Here Are The Highlights From the FreePAC Rally in Orlando: ‘Our Long National Nightmare Is About to Be Over’
On Friday evening, Glenn Beck joined FreedomWorks and some of the biggest names of the conservative movement for the second installment of a two-part FreePAC event in Florida. In addition to Beck, who gave a moving and powerful keynote speech, TheBlazeTV’s Andrew Wilkow, Judge Andrew Napolitano, Matt Kibbe and Deneen Borelli all graced the stage and delivered positive and freedom-driven messages.
Following a grassroots training session about getting out the vote and encouraging other Americans to participate in the upcoming election, the event culminated with the star-studded set of speakers.
Beck’s keynote speech focused on the future of America’s “Freedom Movement” and the country’s entrepreneurial spirit, which the conservative media mogul says is making a comeback, despite opposition coming from big government progressives.
“Can you feel it?” Beck said to cheers. “Our long national nightmare is about to be over.”
Beck’s message wasn’t as much about what’s wrong with America, but rather what’s right with America. He said America will win, not because God is on our side but because “we are on God’s side.”
“They won’t give up their power without a fight, but a fight is what they are going to get,” Beck said to cheers.
Interspersed throughout Beck’s address, musician Kalai played some of his most popular songs.
Beck spoke about the true spirit of America, who we really are as a nation. He praised former President Ronald Reagan, Holocaust hero Dietrich Bonhoffer and Abraham Lincoln, who all share one common, extraordinary trait: unthinkable courage.
“You are about to create something that they will talk about for generations. A historic sweep of this nation,” Beck said. “Can I get an amen?”
Watch Beck’s keynote speech here (at around 50:00):
Judging from the reaction on Twitter during and following the event, Beck’s speech, and the event in general, was real hit:

Always a strong speaker, Judge Napolitano received a standing ovation for his passionate speech about the original intent of our founding documents and why Americans must fight to preserve its principles, with an emphasis on the importance of freedom of speech.
“Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech,” Napolitano began, later saying the Constitution was created to keep the government “off the people’s backs.”
The Judge railed against the Patriot Act and big government at the FreePAC rally, telling the crowd that “our rights come from God not government.”
Napolitano lamented that “everything thing government has doesn’t work,” including Social Security, Amtrak, Medicaid and Medicare. He told the story about the government taking over the “Mustang Ranch” because the people running it weren’t paying their taxes. Spoiler alert: they “ran it into the ground.”
“So the same government that can’t supply hookers and boos to truckers in the desert wants to manage health care,” he added, a knock on “Obamacare.”
Napolitano got the crowd completely fired up for TheBlazeTV’s Andrew Wilkow who later wowed the audience with his trademark wit and common sense straight-talk style. A lot of his speech focused on the misconceptions about the government’s role in everyday life.
In one of his best received lines, Wilkow said “there’s no such thing as a tax cut. What is a tax cut? It doesn’t exist. There are tax rates. They can either be raised or lowered.”
TheBlazeTV host also blasted the class warfare that seems to be poisoning American politics today, with Occupy Wall Street supposedly fighting against the “evil” 1 percent.
“When you say the 1 percent of whatever it is, when you get rid of the rich people, somebody else has to become the rich person. So whoever that is, he’s the bad guy. I hope it’s not you,” Wilkow concluded.

These clowns only believe in freedom for what THEY want not freedom across the board which makes them no different than the liberals they criticize. Why don’t we peel back the police state by not prosecuting non violent drug offenders? Why don’t we relieve government of the responsibility of defining what marriage is? I thought you cons believed in ‘small government’. Why don’t we let sane adults make their own decisions? Maybe we can reclaim our constitutional liberties being stolen by both republicans and democrats in our growing warfare & welfare state. Support liberty ACROSS the board or expose yourself as a partisan hypocrite. Beck, Hannity, Limbaugh, and all republican neocon flag wavers are hypocrites.

