IDK – he looked so stunned last night but from what I see some people take a first strike just to see what the pitch looks like. I am no Obama supporter but he is going to have to be a man and face Romney..Romney has manned up and ready to roll. We will all see what Obama looks like with the next debate now that he knows what he is up against. I am afraid that all he will be able to do is try and focus on Romneys….well I cant say failures there arent many so he is going to have to go after his policies. But that would really make Obama look bad if he did that bc he now knows if he lies Romney will throw it in his face. So my prediction Obama is gonna get pissed and start calling him names…I really cant see it any other way.

  All he has ever faced have been ‘yes’ people and people on the fringes who think he is the next best thing since light bread. He gives them phones, gum,? and his cronies steal their personal information to vote for them since most of them will not bother.   you might be right that he was trying to gauge Romney and you know the media will be eagerly waiting to report how awesome the president has bounced back from the debate…I just dont think they expected to get smacked that hard that fast and that decisively. Mitt won that debate when he Congratulated Obama on his anniversary and made that small quick little joke about “I couldnt think of anything more romantic than being here with me tonight”…That little wit took Obama off his game right there and he never recovered…and Mitt owned everything else the rest of the night. So if Obama was trying to take that first punch…it was a complete under-estimation of Mitt Romney. They expected to get hit by John McCain again and instead they got a serious Heavy Weight Contender and got knocked out….Cocky overconfidence is Obamas biggest weakness and last night it cost him dearly.

  This is what I saw–Romney didn’t ‘rise to the occasion”. Obama didn’t have a “bad night”. I think we saw these two men at their normal selves. Obama w/out the teleprompter is nothing but an empty suit. Romney looked so comfortable I thought he was going to order in a sub and soda at the halftime. This is what he DOES. He is a leader, a CEO, a man in CHARGE. Obama is a street organizer. I don’t expect any different outcome in the next two debates. However, obama will bring the chicago politics on so we can expect some nastiness in the near future.

  Ive spoken with numerous people today and the ONE THING all of them
  comment on is this —— for the FIRST TIME in 4 YEARS they feel a sense
  of REAL HOPE.
  
  Im sure there are many people [myself included] who would like to have seen
  Romney get even more aggressive calling out Barry and embarrassing him.
  But that would have turned off wavering independents & democrats. Romney
  knows what he’s doing and kept it professional & courteous. He stomped
  Barry in a very gentlemanly manner. I expect next debate may get nasty
  since Barry doesnt want to get humiliated again. Doesnt matter, the lies
  still wont hold up when you actually have to FACE your opponent and look

  ROOK Not many wiser than me there rookie,this is just the opening salvo because the Marxist POS can’t run on his record of destruction.Maybe he can tell us how socialized medicine will lower health care costs while improving care in the next massacre,I mean debate.He can explain how he got our ambassador to Libya murdered,how he’s killing our coal industry that will make our energy prices skyrocket.Maybe he can explain his open borders policy or why the regime is full of MB terrorists and sympathizers,yeah I can’t wait to hear him explain how all that and more is good for America.

  @2Minutes………..Boy, that’s me too. For last few months I’ve been so down and thought maybe I was ill with something. Now, I know it was because of the bad vibes over obama, that he might win again.
