Ann Coulter Explains Her Initial Support of Christie Over Romney: ‘Briefly I Admit I Ran Off With a Biker’

Ann Coulter on Her Initial Support of Christie Over Romney to Bill Maher: Briefly I Admit I Ran Off With a Biker

Ann Coulter said her initial support of New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie for the Republican presidential nomination was like an ill-advised fling with a biker, but that she returned to make the “responsible choice” with Mitt Romney.

“Briefly I admit I ran off with a biker, I supported Chris Christie, I came back to the responsible choice,” Coulter told Bill Maher on his HBO show “Real Time” Friday.

Asked about Romney’s move “so far to the middle” for the general election, Coulter said that wasn’t true and that he “flipped on one issue his entire life and he flipped in my direction and I’m happy about it…abortion.”

When an astonished Maher insisted Romney had changed positions on many other issues, Coulter blamed MSNBC for his confusion.

“You’re watching MSNBC and I would not trust them to give you the truth,” she said. “That’s why you don’t know what Mitt Romney believes. The motto of MSNBC is ‘in other words’ and they’ll tell you what they think Romney believes. That’s why people liked him so much in the debates because they saw him and he said the same thing.”

Coulter had joined Maher to discuss her latest book, “Mugged:Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obama.” Maher read a series of statements and asked her to explain them, including: β€œYou cannot transform the Negro into anything one-tenth as useful or as good as what slavery enables them to be.”

“I — that’s not me,” Coulter said.

“No, that’s Jefferson Davis, you’re right, I’m so sorry, I mixed that up,” Maher said, referring to the president of the confederacy during the Civil War.

Coulter said it’s conservatives who are often the targets of racism from liberals, pointing to attacks on Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, congressional candidate Mia Love and actress Stacey Dash.

“Liberals are very racist,” she said. “If you want to see racism in America present them with a conservative black person then you will hear actual racist terms, not words like ‘apartment,’ which Chris Matthews has now designated racist.”

In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Find out more HERE.

Hey Blaze – Wrong Headline. Didn’t you notice?

“If I watched MSNBC all day I’d want to marry Ann Coulter and join the Tea Party” – Bill Maher

In years past he has also said:
“I don’t have to apologize, do I, for not wanting the Western world to be taken over by Islam”
    and
“The teachers union has got to be busted”

Bill’s a conservative who makes his money in LA LA Land.

You can tell someone from observing their actions – their body language. These people who study body language look past the obvious. I like Ann Coulter, and she is even more like Joe Biden than she is aware. She’s also like Bill Maher more than she knows. They don’t creep around like those who try to remain calm, cool, and collected.

Their body language, and seemingly passionate way of Communicating even to the offense of others tells me they actually believe the things they say whether others like it or not, but that also they may have learned the wrong things, but they have an honest spirit with no angle.

Kind of like the way Paul Ryan doesn’t actually believe in his gut the things he says about the American people, because while he speaks, his persona says Americans are dogs and so I must appear consistent in demeanor, neither sounding too coarse or too soft.

Ann Coulter is a smart outspoken women. Maybe she doesn’t always need to show so much skin.

What really annoys me is when I (very) occasionally watch Fox and Friends and the anchor women are wearing dresses that are a good length if they were standing up, but — of course — ride all the way up the thigh when sitting on that low couch. And they often have low necklines.

You can’ thelp but notice that the guys ties and shirts lead your eyes up to their faces, but the women’s fashions do the opposite.

Even as a straight woman, I find my eyes being drawn to the faces of men, but the skin of the women.

There really is nothing wrong with looking feminine and attractive ….but appropriate for your job.

It is odd to me that professional women would think it necessary to show so much skin.

It even makes me wonder about Ann Coulter. “Yes, Ann, you are total fox, but you look like your are wearing your beach coverup which is a little too small!”

I feel the same about Bill O’Reilly…he trys to stand in the middle so much it’s painful to watch him twist and turn to make his points “fair & balanced” which to me is a VERY liberal phrase and which the Progressives Love. Listen to all their talking points everything has to be either “fair share” or “balanced approach”. It’s a load of crap! And Fox news should change their slogan. They lost me when I woke up to their BS. Smirkin Joe’s boss has had thoughts on the economy for some time now, The Quote of the Decade:

“The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies.
Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, “the buck stops here.’ Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.”

Nothing is free. Aside for the 7 or so tax increases set to hit us on the first of January, homeowners have to worry about this -
      http://www.gop.gov/blog/10/04/08/obamacare-flatlines-obamacare-taxes-home

If you sell a home, you’ll be subject to a 3.8% obamacare tax for every $100k of the sale price, so for a typical $300k home, the tax is $11,400.

Also, according to his own estimates (‘bamy has yet to read the bill), we’ll be adding another 15-20mil people to “free” healthcare, without adding an additional doctor – if Jose Emilio Gonzales Guadalupe Hernandez de Santillan, Jr (you can call him Joe) gets in line with his mega-family ahead of you and your sickly daughter, TOO BAD.

Romney and Ryan support the same unconstitutional policies Obama does. So tell me, how is replacing one central planning police statist with another central planning police statist going to solve anything? They’re not going to cut anything so the collapse is inevitable. Wouldn’t you like to at least have a right to trial when it does collapse?

Once it showed that a ultra liberal will try and put words into a conservatives mouth. Ann just showed how she really is.

    Dear Ms Coulter,
I feel it is my duty to inform you that there are mortals out here who fail to notice ” ……. ” and take great delight in making complete and utter fools of themselves. Some do not realize that when pointing fingers, ordinarily there are 3 pointing back at themselves. Your gracious treatment of another’s error is commendable.

“If we do not nominate Chris Christie we will nominate Mitt Romney and we will lose.” – Ann Coulter

Now why would you expect a conservative to ever stand by what they said?

@Ricky…We have a whole heard of RINO’s but that is what it will take to transition to a more conservative party, either that or the TEA will have to replace the GOP! @ Wango…you have to admit that you would both rather look at and listen to and be governed by conservative women rather than the Liberal herd who just FAIL in every sense of a woman. @ Gonzo…Ya gotta remember that NAMBLA members like Wango believe it is OK to tango with certain replacements for women and it is why they constantly disparage hot conservative women.

Oh Anne Coulter how much we love you : ) I can’t believe that Bill Maher still lets you on his show. It is a perfect example of how people that are misinformed will take a quote, like the one in your book and make it seem like you said it. Some people’s children. Librals are all for “equality” but in actuality they are for divide in conquer. We are much weaker when we are so divided against one another and I wish people would realize this is what the progressives are doing in this country. But God has a plan for this country and and I wish we would all pray and figure out what that is! No candidate is going to bring this country back to its former glory but God can!!!

Ah, poor little WANGO. Claims to hate Ted Nugent, but methinks he doth protest too much. Jealous of Ann Coulter because Wango is an ugly girl and Wango hates all of the pretty girls.

Meanwhile back in the real world. Ann’s book is tied for 7th on the dubious NYT best seller’s list.
It’s #2 in political books on amazon (#51 over all on amazon. Neil Young’s new book is #35 over all on amazon)

So Wango, Crank up the Nuge, but on your Ann Coulter wig, stroke your hair and pretend that you are a pretty girl.

GONZO . . . Now, now, your bellboy binge backfired on you the other day when I tied your NUGE pedophilaterism to your Townsendesque “research” so evident in that shameless quadrophonic plagiarism you belched out. Man up and live with it. Too late to play catch up now, Skwee Boy. You better stick to agreeing with ProngHuffer and the rest of your retinue of the repressed. It’s less dangerous.
