Voter Watchdog Group Says It Found 31 Cases of Absentee Ballot Fraud in Florida, NY: ‘Tip of the Iceberg’

True The Vote, a national voter fraud watchdog group, announced Tuesday that preliminary research findings show evidence of 31 cases of absentee ballot fraud in New York and Florida. The organization’s president says it is just the “tip of the iceberg” when it comes to voter fraud in the United States.
The group has formally notified the Office of the Florida Secretary of State, the New York State Board of Elections and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that ballots were cast in both states by 31 people during federal elections, according to a press release.
“This is just the tip of the iceberg,” True The Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht said in a statement. “This is further evidence of just how susceptible our election system is to voter fraud. Earlier this year, Pew Research found more than 2.75 million people nationwide are registered to vote in more than one state.”
The organization is also calling on federal officials in both states to investigate.
True The Vote was able to identify possible absentee voter fraud by accessing Florida’s complete voter registration roll and cross-checking it against 10 percent of New York’s database.
After finding that over 1,700 people were registered to vote in both states, True The Vote turned over 31 voters to state and federal election authorities after evidence indicated that they voted in New York and Florida.
“In each case federal and state laws were potentially violated as a result of these activities. Both New York and Florida require voters to cast ballots corresponding with their permanent residential address,” the press release states. Further, federal law clearly states that voters are prohibited from casting more than one ballot in the same election.
“This should serve as a warning to any individual considering committing fraud in this year’s election,” Engelbrecht added. “True the Vote enjoys cooperative relationships with these states and am nay more. These findings are only the beginning of our effort.”

Posted on September 25, 2012 at 8:44pmJudicial Watch has a 2012 election integrity project everyone should support. They have dilligently been working to force the states to follow the federal National Voting Registration Act (NVRA) which mandates they determine ways in which to eliminate from the rolls those ineligible to vote. Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit in Florida to make them clean up their rolls but Obama’s corrupt UNJustice Department sued them! Thankfully, a judge ruled against this corruption. How many other lawsuits they will have to file is unknown but you can bet there will be many.

Posted on September 25, 2012 at 9:14pmVoter ID laws, as proposed by states like Ohio and Florida, would do nothing to address absentee-fraud, only in-person. In the PA Supreme Court trial, the lawyers for the Secretary of State were asked to introduce into evidence examples of in-person voter fraud. They couldn’t. In fact they admitted there were no reported cases. Ever. Asked to produce similar evidence from other states the lawyers said they were sure there were examples, but they had not found them.
It’s a solution in search of a problem.

Posted on September 25, 2012 at 9:30pmI like the idea of voter I.D., it’s a start at least. But all it will do is push the fraud further up the line. Obtaining the new voter I.D. cards can be manipulated by the same fraud used at the polls in cases where people vote twice. I’m sure there will be those with two ID’s. If Acorn, or whatever it is now-a-days, can dupe the system with registration than an ID card shouldn’t be a problem.

You might want to get your facts straight there was no PA Supreme Court trial. I live in the Commonwealth and the S.C. kicked the case back down to a lowere court and refused to hear it. And please if you don’t think there’s a reason other than the one given not to need I.D. to vote you are either gullible, ignorant or both. My son served 400 days in Iraq and was there during elections. He saw old people that could barely walk and others that had to be carried or pushed in a cart make treks of 75 of 100 miles just to get to vote and dip their finger in that purple ink. My grandfather and his brother were infantrymen in the European theatre during WWII. My grandfather was wounded and his brother is buried in France. He died fighting for this country and all the rights (such as the right to vote) that we enjoy. So I really don’t see a problem with people getting I.D to prove they are who tyhe say they are to protect the integrity of our elections, proof of fraud or not.

Posted on September 26, 2012 at 12:27amThe truth is that decisions about how we vote remain in the hands of the individual states. Obama did NOT sell our voting rights to a Spanish company and he is not empowered to do so which is why SCYTL, the company in question, has individual contracts with states.

Posted on September 25, 2012 at 8:30pmI believe that among two reasons why the media continues promoting false polls showing Gaybama in the lead, is to demoralize the conservative or Repub voter.
The 2nd reason is to justify the unbelievable number of votes he gets if he wins (due to voter fraud).
We’ve heard from the New Black Panthers that they’ll be at the polling places again…have you heard that from the lame-stream yet? The lame-stream will be re-hashing Romneys verbal faux pas and lying for Gaybama next month. Will they re-hash the stories of the ACORN busts just a year or so ago?

Are you proud of yourselves, Leftists/Libs, that your beliefs are so removed from the mainstream, that you not only oppose voter registration, you encourage and promote fraud (ACORN-GAYBAMA; ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION; MOTOR VOTER; ABSENTEE BALLOT) to justify your views?
If the laws made sense, we wouldn’t be talking about this – eliminate motor voter; institute voter id in every state; absentee ballots for military personnel only. Loss of voting rights if convicted of voter fraud (individual-one instance); loss of voting rights & minimum prison sentence of 20yrs for multiple counts, even on first offense; immigrants with visa’s instant deportation without future consideration; revocation of citizenship and deportation of immigrants granted citizenship, for ANY one or more voter fraud offenses.

This leads me to a great concern over voting. They manipulate polls, they manipulate media, movies, tv and every other form of information, even FOX is coming into question. I don’t know about any one else but I’m not real confident about this election and it has nothing to do with Romney. I am starting to believe the fix is in and done.
