President Hits Romney on Flip-Flops, Accuses Him of Suffering From ‘Romnesia’

President Barack Obama during a campaign stop in Fairfax, Va., on Friday accused Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney of suffering from a condition that forces him to constantly change his positions, a condition he dubbed “Romnesia.”

“Mr. severely conservative wants you to think he was severely kidding about everything he said over the last year,” the president said. “He told folks he was the ideal candidate for the Tea Party. Now, suddenly, he’s saying, ‘What? Who me?’”

“He’s forgetting what his own positions are and he’s betting that you will too. I mean, he’s changing up so much, backtracking, and sidestepping, we got to name this condition that he’s going through. I think it’s called Romnesia,” he added.

The crowd ate it up.

Not long after delivering these remarks, #Romnesia started trending on the twittersphere (twitterverse?) in the U.S.:

Well, wasn’t Mr.Obama — for traditional marriage, ooops, gay marriage, oooops, traditional marriage, oooops, now for gay marriage again just before a federal election just to garner LGTB voters. oh yeah, those people.

I always think its funny when they say I’m voting for Obama if I “waste” my vote on Johnson or that I want obama to win, since I’m just a democrat in disguise. If that were the case, why even chance it? Why wouldn’t I just bore for Obama? Because no matter how bad I dislike Romney I hate Obama equally. I want 3rd parties to have a fair shake in us politics.
