Jewish Dem. Assemblyman Furious With Obama Admin. Over Israel ‘Ally’ Remarks, Treatment of Netanyahu

During a Monday appearance on “Your World With Neil Cavuto,” New York State Assemblyman Dov Hikind (D) harshly criticized the Obama administration for its handling of the Mideast crisis and its treatment of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

“It’s incomprehensible. First of all, the remark about ‘noise,’” Hikind said in reference to President Obama calling Israel’s concern over a nuclear Iran “noise.”

“Israel is a country that is being threatened — its very existence. Iran says ‘we’re going to wipe Israel off the map.’ This is not about some economic issues with regard to Israel. This is the very survival of the people of Israel,” he added.

Hikind continued his defense of Israel.

“And we the Jewish people, you know, we have a little experience with those who threaten to annihilate us. The last person who threatened [us], sadly, did very well,” the New York State Assemblyman said in clear reference to Adolf Hitler and the Holocaust.

Cavuto, however, was still stuck on the president referring to Israel as “one of” the U.S.’ closest allies in the Middle East. Who else could possibly be on that list? Iran? Saudi Arabia?

“It’s insulting, it’s degrading. Other friends? Morsi from the Muslim Brotherhood? Is that who he’s talking about? Is he talking about Yemen? Who is the president talking about?” an increasingly agitated Hikind asked.

By the way, how is that whole Muslim Brotherhood friendship thing working out?

“The president has no time to meet with the Prime Minster of Israel, but he has time to do everything else. He has time, you know, it seems Prime Minister Netanyahu is not as enticing as Whoopie Goldberg or some of the other people that the president enjoys meeting with,” he continued.

“This is very hurtful and, as a Democrat, this president is failing America, he is failing our friends, and I’m saying to my fellow Americans — Democrats, Republicans — please wake up!” he added.

Cavuto steered the conversation to the topic of Jewish voters and Hikind announced that he would travel the country to get out the Jewish vote for Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

Hikind also warned that, should he win re-election, Obama will go after Prime Minister Netanyahu in retaliation for making him look bad.

“The people of Israel are very concerned about Barack Obama getting reelected. Barack Obama is an ideologue with a view that is extreme left. We go back to the speech that he made at Cairo University back in 2009,” Hikind continued.

“He was going to ‘change’ everything. He was going to endear himself to the Muslim world. And what does that mean? He was going to push Israel away with one hand and bring everybody closer,” he added.

The conversation ended with the New York State Assembly man predicting President Obama won’t come close to the 78 percent of the Jewish vote he got in 2008 and that his Republican rival will get a minimum 32 percent.

What more does our idiot and chief have to do to show jewish americans that he is an anti semite?

The American Jewish population needs to rise up and vote for those who will truly stand for them and desire peace through strength. Those who understand their family in Israel is surrounded by people who truly want them gone. Those, who truly believe their land is ordained by God to be theirs. Those, who willingly befriend them and will not turn their back or worse yet, betray them and comfort their enemies.

I am truly encouraged by the vocal fury of this man. May he be heard loud and clear amongst those in the media, and throughout the nation especially NY, FL, and California. It is time to realize who your allies truly are based on their ignoring, publicly humiliating, breaking promises, supporting your sworn enemies, and minimizing the very present threat against you.

In world events, it is not the time for social agendas but a time to be concerned over a violent terrorist religious organization which has seized power w/……….- bent on killing and destroying, and total financial ruin of all the civilized world’s economies, to at least temporarily drill for our own oil and restore our alliances.

The man had time for beyonce, letterman, and the view but no time to truthfully deal with the Muslim world burning our interests, killing our people and his own personal offense of ignoring the Prime Minister and lying about it.

Get the word out, “NOT ONE JEWISH VOTE, if you can’t vote R…..then stay home.” Remember, O’s word to the Russian PM. OMEN?

  I am a Catholic living in FL and I stand with Israel. I cannot understand why Americans, of the Jewish faith, can be so blind to what this president is attempting to do to them. They are allowing history to repeat again, again, and again. All religious freedoms are in jeopardy.

  Not talking about the people in Egypt! Obama seems to be opening the door of political influence to one of Americas two major political parties to the American Muslim Community. With this offer he gets the majority of that communities votes and funding which will more then make up for any Jewish votes he forfeits.