IT (FREEPAC in ORLANDO) was a MASTERFUL event and GLENN’S inspiring speech, like all of those speeches, Borelli’s; Napolitanos …. were AMAZING. I was thrilled to hear Connie Mack call for DEFUNDING of the U.N….now you’re talking, Connie!! I hope you beat that Biden clone, NELSON in 17 days!!!
THE REASON THE PAULBOTS are upset is that RON, with his 30 years in office and his 4 runs at the Presidency, could have used his time helping people help themselves, growing the PATRIOTISM, Organizing grass roots that help ALL of AMERICA and ALL CONSERVATIVE (anti- Socialism etc) causes but instead that little guy, PAUL, just promoted himself and offered NO plan on how to remove the FED etc. – We’ve heard it for over 16 years, dudes.

COWARDICE:
“IGNORE the PAULBOT SHILLS.”
TRUTH:
When FAKE-conservatives CANNOT REFUTE any comments and lack the confidence for DIRECT ENGAGEMENT, they have no option but to REDIRECT conversation elsewhere – typically to smear RP, if the target is a “paulbot.”
CORRECT:
“IT (FREEPAC in ORLANDO) was a MASTERFUL event and GLENN’S inspiring speech”
TRUTH:
Shall we discuss OTHER “masterful” and “inspiring” speeches? Deceivers throughout history have had a talent for “masterful” and “inspiring.”
INTERESTING COMMENT:
“I was thrilled to hear Connie Mack call for DEFUNDING of the U.N….now you’re talking”
INTERESTING FACT:
RP has introduced legislation to REMOVE AMERICA FROM THE U.N.! Where was Beck? Rush? Hannity? Levin? You?
WHAT RON PAUL HAS DONE:
“helping people help themselves”
“growing the PATRIOTISM”
“Organizing grass roots that help ALL of AMERICA”
LAUGHABLE LIE:
“just promoted himself and offered NO plan on how to remove the FED”
TRUTH:
RP is THE DEFINITION of a selfless statesman! And he has EXHAUSTIVELY ARTICULATED EXACTLY HOW (including authoring books) to “end the fed.”
LIE:
“any vote for anyone other than ROMNEY is a vote for [Obama].”
TRUTH:
The LEFTIST GOP has ALREADY REELECTED LEFTIST OBAMA, with their CHEAT-nomination of LEFTIST Romney.
CONCLUSION:
Regardless of Beck or his supporter’s coercion… I WILL NEVER, EVER VOTE FOR PROGRESSIVES OBAMA OR ROMNEY! EVER!

You almost took the words out of my mouth! especially concerning the “Masterful” comment. I used to be just a plain middle of the road conservative but as I followed becks advise and started researching the truth about History it became so obviously clear that the Republican party, Tea Party and every major conservative group have all been infiltrated by progressive (r)epublicans very early. Beck’s advise even left me dumbfounded at the things he says and then does. The beck I first met proved to me that Modern Libertarians are the real patriots then he throws them under the bus, berates Paul supporters (By the way I used to think Paul was crazy). He threw his support behind the “Lessor of two evil’s” While telling us to support those who say what they mean and mean what they say. I just can’t wrap my head around it. Beck woke up a lot of people……But we are no longer blind and we can see him clearly now, While I don’t think that beck is a shill, I believe his intentions are good I no longer see him as the same man I did when I first found him. I see Fascists in both parties, I see Racists…I see Progressives….I see Statists in both parties. There are a ton of Fascist acting republican’s here on this site. Liberty has only one meaning, there are no degrees of freedom. There is no “Somewhat” Free. You are free or you are not. Republicans who limit freedoms because they don’t like particular things are as much the Enemy of liberty tha

Well, not quite.
Kicking the Kenyan impostor out of the White House as a prelude to arrest, trial, and punishment, is only the first step. Romney is Obama-lite but he seems to truly want to get America back into solvency … and forcing him (with our new Congressional representation) into that direction is the next step.
As Glenn Beck has said –
** If Romney is elected, you still can’t sit down; The fight isn’t over with Romney; But Romney CAN fix things; He’s the mechanic that COULD fix America. Obama isn’t; That’s all I’m saying. **

1. Which socialist programs has ‘conservative’ Romney proposed to do away with?
2. Is it conservative to nullify the 5th-7th amendments of the Constitution in a couple of paragraphs of the yearly defense spending bill?
3. How is the following statement not condoning “shared sacrifice” or collectivism? “I believe we have a responsibility to care for one another.” Mitt Romney
4. If Romney supports an economic system created by a Fabian Socialist is he… A. A laissez faire capitalist… or B. a centrally planning socialist?
5. Since 2010, which party has been solely responsible for funding Obama’s socialist policies?
Now if you want to bitch at us have the balls to discuss… otherwise GFYS.

