‘Electrical Fire’ Forces Plane Carrying Ann Romney to Make Emergency Landing in Denver

The campaign plane carrying Ann Romney, the wife of Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, was forced to make an emergency landing in Denver at around 2:30 p.m. Friday afternoon after the plane filled with smoke, the Romney campaign reported on Twitter.

An apparent electrical fire forced the detour on the flight from Omaha, Neb., to Los Angeles, campaign spokeswoman Andrea Saul said. The candidate and his wife spoke immediately after the incident, said Saul, who shared photographs on Twitter of firefighters boarding the private jet.

Rick Gorka, a spokesman traveling with Mitt Romney, said Mrs. Romney told her husband that everyone was fine.

Secret Service spokesman Max Milien in Washington said there were no injuries on the plane and everyone deplaned after the 2:25 p.m. local time landing. He declined to provide other details.

Firemen reportedly rushed the plane as soon as it landed. Saul posted the following picture via Twitter:

Romney was in Nevada, appearing at a fundraiser and rally on Friday. He did not mention the incident during a rally, but aides said he spoke to his wife from a car on the way to the event.

I have been worried about harm braught on the Romney Family by the Obama’s. Next is the question of how does anyone think We Will get to Vote or get a Fair Count? How is all this corruption going to be fought off so all the votes will matter. How can we make sure Obama does not create chaos to keep there from being a vote.

  It’s probably only fifty posts because there’s no opinion to debate. Electrical fire, plane landed safely, everyone’s ok, end of story. Anything further is pure conjecture and has no reasonable way to debate it.
  
  As for the censoring, if your accusations were true, they would remove your last post as well.
  
  Do you see that little red link in the bottom right corner of each post? It’s there for when people make comments that are grossly inappropriate for what is supposed to be a family-friendly site. If you make a comment that leaves all who view it wanting to give their eyeballs a good scrubbing with bleach and a cheese-grater, don’t be surprised if it gets removed.   There are not enough posts like this one on here. Do people really think Breitbart was not whacked? Not saying he WAS, but I’m sure not thinking there’s not way her couldn’t have been. My first thought with these people running the country, killing American citizens with drones (not that I actually minded that one . . .), using the DOJ to investigate Sheriff Joe for nothing, running guns, etc., what would stop them from taking a half-a$$ed shot at anyone from the opposing candidate’s side? Remember that story about the guy who was whacked in the local DNC office after getting a wad of notarized signatures for Hillary . . . right before Hillary conceded to Barry in the last primary? No reason at this point to say the smoke on the plane WAS anything for sure, but how could people not think it might have been something other than an accident? At least you have to wonder if it couldn’t be a message, a shot across Romney’s bow (you know, “We’re not kidding around; this is for keeping control of the driver’s seat of the Free World . . .”). The Mormon religion teaches its members to pay tithing. If you’ve been following today’s news, Mitt paid millions in tithing because God asks us to. God promises those who pay tithing will be blessed with much, much more than they give…their vats will be overflowing. I see Mitt as a man who serves God, the same God you and I serve. Everything he does is in secret…no bragging, no pats on the back needed. His giving is part of his life, and he does it without fanfare. And, when Mitt bows before God, I believe he will hear “well done, good and faithful servant.”

In the early church–the people sold what they had, and brought the money and laid it at the apostle’s feet.So do it, if you think Mitt is a holy man of God.
  
  As told at the beginning of Acts chapter 5 Ananias and Sapphira, following Barnabas’ example but not willing to give all, also sold their land but withheld a portion of the sales. Ananias presented his donation to Peter claiming that it was the entire amount. Peter replied,
  
  “Why is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit?” Peter pointed out that Ananias was in control of the money and could give or keep it as he saw fit, but that he had withheld it from Peter and lied about it, and stated that Ananias had not only lied to Peter, but also to God.
  
  Ananias died on the spot and was carried out. As a result, everyone who heard the incident feared the Lord. Three hours after Ananias’ death his wife told the same lie and also fell dead.

  Christ calls us to be charitable, but he also says that “the poor will always be with you.” If we all gave everything we have to the poor, we would have a world full of poor people with nobody in a position to look after them anymore.
  
  If, however, we give everything over to God, He will direct us how to use it in ways that benefit everyone. That may or may not involve giving directly to the church or to the poor. It might also mean going and starting a business that will provide jobs for some of the poor and useful services for everyone.
  
  If you’re going to take an old-testament view of the bible, go talk to a rabbi. You’ll find that a lot of it doesn’t mean what you think it means due to you not knowing Jewish culture. ;)

Would have been the end if Ann had gone down, that would have been terrible. What a wonderful woman she is. I would keep extra private guards watching those plains with this commies trying to hold the fort. I certainly wouldn’t put it past them, just as I don’t put what happened in the middle east past them. Funny thing, I don’t think the middle east burning has quite the effect these people thought they would…. That is why they let our poor ambassador die, they have no problem taking one person’s life for the benefit of the whole. GO ask those academic researcher intellectual elitist what they think.