  Hey Dov Hikind – that’s all it took – Obama saying “Noise.” I have news for you – if Obama never says another word for 10 years – the damage Obama has caused Israel by helping to overthrow Libya, Egypt and Syria may be the straw to break the camels back.
  
  So the DNC having to vote to put God and Jerusalem back in to their platform did get you ticked off- but Obama saying Noise has you blowing your wig off. You are pathetic and a disgrace to the Jewish people.

Ahmadinejad was quoting the Ayatollah Khomeini in the specific speech under discussion and what he said was that “the occupation regime over Jerusalem should vanish from the page of time.” No state action is envisaged in this lament, it denotes a spiritual wish, whereas the erroneous translation – “wipe Israel off the map” suggests a military threat. There is a huge chasm between the correct and the incorrect translations. The notion that Iran can “wipe out” U.S.-backed, nuclear-armed Israel is ludicrous.

  I know a jewish couple with 2 of the cutes sons, the couple are both chefs and own a restaurant and moved here from NY. One day we were talking of Israel and he said “They are setting them up to fail”. That’s all he said and I did not pursue it further…I didn’t know what to say. It is immoral and criminal what the rest of society have done to these people; most are so giving and loving and funny. I just don’t understand it. It must be satan at work against them; there’s no other explanation. There is good and bad in all nationalities of people everywhere. And they are taught to be good people nothing like the muslims who are taught to hate and kill by their leaders. When we were traded civil rights for our unalienable rights everything here in the US started to change for the worse. I would rather have my God given rights than civil rights any day or night. But that is when Jewish people started identifying with the black struggle (which was man made) and the Jewish people have been mostly democrat since then; they were deceived too.

The solution is simple. Israel already is a sand trap. Have Netanyahu lay down some sod and build a ton of golf courses in Israel. Obama loves golf and would never allow a golf course to be destroyed. Just put that story in next month’s Golf Digest and, trust me, Obama will be on that like white on rice on a paper plate in a snowstorm.

Thank you NY State Assemblyman Hikind! Thank YOU for waking up, thank YOU for taking a stand, thank YOU for being willing to travel and talk to those who have not been watching what this Poser-in-Chief has been manoeuvring!

Please, please, please do as you said and travel to let others know the seriousness of the times, and the need to rethink what Obama and his minions has been doing to our Republic.

Many of us support and treasure Israel which is the only other true democracy than the United States. I pray for you success in waking up many more who should realize what is happening and, like you, should and MUST make a stand!

First of all Benjamin Netanyahu makes Obama look bad no matter the scenario. Mr. Netanyahu is a MAN while Obama is a little thin skinned wannabe trying to act the part. Mr. Netanyahu loves his country, has fought for his country and will continue to fight for his country.

I am happy to see a Jewish Democrat wake up to the threat Obama is. He says he tells all Americans to wake up.

  Mr Netanyahu has a very personal understanding of the price of freedom, his brother Yonatan Netanyahu was the only Israeli commando killed at the hostage rescue mission at the Entebbe, Uganda airport on 4 July, 1976. The prime minister and his younger brother also served in the same unit. I have a tremendous amount of respect for this man.

  I’ve listened to both Levin and Savage.
  Levin seems to be a ‘tool’, to a certain extent, maybe not consciously.
  Savage is great. Got himself banned from England a few years ago. That tells you he speaks the truth. Jewish Bolsheviks have just as much control in merry, ole England as in the USA.

  KALLI…. I like Levin a lot. He sees Ron Paul for what he is (not a compliment to Paul), but he’s no big fan of Romny either (like most Conservatives) but will swallow the bitter pill to see Obama out of office in an attempt to get us back on track.
  
  I’m surprised to see THE_”JERK” (a Ron Paul apologist) mention Levin’s name here… as I’m sure Levin’s has hung up on THE_ “JERK” more than once, lol. Most posters/commenters here slam the reciever down on THE_”JERK” on a pretty regular basis.
  
  I’ve listened to Savage a couple times but when he goes off on a ‘gastronomic” tangent talking about the bad Chinese food he ate in San Fran the previous night, or what he ate for breakfast etc… I’m forced to turn him off before he gets to anything of substance…
