College Professor Sharon Sweet on Leave After Making Students Sign Obama Pledge

A college professor at Brevard Community College (BCC) in Cocoa, Fla. has been placed on leave after she allegedly required her class to sign a pledge to vote for President Barack Obama “and Democrats up and down the ticket.

Campus Reform reports that professor Sharon Sweet at BCC allegedly told students to sign a pledge that states: “I pledge to vote for President Obama and Democrats up and down the ticket.”

The pledge came from “GottaVote.org,” a website paid for by the Obama campaign.

The Leadership Institute’s Campus Reform has more:

University administrators said they learned about the incident late Thursday afternoon and launched an investigation, after they received a phone call from a concerned parent.

“Based on the allegations, Associate Professor Sweet has requested, and been granted, a leave of absence without pay effective immediately,” reads a statement put out by John Glisch, Associate Vice President for Communications at BCC.

“The college will continue its investigation into the matter, which will include interviews with all students in her class,” continues the statement.

In addition to being inappropriate action in the classroom, Sweet’s pledge requirement may have also violated Florida election law.

Section 104.31, of Title IX in chapter 104, states that “no officer or employee of the state… shall… use his or her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with an election or nomination of officer or influencing another person’s vote or affecting the result thereof.”

We have raised several generations of feral human beings (remember the waitress-glass-throwing incident?) since the “War on Poverty” started in the LBJ years; we should expect more of the same and worse.

What good does it do when democrats fill every government job since 1990. The only way is to get them to leave the country for France or Spain Sweeden or any other socialist/communist/Marxist country you can think of. They all seem to want to tear down America and strip all rich people of their money and give it to each other. What then? Who will be left to make money for them to take. Then you will see the cannibal society implode upon itself. God help America.

I give the parent a lot of credit for having a “spine” and stand up for what is right !!!!!! Without the parent informing authorities, this would have gone unnoticed and that “teacher” would not have been caught spreading her venom !!!!!! Disgusting, indeed !!!!

Placing her on leave is exactly the right thing to do until they can determine whether she did what she is alleged to have done. If it’s found that she ostensibly did as described, she should be fired and prosecuted if it does indeed violate FL election law.

Those kids signed a pledge to vote for Obama. So if they have any honor they better vote for him; even if they were not in the first place. A pledge is an Oath. you break a pledge you break an Oath. This is a pretty serious one at that. They just didn’t verbally agree to this they signed it, they doubled down. You better keep your Oath and Vote for Obama.

If this country gets torn apart at least we will know where you stand and who you stand with because the way I look at it, is it is my Morals and Values against your Ideology and Principles. Anyone that does not vote for Obama will have a gold star attached to their forehead by the end of his term.

I personally feel that Obama should get re-elected (no I am not voting for him, you think I’m stoopid?). If 47 percent of the country is still voting for Obama, than obviously they have no Idea how bad it is going to be if he is elected again. The only thing they have left to take is my life, which I am willing to give, because I don’t want to live in that world. You guys can have it after I am gone.

Always amazes me that professors are such strong supporters of social facists when, along with people of Jewish decent, they are the first to be liquidated. It will be interesting, if Obama is elected to a second term by these morons, to see whom he choses to send to the Gulag first. Once elected to his last term he will have no more use for Jews or Hispanics, but will he also turn on this faculity lounge buddies and his half black brothers to stay in power? He has already shown his distain for the constitution and his willingness to dictate through the use of executive orders, so drones line up for Obama before the free ride is over for everyone but the Obamas and their chosen cronies..

The bigger question here is, how many OTHER teachers, not only this school, but across the country, had this type of CRAPOLA going on? This to me, is typical for the liberal class in America! My problem here is the fact that these kids, are being subjected to Dem propaganda, and not being able to distinguish the truth any more! This so-called teacher should NEVER be allowed to talk to students without supervision, PERIOD! She just lost her RIGHT to be a teacher ! Antone who thinks this is too harsh, needs to WAKE THE HELL UP, as to what the libs are all about! The indoctrination of the students to THEIR way of thinking is undermining the basis of what America is all about! FREEDOM OF ALL TO SPEAK! Not just one side or the other! Man this ****** me off like NOTHING else! I dont care what your political beliefs are, just keep them to yourself, when you are teaching young minds!
