Tonight’s debate at Centre College in Danville, Ky., between Vice President Joe Biden and GOP challenger Rep. Paul Ryan will cover both foreign and domestic policy topics. ABC News chief foreign correspondent Martha Raddatz will serve as moderator. This is the only head-to-head moderated debate the two vice presidential contenders will have before voters go to the polls on November 6.

Format: The debate program starts at 9 p.m. ET and will be divided into nine timed segments of approximately 10 minutes each. The moderator will ask an opening question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a discussion of the question.

  Biden is obviously the one with something to hide. His body language is exhibit A. He’s making all kinds of facial expressions like laughing and hand gestures while Ryan talks in order to take attention off what he is saying. Ryan is cool, calm and collected. Very professional in demeanor. Even a person who doesn’t know anything about what’s going on politically and has just tuned in, would be suspicious of the slob like behavior from Biden. Those of us who do know a thing or two, can sit and count the lies and cover ups. Biden will lose this debate. Ryan has also given 2 zingers that I counted so far, that caused the audience to laugh.

  I think Ryan should have said, “IT IS NOT UP TO THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR YOUR ABORTION, YOUR CONTRACEPTION PILLS, YOUR PERSONAL MEDICINE TO PREVENT YOUR PREGANCY FROM COMING TO FULL TERM!!!!!”

  I was undecided before this debate. I am now going to vote for Romney-Ryan. VP Biden is just not right, he does not seem to take things seriously. Biden makes faces, smirks, makes snide remarks and is a blunder-bust. He deliberately interrupts and buts in. Biden behaves like a Party Hack speaking before a Union Rally.

  BUT – I’ve heard his laugh is like a nervous tick – the way he uncontrollably handles stress.
  
  Not that it’s not obnoxious – but I’ve known several people who laugh at unappropriate times or in situations because of stress.
  
  And I’m REALLY glad he was that stressed. Lying does that to a human. At least he has feelings still – there’s still hope for him (and hopefully some change….in address).

  Here’s the psychology of it: I think by tomorrow morning, millions of men who are the intelligent, serious, hardworking type (like Ryan) will wake up and finally make the association that the sick feeling in their gut watching the debate was that Biden came across as that abusive, loud, obnoxious laughing-drunk, condescending, grandfather that shows you no respect, that you cant reason with and dismisses anything you say or do no matter how clearly in the wrong they are and how clearly you have researched your point.
  
  Ryan relied on facts, Biden on ridicule.
  Ryan showed respect, Biden showed disdain.
  
  Biden will not be able to recover from this. Before he was the likable and goofy uncle who said weird and crazy things, entirely forgivable. Now, he’s the arrogant sexist who tried to talk down the moderator and manspalin to her how HE knew what he was talking about and SHE didn’t.

  The GOOD news is: Paul Ryan won the debate. The other good news is: Biden made an azz of himself.
  A laugh or two isn’t problematic, but this condescending old fool made an entire program, 1 1/2 hrs. into a laughing stock and a total embarrassment to our Nation. He must really want to retire to make such an azz of himself in front of the entire Country and many others. Dam old fool, ruining my evening with his idiocy. Wanted to turn it off, but was conflicted wanting to listen to Ryan.

  Very sad if this cute couple (Biden and Obammy) get re-elected. If they do, you’d better sell your stocks and bond, cash out your 401k, take that money, all of it, pay off your mortgage, pay your property taxes for at least 4 years (so the govt cannot take your house away when they find out you are conservative), get rid of all debt, purchase food insurance, pay ahead your utilities or do like we do up here in the north and stock up wood and get a wood-burning stove
  
  I guarantee you, if they are re-elected, THE HOME OF THE FREE AND THE BRAVE, AMERICA, WILL BE GONE FOREVER.

Their are two main characters, but unlike the ones we’re used to, like Abbott and Costello, or Laurel and Hardy, this one will have one character with brains, and the other one who thinks that it would have been “much better” had Hillary been VP…
