Report: Probe of Secret Service Prostitution Scandal May Implicate White House Staffers

A yet-to-be-released government report about the Secret Service prostitution scandal that erupted in April may implicate two White House staffers, potentially throwing cold water on the administration’s prior assertion that there was no indication that anyone from the White House was involved, Fox News reported.

Citing “multiple law enforcement and congressional sources,” Fox reported that investigators from the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Inspector General have discovered that two White House advance staffers also checked into their Cartagena, Colombia hotel with prostitutes ahead of President Barack Obama’s visit. A total of 13 Secret Service agents were investigated for their alleged involvement with prostitutes.

“Three U.S. delegation members that stayed at the Hilton brought prostitutes back as overnight guests. One of them was ours [Secret Service] and the other two were White House staffers,” a Secret Service official told Fox. “We knew very early that White House staffers were involved.”

Twelve of the 13 agents investigated stayed at the El Caribe hotel, while the remaining agent had a room at the Hilton, where Obama and the White House advance team also stayed, according to Fox.

Officials in the inspector general’s office said this week the report would be submitted in the coming days, after it was originally expected by July 2. According to Fox, the more than two-month delay has prompted speculation the report is being altered to cover up the roles of some of those involved.

Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine) and Joseph Lieberman (I-Conn.) of the Senate Homeland Security Committee last week sent a letter inquiring about the report’s status; a congressional source told Fox the committee staff is eager to see the report because it “includes information that two members of the White House advance team had prostitutes overnight.”

“The committee wants to know if White House staff engaged in improper conduct in Cartagena, which the White House previously denied,” the source said. Among the questions the letter asked was whether any changes were made to the report as a result of comments from the Secret Service or the Department of Homeland Security.

A spokesman with the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Inspector General denied Tuesday that the report was being deliberately held up, telling Fox the office was “in the final stages of preparing it” and that Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano would be briefed about it in the “next few days” and congressional lawmakers after that.

The White House did not comment to Fox about the matter.

Back in April, Glenn Beck questioned whether anyone from the White House had been involved in the scandal, telling rocker Ted Nugent to ask the Secret Service if there was “anybody from the White House that was involved with hookers down in Colombia?

“I just find this fascinating, no one seems to be asking the question — and there wouldn’t be a cover up going on at all — was there anyone from the White House or was the White House the only ones that were perfectly crystal, pure as the driven snow, pure?” Beck asked

  Sweet Old Barack will have about 110 days in office after he loses on Nov 6. Imagine the damage he can do in that amount of time. He can pardon all his terrorist/criminal buddies, he can release the prisoners from Gitmo. He can (and most certainly will) pardon all his Czars and other buddies befored they are indicted.
  He can use his “Executive Orders” to cause problems for the new administration and to force laws on all of us. (gun control, pardons and citizenship for illegal aliens). He can start IRS investigations of anyone that opposed his reelection.
  Scariest of all he can have his buddies Jackson and Rev Al incite their followers and Shabaz and Farrakhan to activate their followers to riot, giving his an excuse for Martial law. Thats his excuse to make himself King and Prsident for life.

  It’s an incentive system to turn your head and not see a lot of important things. There was the union head that came twice a week, Van Jones and Obamas boyfriend and a lot of other people he met with. He had to brink in some hookers to get Bill Clinton back on his side. Sadly if people had paid attention back in April this would have been known and made clear then. Lets see, Beck & others in April instead chose to ignore reports which were based on confirmed statements from the US Secret Service because they didn’t like the person who got the story. Why would this happen? — Because it is a great excuse to remove and then replace obama loyalists who will protect obama in the event of an illegal takeover/coup of our Government. This is standard alinsky technique for wolf in sheep’s clothing politics…. A thorough background check and hiring dates would be in order. Who of these are Union loyalists who magically infiltrated the secret service since 2008? We all know what obama is really up to- this fits the program to a T. Let me translate this for everyone “…..on the administration’s prior assertion that there was no indication that anyone from the White House was involved, Fox News reported.” = there was no indication (that we had left any paper trail or witnesses for the lame stream media to find) that anyone from the WH was involved (now we are leaving it unsaid that technically the white house was burned to the ground in 1812 so what stands today isn’t really the WH as it was originally built and named and since the wing that the offices are in wasnot part of the original WH, we are not lying when we say no one from the WH)…..

  LOL – I would caution about the Term Limit idea. We already have term limits – the problem is the citizens don’t use it come election time
  
  I live in a city that adopted term limits. The problem we see now is that there are no holds barred in the last year in office (think the lame duck session from Nov to Jan in a Pres election)
  
  Term Limits remove any bargaining power the citizens have in withholding re-election. One of the most powerful deterrents is re-election. Take away the need to be re-elected and the evil of a politician (think what will happen in the 10 wks between Obama leaving office or what Obama will do in the next 4 yrs if he doesn’t have to worry about re-election)
  
  Do not under-estimate the thoughtfulness of our founders. They were so far beyond most of us now it is sad. They though about all of this. Repeal the 16th and the 17th amendments and we will see rapid recovery and restoration

Okay. Check all the foreign countries Obama’s party has been to and start talking to their polititians, media, hotel maids, high price hookers, cooks, valets, you name it. Before the scandal mags get there first. This could cause an explosion of exposure. It will have to do us until the tell-all books come out after the Obamas pack their U-haul.

  Even disregarding the foreign agents people who use prostitutes might be open to graft. To get a really nice ****** you need money. It is not exactly cheap.
