The Spanish-language network Univision recently took President Barack Obama to task with tough questions regarding how he has handled the controversy surrounding the Operation Fast & Furious investigation and Attorney General Eric Holder’s job performance, as the Inspector General just released the long awaited report on the botched gun-trafficking operation and its connection to the Justice Department. While the court cleared Holder of having any personal knowledge of the operation prior to the investigation, the Attorney General did receive weekly reports that mentioned Operation Fast & Furious, and his top assistants and the leadership of the Criminal Division failed to alert him to significant information about or flaws in the operation and investigation.
On Friday, John Malcolm of The Heritage Foundation joined Andrew Wilkow on TheBlaze TV to discuss the report from the Justice Department’s internal investigators, and how Holder stands now:

Oct. 1, 2012 at 11:54pmpjmedia (hat tip to link on Mark Levin) also mentions operation castaway (honduras, colombia, venezuela )gun ops and suspected connections to domestic street gangs in chicago and indiana; Sen Cornyn investigating… the obamabot’s civilian army??? they should all be tried, then sent to mexico for trial there. period. citizens of mexico are no more deserving of this than are we and they lost an agent as well. those birthday party attendees were high school/college students and this thing keeps getting uglier by the day. holder didn’t know? bullcr@p. this regime is pure, undistilled evil. will congress do anything ? some are trying…blitz the h*ll out of them with calls/emails and see if they’ll listen; I called them again today; white house operators didn’t sound too cheerful; this was late afternoon; don’t think they had a good day today. we cannot let any of this rest.

Sep. 23, 2012 at 8:48pmWhen you lie thru your teeth to save your azz, you have no moral values and if anybody should have moral values it should be our attorney general. unfortunately this whole administration has no values, just win at all costs. Richard Nixon stepped down over his knowledge of a bungled burglary. At the time I thought it was justified, however after what this administration has gotten away with it pales in comparison.

Sep. 23, 2012 at 7:17amI thought the head of a large firm like Holder is he should have briefings on the cases being looked over and evaluated. Good night, 14 or 18 involved and he knew nothing. Scary. Sounds like obama and his briefings. Nonexistent.

Sep. 22, 2012 at 5:59pmUnder Fast and Furious, this administration has been supplying the guns that have killed many people south of the Rio Grande. Yet Barack and his media cohort have been saying that Rommey does not like Lations and wants to harm them. So my question for the Latino voters is this: What is it going to be? Another Fast and Furious unleashed by the re-elected Obama on the Mexicans and other Hispanics with the goal of killing our Second Amemd. or, attempt to formulate another coherent immigration policy by electing Romney-Ryan, and this time with teeth, like Reagan did (does anybody remember that the Reagan and the GOP did provide amnesty?).

Sep. 22, 2012 at 11:22amThe people I talk to, in Border Patrol sure do not agree.
Holder got people murdered, the White House did not release anything that was incriminating, it was either redacted, blacked out or Executive Privilege was used.
Won’t matter though, in the end we will learn the truth, and history won’t forget they are evil, they can attempt to hide it, but eventually we will find out. Our Grandchildren hopefully will learn the truth, and never repeat the mistakes we made putting these evil men in charge.

Sep. 22, 2012 at 3:15amI watched the AIM Conference today…it was streaming live from 8-4 cdt via http://www.aim.org and Katie Pavlich was there and said although the Michael Horowitz was the Inspector General the bulk of the work was done by a Cynthia Snyder a close personal friend of Holders since the 90′s and as was NEVER done before the report was allowed to be looked over by all involved and EDITED. Also, Kevin O’Reilly who worked in the WH and was involved with sending e-mails about F&F back and forth to justice could not testify because he was suddenly sent to Iraq. She said Rep. Issa is going to continue investigation because some new details have come out of the report. There is still the civil contempt suit proceeding as is the executive order/abuse of power. The reason for F&F was “gun control” laws, specifically “long gun reporting measure” which is now in effect in AZ. In a related article I read that the reason all the those different government agencies are ordering millions of bullets is that the manufacturers will have to retool to produce all this ammo and will need loans to retool. Then if the government cancels the orders…oh well, they will have to go out of business or the government will take them over. No Bullets…what good are guns. They will not stop until they destroy the 2nd amendment…It is the goal of the United Nations…Obama’s orders are disarm Americans. 40 days of prayer begins the 28th. We need to Praise God for our Constitution and Romeny/Ryan2012

Sep. 22, 2012 at 5:29amYeah, the IG report is a whitewash job. Holder and Obama are fully responsible for those guns being in the cartel’s hands and directly responsible for the deaths they caused.
Even if here on Earth Obama and Holder are not held accountable and pay for their crimes, I sure wouldn’t want to be in their shoes when they must face God after they die.
I picture that scene from the movie “Ghost” with Patrick Swayze when the bad guy dies, and the dark Satanic spirits gather from the shadows to drag him to his dark fate in Hades.

Sep. 21, 2012 at 10:21pmHe was never going to be near the hook… Internal investigations shield top brass. If there was nothing holder needed to worry about, why did the white house, this ‘most ethical and transparent administration ever,’ seal as presidentially protected files that weren’t ever discussed in obaa’s presence?!
Someday, when a free and thinking press is looking at the wreck of America, they will shake their heads and be sad about what politicians did to their own country, band horrified that their brethren went along with it blindly and eagerly

Sep. 21, 2012 at 10:00pmHe shouldn’t be off the hook. Everybody knows the top dog, the head honcho, the director, the president, whoever is at the top of the department is responsible for everything that happens under his watch. So his claims that he didn’t know about it means he is either a complete imbecile or he’s a corrupt liar. In either case he needs to resign or be removed from office. Neither is going to happen. This whole administration can get away with murder.
