Remember That Anti-Obama Billboard in TX? It’s Now Been Turned Into a Bumper Sticker and a T-Shirt

In August, TheBlaze brought you the story of a controversial anti-Obama billboard in North Texas showing two men in camouflage with the message “The SEALs Removed One Threat to America | Remove the Other in November.” It is a message that appears to be catching on more than the man who paid for the billboard ever anticipated.

The message ties the Navy SEALs killing of Osama bin Laden to removing President Barack Obama from office in the November election.

The billboard was paid for by former Air Force mechanic TJ Schad, who says he was acting independently in posting it. Now, CBS out of Dallas-Fort Worth reports the message has gone viral on the Internet, on bumper stickers, and even some T-shirts:

Retired Marine Roger Herman has now taken the idea and made it his own, printing up one thousand bumper stickers. Tuesday night he said his initial order was already spoken for and he had several hundred new emails to answer. Schad himself, started making a few t-shirts for friends.

Watch the report:

Schad told CBS he has been “amazed” by the positive reaction to the billboard. But not everyone has received the message with such enthusiasm. According to CBS some criticize the ad for seeming to suggest violence against the president while others believe Obama himself deserves some credit for helping take out Osama bin Laden. Some have said the word “vote” needs to be added to the message as well.

“He needs to understand it’s a “we” — it’s a team effort,” Schad said. “He didn’t pull the trigger. The SEALs pulled the trigger.”

Overall, Schad said the point of the project “was just to get people to think and evidently we’ve accomplished that mission.” He said he has been contacted from individuals in Tennessee, Oklahoma and San Diego.

As for the billboard, it will remain standing on I-35 through the election season.

  I’m not so sure Obama can be removed with a straight up vote. You know he’s go some sneaky stuff up his sleeves. Him and Holder are going to do everything they can to make sure Obama gets 4 more years. Batten down the hatches and get prepared:

If I cant, I will find out how. 2 is how many trucks I own. No, maybe I will get four. I have two socialist neighbors. I will scotch tape them to their bumpers for a joke.   Take a screen shot of the sign to a printer. They can probably blow it up to a larger size than a normal color printer can. That is, IF they aren’t Obamabots.

Around here…you would be shot for displaying this on your bumper. Trust me, you would upset the jungle if this got out. I’m scared to put an empty chair in front of my home. Until I can afford an AK-47 would I attempt to ride around in rural Virginia with this bumpter sticker. I’d need a tank, Marines, full body vest, and then it may not be enough.. Too many Obama signs popping up all around me!!!!! It’s truly disgusting!
Bascially I live around a bunch of die hard democrats that would rather shoot you then look at our. They proudly wear their Obama Tee’s, hats, and dare you to say anything negative about him.
This isn’t the America it used to be. Too much crime, violence, and unfortunately, money isn’t flowing out of SUV’s in the streets….as in California….

  Not sure what you mean about “money flowing out of SUVs into the streets as in California”. Here in the Great Socialist State of Kalifornia, the state runs annual $20B deficits even though the state constitution prohibits that. Fancy accounting by the Demoncrats (they’ve run the state legislature for over 40 years) is always papering over the real deficit with tricks and outright lies. This year they plugged in somewhere north of $2B on expected Facebook stock profits. I ask you, who creates a budget based on stock option profit guesses? Now they’re scrambling like roaches as they do every year because the budget (due on june 30th) starts to fall apart on July 1st.
  
  And while Moonbeam Jerry Brown is calling for both income and sales tax increases on the Nov ballot, we seem to have enough to build a $65B (probably $200B before it’s done) bullet train from LA to SF/Sacramento. No ridership or real use, but we’ll have one!

1. Police prove birth certificate & selective service registration fraudulent.

4. Indonesian citizenship after adoption.
5. Multiple aliases.
6. Stolen CT SS#.

Demand Congress depose and prosecute Obama and his co-conspirators! Any politician or judge refusing this duty in violation of their oath of office, must also be regarded as a co-conspirator and similarly deposed or voted out of office.

  Can’t claim to be lifelong but 35 years of my life have been in Texas and I am very proud of every year I am here. I cried when I drove across the state line moving back to Texas from California.. yes, I did CA for 5 years… it was a nice place to visit…
  
  Born in FL, spent quite a few years in TN, lived 5 years in CA but TX gives a sense of pride like no other… very similar to the pride I feel in being a citizen of the U.S.A. You don’t have to be born in Texas to become a Texan… what a great place.
