SNL Spoofs MSNBC’s Reaction to the Debate — Including S.E. Cupp!

Saturday Night Live skewered MSNBC’s reaction to President Barack Obama’s disappointing debate performance with skit full of MSNBC’s biggest names: Rachel Maddow, Al Sharpton, Chris Matthews — and TheBlaze’s S.E. Cupp.
Deconstructing the debate disaster — or as Maddow put it, “the worst thing that ever happened anywhere” — Sharpton was ready with a litany of whacky excuses, starting with “altitude poisoning.”
“See, Denver, Colorado is a mile high,” he said. “There’s no way to know for sure how many feet that is, but it could be upwards of a million. Obama’s from Hawaii which is a mile below the earth. So for him speaking in Colorado is is like being flung two miles into the air and then having to give a speech in outer space.”
Chris Matthews, who said he’d “never been so disgusted in my life,” wondered why Obama had to let Mitt Romney talk at all.
“He forgot the first rule of debating: always be interrupting,” Matthews said. “When I don’t have points to make on my show, I make up one by screaming at people. That’s how you win a debate.”
For her part, Cupp said she didn’t have anything to add — “I’m happy to just listen and smile. I believe the term is gloating?”
Cupp (the real one) tweeted after the skit, “Well that was…surreal.”

Posted on October 7, 2012 at 10:23amAmerican people are intelligent enough to reject Sharpton’s whacky excuses about debate disaster. Team Obama’s aggressive propaganda gave a bad picture of Romney — that he is politically immature, that he has poor knowledge of American economy and that he is a bumbler in foreign policy. One liberal media financed by Islamists went to the extent of saying that his mental ability is weak. But viewers who are seeing Romney on the stage for the first time were surprised to see a
dynamic leader, a leader of substance, of ideas and ideals and with sound mental alertness By indulging in personal attacks and character assassination, Team Obama and liberal media brainwashed American people by giving a wrong image of Romney. So it was a real surprise for millions of Americans to see a Romney with a vast knowledge of international affairs firm grip on economic issues. His practical ideas to save America from political turmoil that we see today in the Middle East due to the inept handling of foreign policy by Obama and his formula to redeem the country from deep recession and mammoth unemployment, reminded the viewers that he is another Reagan who can pull the country out of the current economic chaos and restore the prestige of America in world affairs.

Posted on October 7, 2012 at 2:36pmInteresting how those totally non credible econ and unemployment numbers came out two days later–compiled and massaged by two economists who are Obama campaign contributors. And Josh Mandel’s newsletter said the Democrat Party is sending busloads of voters to early voting. At the same time the Democrat and Obama Admn took no action to comply with the military voting act; MVPP was not only ignored, they made it harder than ever for overseas voters to vote. It’s the greatest voter suppression since poll taxes and literacy tests and the MSM is silent about it. It will be crucial in Ohio.

We don’t get to see Obama bashing on live TV, very often. Especially from a Progressive show like SNL.
Even they could not pass up the pure comedy that ensued after the debate, on MSNBC.
Sharpton was funny. Shoot straight up your butt!! I missed most of the rest, laughing at that.
The real Matthews was funnier, but they hit `ol tingly leg pretty hard.
Maddow, well it was good, but very moderate from the real performance.
Overall, I laughed at most of it.

Posted on October 13, 2012 at 12:47pmIt is interesting that most, if not all the Presidents who came before the Great Eared One stated publicly that they found the impersonations of them on SNL funny. George Bush (the elder) said, “Dana Carvey plays me better than me!”
Then comes our thin-skinned boy who would be king and (surprise!) he is “offended” by their skits. Can’t you practically hear him screaming like the Red Queen in “Alice in Wonderland”, Off with their heads! We had better pray this narcissistic little poser does NOT manage to steal another election (I’m pretty sure he stole the last one, what with the military votes arriving “too late to count”, Black Panthers scaring white voters away fro the polls with night sticks, etc.) But if he manages to steal THIS one, we are likely done. God save America. Is Romney the perfect candidate? No. But he might even do a decent job of at least beginning to repair the damage our Communist-In-Chief has done to our freedoms and this Republic. He is certainly less of a threat than what we have now, and you can take that to the bank.
