U.S. Consulate in Sydney Sees Riots Allegedly Over Anti Muslim YouTube Video

After the violent clashes in the Middle East last week where several Americans– including the U.S. Ambassador to Libya– were killed, Muslims in Australia have begun to riot as well.

Allegedly protesting an anti-Muslim film, the protesters took to the streets in Sydney with signs that read, “behead all those who insult the prophet” and “down, down USA.”

The Australian writes:

Capsicum spray was fired, leaving faces red and inflamed, while one man was seen being dragged along the ground with blood dripping down his face.

Superintendent Mark Walton later said he believed some people went to the protest “armed”, with a view to cause damage and assault police.

“The group was unorganised and clearly split into factions, being some there to express their concerns from their community perspective,” he said.

“However, there were other elements … who were clearly here with another intent.

“They were aggressive and violent at times and came into contact with police.”

One man explained: “The prophet is more beloved then my family, my wife, my mother and myself. So if someone says this, you can see how upsetting it is.”

Prime Minister Julia Gillard released a statement: “Violent protest is never acceptable – not today, not ever.”

NSW Premier Barry O’Farrell remarked: “The right to protest comes with an equal responsibility to do so peacefully…That responsibility has been comprehensively ignored today.”

If there was a right wing which she insisted there was would there also be a left wing? She and Bill Clinton brought the IRFA into congress and she now controls the pocketbook of our money and the UN is involved with both. This is about the freedom of speach, and about controlling the internet. The right to Protest is a right. The right to Free Speech is a right too. The right to riot and commit violence is NOT a right.

These countries NEED to take a strong look at the Radical Elements with in their society. They immigrate to another country, and bring their baggage with them. If things are so greate, why did you immigrate to begin with???

Immigrants are SUPPOSE to intergrate into the society they immigrated into. NOT change their new country to the one they left!!!

  Christianity has been dragged through the centuries kicking and screaming by secularists trying to make them less insane.
  
  Christians were once just as bloody as Islam, they just didn’t have 21st century weapons to prove how peaceful they were.
  
  Recently, a guy stole a Jesus wafer from a Catholic ceremony and posted the video online that he was going to destroy it. He received tons of death threats and Christians in America not only “peacefully protest” but also pass laws to force non Christians to abide by what Christians think are biblical law.
  
  I can’t turn on the TV without hearing about Jesus. I can’t pledge allegiance to the flag, without having the word “God” thrown in there(not added until the 50s). I can’t have a motto for my country that doesn’t involve the word “God”(again, wasn’t added until the 50s).
  
  For how “personal” this so called “relationship” with Jesus is, I sure hear about it a lot and people are offended if I don’t respect their delusions.

  Not sure the Westboro types are a significant representative sample that one could say is indicative of all or even many Christians. This type of behavior reported from Australia is representative of a large swath of the Islamic world.
  More religions than just Christianity exist in the world (oh, and U.S.) and identify marriage as betwixt male and female. And not all of us standing against this nihilistic drive (i.e., to redefine marriage) are particulary religious.
  At what Chik-Fil-A was there express violence? Oh, the one relatively near me in Martinsburg, WV. Yeah, someone called in a bomb threat so there would be no customers on the day folks wanted to show their support to the company. That’ll show ‘em! Where did folks call for beheadings?

I find it interesting that these riots are spreading all over but they have not come to America. Who’s ordering the Muslims to stand down here in the States and why?

The child holding the sign that says * behead all those that insult the prophet* is the saddest commentary of what Islam is. They teach their children to hate from the cradle. The baby in the stroller will never learn what love is as his parent’s are so full of hatred.

One last thought…….If I never saw a Muslim **** lifted in the air again in my lifetime I would be a happy woman.

  Not wishing to nitpick… the Pagan Romans deemed the “new people who followed Christ”, i.e. the first Christians, to be atheist (as they wouldn’t bow down to the Roman gods). So therefore the Christians were the first “atheists’.
  
  Ps. How lovely it must have been to been offered the choice to be a slave or death or both.
  
  I’ll go with Christ who offers freedom and salvation and eternal life. You can have your enslavement to Islam and hell if you so choose. Thank God, I, along with other believers in Christ and the Father Creator are just visitors in this world. Just passing through.
