Joe Biden on College Cheerleaders: ‘The Stuff They Do on Hard Wood, It Blows My Mind’

Vice President Joe Biden has a lot of respect for college cheerleaders. In fact, he said they are “the best athletes in college” during a campaign stop on Friday.

However, Biden, as he has become famous for doing, made an extremely awkward statement to get his point across while trying to compliment to a group of high school cheerleaders at Newport High School in Newport, N.H.

“He cradled a football under his arm as he spoke” to about 100 students “waiting for him in a semi-circle,” the pool report reads, written by The New York Times’ Trip Gabriel.

After asking which sports teams were represented in the crowd, “football, soccer, lacrosse and cross-country. Any others? He asked.”

“Cheerleaders,” a group of girls shouted, the pool report states.

“Guess what, the cheerleaders in college are the best athletes in college,’’ Biden told them. “You think, I’m joking, they’re almost all gymnasts, the stuff they do on hard wood, it blows my mind.’’

Unfortunately, no video of the remarks was readily available.

When Joe mentions his ” mind,” you know there is deep wisdom and politicking to follow . But am sure he is happy about his fate – he didn’t get thrown under the Obama Ground Force One bus . Joe needs to thank Palin for that one .

This guys such a moronic drunk I just can’t take another 3 months of this ObamaBinBiden comedy team, the only problem with their humor is it’s at our expense and the world including blood-lusting Muslims smell blood in the water and you can bet an epic terror attack is on the horizon and will likely be launched against the nation no matter who’s elected in Nov. I can just feel it

As we all know well, this country is off the rails like never before and I am beginning to believe it may never ever be its self again. Third world dump we’re just 6 months away from in all estimates and I can tell you with a father and brother who are both ”Romney rich” investment bankers, if Obama wins this election by thief or ballot box, the nation will hit a helllstorm we never dreamed of for anyone not independently wealthy.   There is no one in Congress with the courage to do anything about Barry, no matter what he does he is impeachment proof.
  
  If he wins a second term and Congress is controlled by Republicans, both House and Senate….still no chance of impeachment.
  
  Why? Because both the Republicans and Democrats knowingly assisted in getting a known illegible candidate on the ballot and elected in 2008. If Congress tried to impeach Obama they risk revealing the truth about their complicity in the “biggest hoax in American history, (thank you Clint Eastwood).
  
  For that reason more than any other, Congress will never impeach Obama……it’s more to protect themselves than to protect Obama.The thought of prison time is a great motivator to continue the cover-up for as long as possible.

Joe Biden has a great sense of humor, Obama made the right decision by not replacing him as the Vice President. People on this site make fun of Biden but you all underestimate his true intelligence, he helped to restore enthusiasm for the Democratic Party. Biden will also surprise all of you in the VP debate, Paul Ryan will have a lot of trouble in that debate.

  Now to address your Clinton statement. We can blame the collapse of the economy on previous acts. But you need to be intellectually honest and look for the root of the weed. GW was no friend to conservatives in a lot of areas. But it was not all his fault. It takes legislation (unless you are Obama who acts outside of the Constitution) to pass bills that are ultimately signed by the President. Then you need to identify the specific bills and changes throughout history. A couple of examples are during Johnson’s term the SS trust was placed into the general fund. Another example would be to follow the bouncing ball that is the CRA. Your guy Clinton had a field day placing that thing on steroids not to mention Chris Dodd and Barney Frank.
  
  Be intellectually honest with yourself at least. Otherwise you will regret your party loyalty when the truth hits you square.

  Now onto your “tax cut” claim. Obama artificially cut payroll taxes. You do know that payroll taxes are taxes for SS/Medicare/Medicaid? In order to offset the cut Obama will have to borrow money from another lender to re-fund the missing money. He also has no claim to say he did anything on the “Bush tax cuts” as he was forced to sign the extension and is again playing chicken with it.

  I do not know your age but I am guessing you were not born or not awake during Reagan’s first term. He got the job done in short order with an arguably worse situation. It can be done and a person that has a successful track record in turnarounds is the perfect person for the time.   Cut taxes? He and the Congress have added nearly $6 Trillion in debt. Even at 0% interest, that’s over $19,000 per capita.

I had a friend who ran a restaurant at one of the finer hotels in Washington DC about 8 years ago.

Here’s a little anecdote of his experience:

Middle Class Joe’s wife has a strange aversion. She refused food from male waiters whose hands had hair on them. Seriously. Literally. If a male waiter touched her plate and his hands were not shaved, she would send the food back. It was a very professional place, the waiters were properly trained in how to hold a plate, they weren’t sticking their hands in her food or plucking their fist hairs over it…

It always struck me a very strange…

Does Joe Biden shave his hands?
Someone should check that out…

  I will be RELIEVED when he’s no long veep. I dread hearing his latest idiotic utterance that’s made the news. America deserves better than to have this CLOWN as vice president.
