t making a personal statement about Islam.
  
  Sometimes I wonder if any of you have have ever heard of the word “diplomacy”. As a diplomat, Secretary Clinton doesn’t have the freedom to be hateful and culturally judgemental in her words. She is a true diplomat and I think handled the situation with total class.

Obama and his administration should be tried for war crimes. They have aided the enemy in the middle east and facilitated the murder of innocent Christians and Jews. Every death in the middle east should be attributed to Obama. Additionally, when Iran’s people stood up to overthrough the radical government, Obama did nothing. But when the radicals stood up to overthrough regimes friendly to Christians, Obama aided them. Now we have what we have thanks to this administration. This never happened under Bush (I am not a fan of Bush but at least he kept us safe).

Clinton should shut her mouth. The current administration has not lifted a finger to protect the religious values of Christians and Jews. As a Christian, I do not consider islam a religion. Additionally, it is apparent that these attacks on our embasy was planned weeks ahead. Blaming this catastrophe on the movie is just a distraction to take away the blame (which is well deserved) from our current administration.

  Obama, Hillary, and the Dems are all communists. They blame the victims. The act of storming an embassy isn’t bad, it’s the movie that supposedly led to the storming. In other words, it’s okay if cavemen can’t keep their inner rage in check and have to act out on their barbaric thoughts. That’s okay.

My God in Heaven! The muslim problem would be so easy to solve. We just find the monster with the most smarts and most balls in any given region, arm him to the teeth, and tell him if even one terrorist attack is launched against the western world whatever city he is in will be nuked. If we miss him we just keep glassing over major population centers until we get him. Crazy? We’d do it to nazis if they came back. We did it to the Japanese. But we choose suicide instead these days.

Caveat: If you’re to much of a &ussy to use nukes then use 20.000 lb bombs.
