What Video Caused Joe Scarborough to Break Down Laughing and Declare Mitt Romney a ‘Horrible Politician’?
Joe Scarborough during a Wednesday broadcast of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” broke into a fit of embarrassed laughter after co-host Mika Brzezinski introduced a clip of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney leading what looks like a rather unsuccessful “Romney-Ryan” chant at a campaign stop in Ohio:
“Oh, sweet Jesus,” said Scarborough as he buried his face in his hands.
“What’s wrong with those people?” asked co-host Brzezinski.
And while MSNBC contributer Ed Rendell looked on with amusement, Scarborough, a frequent critic of Romney, took the opportunity to once again declare the GOP presidential hopeful a “horrible politician” and “one of the worst.”
Final Thought: We thought we’d point out real quick that Brzezinski didn’t think former Gov. Jennifer Granholm’s Democratic National Convention speech was in any way embarrassing or unbecoming:
But Romney leading a supposedly halfhearted chant? God, he’s just the worst.

Romney!”, then, after Mitt talked about something that Paul had said, they broke in to “Ryan! Ryan! Ryan!” Mitt was SAYING (not leading) that they should be chanting “Romney! Ryan! Romney! Ryan!” He wasn’t LEADING the chant… he was saying they should combine chants. This sucks.

Yeah, he’s that truthful politician that cheats and steal votes, then helps to put rules in place to cheat and steal votes forever, against the voices of the people. Dems are no better, they did the same at their convention. The GOP will pay a huge price for what they did, with so much honor and fair play, it is going to make everyone’s head swim in November.
I just cannot believe that so many on this site are so blinded that they do not see what has happened. They, the Republicans and the Democrats, took all our voices away this year, with no concern over the freedoms of their constituents. Please, I had more faith in the GOP, but I guess I was wrong. That’s when Romney said, “Wait a second. Romney/Ryan, Romney/Ryan, Romney/Ryan”. So, although people may have been chanting Romney’s name before the video started, they weren’t at the time he said, “Wait a second”. The video clearly shows that they were only chanting Ryan, Ryan.

That’s what Joe and Mika were laughing about. It made Romney look uneasy and perhaps even a bit childish because he was unhappy that the crowd was not including his name in their chant. Reminds me of my younger days watching wrestling when the The Rock would lead the crowd in a name chant. For fake wrestling it’s fine but for the presidential candidate it is in fact hilarious.

Posted on September 26, 2012 at 2:28pmAgreed, issues are the most important factor, but people in general will vote for someone who is “likable”. thats part of being a politician, getting people to vote for you. romney is bad at that, and so, he will get his a$$ handed to him in a few weeks, and we will look forward to 2016. HOPEFULLY, we have a decent candidate by then.

Posted on September 26, 2012 at 3:03pmI have a feeling you may be right Clive, but don’t forget the important caveat that: “We hope/assume that there will BE an election in 2016″…. If Obama gets re-elected, I am not sure there will ever be presidential elections again.

Posted on September 26, 2012 at 2:11pmHe is their “Token” Republican. He isn’t a Republican or a Conservative. Just another fallacy NBC comes up with to try and convince their viewers that they are bi-partisan, and neutral…….
It ain’t working…. He is Liberal, through and through…….

Posted on September 27, 2012 at 10:01amswamp_donkey,
I never said Romney was a Conservative.
We have two choices come November 2012:
Obama: Who’s policies and Presidential Decrees (Dictatorship) will be on steroids, because he has nothing to worry about in his “Last” four years in office. He will bypass Congress to achieve his goals, and Piss on our U.S. Constitution because he has nothing but contempt for it and America…….
Romney: Has some business sense, how to manage money. Hopefully get our economy back on track. His values ARE different than Obama’s.
I am NOT a Romney fan (I like Paul Ryan). He was NOT my choice choice during the primaries (my choice dropped out). HOWEVER!!! He is what I am stuck with because there is NO WAY IN HELL I am voting for Obama, no way…….

Posted on September 27, 2012 at 11:24amSome states will be lucky enough to have three choices….
The GOP is trying their hardest to shut that down though.
Gary Johnson.
At least he has read and follows the Constitution.
