DNC Delegates Define the Tea Party: ‘Backwards, Wack Job People’
Defining the Tea Party can be difficult for those that don’t understand it. But that didn’t stop DNC delegates from at least trying, and failing, to explain what the Tea Party movement is.
PatriotUpdate.com asked a number of delegates a simple question: “What is the Tea Party?” Their answers varied greatly, and many of them were wildly inaccurate.

Here are some of their answers:
- “Backwards, wack job people who really want to pass their morals on to everyone else, who don’t want government, who are greedy and don’t believe in helping the other person up.”
- “They’re uh, what is that, right-wing individuals, that just, uh, what is that, just screwing everything up.”
- “I think they drink a lot of tea and dance around, yell and scream.”
- “Have you seen members of the Tea Party? They’re sick.”
- “The Tea Party is a group of people who hate black people and they join them because they share equality in hatred.”

However, you are entirely incorrect. The Tea Party is doing a good job of holding the Republican’s feet to the fire over its own stated goals. And, I might add, when the election is held, you will be dining on crow for quite a while as the House will still belong to the Conservatives, the White House will belong to the Conservatives and at the very least, ground will be gained in the Senate. I truly wish JZS would join you in showing a classier side.

I am a part of the TEA Party, I am taxed enough already….period, no further agenda beyond that. I am college educated, I have a well paying job, I have never been arrested and I love my wife and children. My protest will be in the form of my vote, just as it was in 2010. TEA Parties do not set things on fire unless its used to cook BBQ on it. They do not litter, they pay taxes, they have jobs, they go to church. City streets are safe when a TEA Party demonstration happens. People are not raped, illegal drugs are not used, police cars are not defecated on.
The TEA Party is called names and disparaged by the left but they are not deterred nor discouraged. The left will cry, call names, wet their collective panties like a 3 year old. The adults voted in 2010 and will vote in 2012. There are many kindred spirits who feel they are taxed enough already and they vote. The left is terrified….their days are numbered. The winds of change are blowing…they will overwhelm and consume everything in their path. The left can twist and deny until November, after that they will be swept away like dust….

Knowing me, the first one in the family to go Tea, they knew it wasn’t racist, and no government, they knew government was to big and getting out of hand crazy, and we needed to get to our roots in the constitution.
