Yesterday, TheBlaze uncovered that there was a large gap in the supposedly “complete” video of Mitt Romney’s illegally taped fundraiser. David Corn, the Washington bureau chief of Mother Jones, was forced to admit that the video was a missing “one or two minutes.”

This admission was critical, particularly based on the site’s fanfare in releasing the alleged “raw, unedited” video. The discovery prompted many to speculate what is in the missing minutes of the tape and began the creation of #missing2min hashtag on twitter. The hashtag remains popular as the twitter hive speculation has taken up the buzz,offering their often hilarious suggestions on what is really in the missing two minutes:

The missing 2 min were probably Romney giving the statistics that back up his statements. The Liberal snoop edited that out so he’d get more hits on Youtube. That failed until the Obama “Smear Romney Search Team” finally picked up on it. Then the Dems with Bi lines (a.k.a. the MSM) reported it.

  @ Soy – let’s test your Algebra skills with a little word problem. It is 2012. Romney has been running for and or elected to office for 8 of the past 12 years. As required, he has released 2 years of tax returns for all those years, how many tax returns have been released over the 12 year period?

  I believe he has released 2 years worth of returns. It is important to note that when they say past presidents have released more years, that is because they release their returns WHILE they are president NOT 10 years before. Apples to Apples my friend.