Thanks for the heads-up!
I searched about HR 4646 (do NOT use Google — the spy-on-u search engine; rather use StartPage — the privacy searcher that anonymously uses the Google engine).
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/111/hr4646
H.R. 4646 (111th): Debt Free America Act
111th Congress, 2009–2010
To establish a fee on transactions which would eliminate the national debt and replace the income tax on individuals.
Introduced: Feb 23, 2010
Sponsor: Rep. Chaka Fattah [D-PA2]
Status: Died (Referred to Committee)
See Instead: This bill was re-introduced as H.R. 1125 on Mar 16, 2011. See H.R. 1125 for current action on this subject.
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr1125
H.R. 1125: Debt Free America Act
112th Congress, 2011–2012
To establish a fee on transactions which would eliminate the national debt and replace the income tax on individuals.
Sponsor: Rep. Chaka Fattah [D-PA2]
Status: Referred to Committee
PROGNOSIS: This bill has a 0% chance of being enacted. The following factors were considered:
This bill was a re-introduction of H.R. 4646 (111th) from the previous session of Congress. (-3%)
The sponsor is a member of the minority party. (-2%)
Just 4% of all House bills in 2009–2010 were enacted.
So it looks like it’s dead (but not officially).

Posted on October 20, 2012 at 8:32amI truly believe in Glenn Beck, he has inspired thousands and changed lives. He has been a breathe of fresh air over the past 4 years bringing truth to a deceitful period in our history. I believe Pres. Barak H Obama will be remembered as the worst Pres. in American history, the man who broke the foundation of this country. There is not one issue I am in agreement with concerning this administration. As a strong conservative this administration offers me nothing. I believe in freedom works and have supported several of their events and will continue to do so. Glens’ freepac message is awesome, inspiring and motivating.
With that said: Barak H Obama will be serving a second term in office, so I would urge individuals to do what I am going to do on Novemeber 6th 2012. Eat nothing but toast for breakfast, a dollar hamburger for lunch, and maybe a two dollar slice of pizza for dinner, and by all means do not drink anything all day that cost more than 1.00 each bottle limiting it to 5. Keep your food costs for the entire day under 10.00.. GO VOTE FOR MITT ROMNEY, go home grab a small pail and a bunch of paper towels, placing both very close to where you are sitting while watching the results.
At 11:00 pm est pick up the pail and towels and wait to hear. CONGRATULATIONS Mr. PRES TO A 2nd TERM.. Then hurl into the pail your 10.00 meals and water, wipe your mouth and go to bed…

The word means to unveil what is already there, or unveiling, as a sculptor would do with a masterpiece, unveil something already there to the world. The book is not in sequential order from chapter 1-22!! The book is not like a bookend on a bookshelf, it is actually the outter circle of the Great Commission per say. It is fascinating!!
Read the first 12 Chapters of Genesis from 1-12 then Read Revelation backwards from 22-10 they are almost identical in the transition of mankind, the plot of the story per say… It is a marvelous depiction of Gods claim, Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
God Bless!!

Posted on October 20, 2012 at 8:23pmUmmm… As a mormon myself, I can tell you that there is no church doctrine that states that the United States of America will survive to the Millenium. There are statements by various church leaders that can be interpreted to be for or against that idea, and the rest is up to the individual to decide what they believe. Personally, I don’t think that the political nation will survive into the Millenium, but that’s merely my personal opinion. We DO believe that the physical landmass will remain, and it IS doctrine that Zion (the New Jerusalem), a real city/state/nation/sovereignty, will be built in Jackson County, Missouri. Beyond that, we focus a little more on personally preparing ourselves, our families, and our neighbours for the glorious Second Coming of the Messiah, who is Jesus Christ of the New Testament.

