Tagg Romney Says He Wanted to ‘Take a Swing’ at Obama for Calling His Dad a Liar During Debate

Mitt Romney’s oldest son joked that he wanted to “take a swing” at President Barack Obama while watching the contentious presidential debate on Tuesday.
Tagg Romney made the comments during an interview with North Carolina radio host Bill LuMaye. He said that hearing Obama call his dad a liar made him want to “jump out of [his] seat and … rush down to the debate stage and take a swing at him.”
“But you know you can’t do that because, well first because there’s a lot of Secret Service between you and him,” he continued. “But also because this is the nature of the process, they’re going to do everything they can do to try to make my dad into someone he’s not. We signed up for it. We’ve gotta kinda sit there and take our punches and then send them right back the other way.”
Tagg also said his father gets “terrified” before debates, before quickly clarifying that Romney is “like anybody. He gets butterflies a little bit.”

He is newly married, a fine Christian man, smart as a whip and represents the best of us.

Both require CEO/Executive skills (which current Pres. lacks) but the GOVERNMENT is supposed to reflect the will of the people, not the personal desires and opinions of the leader. Hence Soon ToBe President Romney has stated the overview/vision and will then work with other leaders, in both parties, to hammer out the working details. Once that is done, then it is his job to LEAD the people on the plan…….so you cannot take something he said in 2004 and project it to today……apples and oranges…….he was LEADING his state at the time.

He said in that interview that he does not line up with the NRA, he would sign an assault weapons ban if sent to him by Congress and that he believes in strong background checks to ensure that the “crazies” do not get guns. Who and how do they decide who the crazies are? So do not tell me that he has miraculously changed, I do not buy it at all. You can be fooled, but I will not. Abraham Lincoln said: “You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.” If any candidate has to move their true positions to the left, right or center in order to gain your vote, they are lying to you. Stay blind, I will keep my eyes and mind wide open.

That is why the MSM was so ecstatic. Crowly did for “O” what they nor his campaign could do. I still believe that Romney can use all of the available reporting and speech making on this event to highlight the truth.
In the next debate I would like to see Romney ask the moderator if he is the referee or if he will be debating both the moderator and “O.” It is clear that the deck was stacked against him in Tuesday’s debate. I noticed that he did not cry about it like someone else did when Romney was correcting the record. Romney didn’t run to “mom” and tell her his brother was hitting him!

That phrase is “Mitt Slapped” It refers to what happens to Barry every time he is held up in comparison to your Dad. I can’t speak for the rest of America, but I have grown to Love the man. Not in a Cris Mathews/Barack Obama way, but in a healthy respectful way. As a Father myself, I can sense the caring and quiet competence that is in him as a man and as a leader and it is a rare commodity these days. There is nothing that any of us would like more than to act on those feelings of outrage, but know this..it would truly be an honor for me to meet your father and shake his hand. I would’nt walk across the street to meet Obama and would in fact cross the street to avoid it

He is an example to all of us. It’s amazing to me that he is willing to put himself through this but I can understand why he is. You only have to look to his family. It is for them and by extension for all good people struggling to come to terms with a flawed and increasingly degenerate world (that is, one without morals or CHARACTER). I have become confident that he will do everything in his power to get American back on her fiscal feet because if that doesn’t happen, the future is bleak or worse and nothing else really matters. The Antichrist, according to Daniel 7:8, 24 must come from the territories of the former Roman Empire [Daniel 7:8,24]. Obama was born in Hawaii. That automatically disqualifies him.
Even if we use his father’s ancestry from Kenya. Kenya was never, repeat, NEVER part of the Roman Empire.