Posted on October 20, 2012 at 1:08pmRead “It Can’t Happen Here” by Sinclair Lewis, not the best novel, but it is interesting how much the “platforms” have changed since the 1930′s. The definitions of “conservative” and “liberal” have morphed more in the last four years than I remember ever in my lifetime. “We” have managed to define a line in two of three areas of debate. That is an accomplishment.
Fiscal; more money in the hands of those who earn it vs. redistribution of all assets.
in the governance sense; less government intrusion in our lives vs. the nanny state.
In the social sense; a debate over where, how and on what issues the government should intervene (you cannot buy a 16oz soda vs you cannot buy the “morning after” pill without a prescription) .
Libertarians would stand on that last issue – that the government is not in the business of setting social policy.
If you hold the “Libertarian” view and vote for Obama, by taking yourself out the the game, you are voting against two of the three principles that are indeed Libertarian in nature, allowing your social policy beliefs to trump both fiscal and governing issues making you not Libertarian, but Liberal on those two issues. One step foward, two steps back.

Posted on October 20, 2012 at 1:56pm@AxelPhantom, Yeah right.
Fiscal – Romney somehow will somehow preserve the state (socialist btw), expand our military and not raise taxes. Plus start a costly war. Not to mention he said, “I believe we have a responsibility to care for one another.” which is commie speak. Of course he supports a centrally planned economic model created by a Fabian Socialist.
Government intervention… Firing Big Bird while preserving the fascist police state and every other socialist program started since the new deal is not getting government of our backs or shrinking the government. The best start would be getting rid of the DHS/TSA, but he likes government thugs molesting our children. He LOVES big brother, at least as per the analysis of the CFR (which they think is a good thing)
Social issues, he’s a bat crap crazy religious altruist.

Not talking about politicians here, talking about the redefinition that has begun and will continue by “Us”, we the people. We have a long way to go and I would be willing to bet money that whatever your profession, there are people who could look at your “record”, job performance and point out your massive flaws in such a way that you would appear to be a complete incompetant.
That is why this cannot be about one person, one party but about us, the people. Like it or not, your choice is Romney or Obama, Johnson gets less than 1% and what is the result? Do you change anything? No. But you will walk away with the warm fuzzies knowing that you “stuck to your principles”. Well whoopie-do-da for you.
I will take a person who has NOT made it his goal in life to destroy capitalism and our country with it to stop the Marxist from destroying us at a breathtaking pace the next four years. Ever heard the phrase “live to fight another day”? There is a fine line between bravery and stupidity.

The issue I have with you is not that you disagree with us, its the manner in which you do it. Your crude humor I find disgusting and unfitting of an adult.
Ive never read a post from you that questions a constitutionalist views, your strategy seems to be obscene “jokes” based on media provided stereotypes.
I think your staunch anti Paul mentality leads you to exaggerate the negative aspects of our movement and accept with ease the media driven cliches attached to Paul and his supporters.
You caught me at a bad time and I apologize for my harsh tone but I think my point stands that you express your self with a stunning lack of class.
Remember those “Paul turds” are standing shoulder to shoulder with you at those Tea Party events, have you considered perhaps youve only noticed the louder and maybe a bit cooky supporters? I dont deny that the Liberty/Tea movement has its cooks but like the left media did in 08 they tend to exaggerate the negative aspects of a movement that questions the status quo.
At this time its good to see Romney and Paul supporters discussing their disagreements and even with a little zing can be fun but I just cant understand how some of you deem us nut jobs and to the extent of out right insults like you seem to enjoy when we seem to be so close ideologically.
I put it to you that discussing our disagreements would be much more productive than exchanging child like insults.

Posted on October 20, 2012 at 8:42amNevermind the naysayers. Romney revealed his socialist tendencies in the last debate, and they still applaud him as a savior. They say we’re fools for even suggesting that the two candidates are the same, yet can’t answer how they differ. It’s really kind of pathetic really. Most of them bitching at you are cashing their socialist security checks. They his warmongering, but haven’t really thought about what happens to a nuclear facility that is bombed or the fallout (literally).

Until they are FULLY, COMPLETELY REJECTED… nothing is going to change. And those who lead you to PRESERVE THEM, are SUPPORTING MORE OF THE SAME… but calling it “change.”
