Muslim Brotherhood Freedom and Justice Party New Leader Katatny Committed to Shariah Law in Egypt

The Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) – the political party of Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood – elected former speaker of parliament Saad el-Katatny as its new leader. He replaces Mohammed Morsi who resigned the position this summer after being elected president of Egypt.

Katatny, who is considered to be aligned with the more conservative faction of the Muslim Brotherhood, triumphed over rival Essam el-Erian by 67 percent. Erian was viewed as more willing to compromise with liberals and leftists.

FJP general assembly members voted Oct. 6, and results were announced on Friday. Those results, according to the Egyptian news site Ahram, were met with “thunderous applause.”

In his acceptance speech, Katatny called his victory “only a first step” towards the FJP’s many goals, the main one being to establish Shariah law in Egypt. Ahram reports:

“The Muslim Brotherhood established the party to represent the Brotherhood’s political project, which, in the end, will be a wise government that will institute Islamic Sharia Law,” he asserted.

He went on to say that the party would extend its hands to all of Egypt’s diverse political forces.

“The FJP has a vision: to raise Egypt back up to its rightful place among the nations of the world,” El-Katatni said. “The FJP will work to obtain experience from other political parties in this regard.”

The FJP is currently the largest political party in Egypt, having won 47 percent of seats in the lower house of parliament and boasting a membership of about 400,000.

Earlier this month, the Muslim Brotherhood’s highest ranking official called on the Muslim world to carry out “holy jihad” against Israel to capture Jerusalem. Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Mohammed Badie said, “The jihad for the recovery of Jerusalem is a duty for all Muslims.”

  Barber she is that stupid. She says we had security in Lybia because we were arming the Libyans. That would be fast & furious II and we know how that program worked out. I’ll bet none of these weapons have tracking either. Smart women do not fall on their sword to claim full responsibility for the security in Libya in order to help get the campaigner and thief re-elected. She thought she pulled a bill by choosing words carefully so she could come back later & say she wasn’t really responsible. But the media jumped on it as admission of her dept fault. Political suicide.

Chalk one up for Obama. There was a reason he helped Eygpt and the reason is clear. He knew that the Islamic Brotherhood would win and Sharia law enforced. Obama is scrambling to CHA when it comes to Libya. There’s a whole lot more to that story than meets the eye. IF Obama wins the election, he should be impeached & he knows it. His imagined power will not, and cannot save him.

So Obammy isn’t correct when he said, “Islam is the religion of peace”. Just remember, except for income redistribution, social justice and all of his other socialist policies he means and believes the opposite of what he says. It’s the good old Chicago style of politics.

  They’ll probably get Sharia Law in Egypt just like it will probably eventually also come throughout America. And the reason it will travel for the most part unseen in America is because Americans don’t like truth, and Sharia will travel in those shadows. Like case in point: lets say in America there are 10,000 house fires every winter caused by dust, and pet dander buildup in the furnace. Now the left is going to blame the furnace manufacturers because there is more money, and better regulation incentive to go after the furnace maker. And the right wing is going to blame the left saying the left has ignorant regulation, but they won’t say [because] of regulation in that the right likes regulation too. Meanwhile the truth is that it is because of regulation and Socialism 50 or 75 years ago in that those people who are so dumb to allow stupid tragic things to happen to them – well their granddaddy probably should have died in a house fire 75 years ago to keep the dumb DNA from spreading.

  Moreover, all that idiocy just keeps getting paid forward until it all conglomerates together in one big dumb sea, and then the nation falls apart. But now, people won’t admit that is the truth because they think they are perfect or near perfect [which also is the Biblical sense of "Destroying the earth" because people forgot God], and people think they are entitled to equality. Also people need a moral compass otherwise they go to their twisted fountain, and that’s why people go to church to get a drink of a perceived moral compass.   “Jihad is the Way” is the last of a five-volume work, “The Laws of Da’wa,” written by Mustafa Mashhur, the reported leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt from 1996 until 2002. The Jerusalem Post reports that excerpts from the book detail the Brotherhood’s objectives, including the “global conquest of Islam” and “reestablishing the Islamic Caliphate, the “public and private duties of jihad” and the “struggles Muslims must wage against Israel.”
  
  “The Islamic ummah,” [the book] says, referring to the supranational community of Muslims, “can regain its power and be liberated and assume its rightful position which was intended by Allah, as the most exalted nation among men, as the leaders of humanity.”

We have seen this one coming for some time now, and expected it to occur no matter how much the White House denied it would occur. It happened the same way in Libya, with the same denials by Obama.

Ahem, that is the beginning of world war 3. Too bad the Harvard messiah didn’t read the koran first and the history of their fake prophet. On October 9 of this year, Malala Yousufzai, a 14 year old Pakistani schoolgirl was shot in the head by the Taliban because she endorsed the right of women to be educated. This is just one of almost 20,000 jihadist terror attacks since 9/11. The website http://www.thereligionofpeace.com chronicles the details of every single attack.

We are way past due to recognize that these jihadist are bloodthirsty, savage, Neanderthals whose goal is to conquer the world and send everyone back to the stone-age. They rule the Mideast, large parts of Africa, and Southeast Asia. They intimidate Europe, have cells in South America, and are crossing our southern border with the assistance of the drug cartels. You may not want a war on terror but there is no way to pacify or capitulate except total surrender to religious tyranny. The world has never faced a global imperialistic threat like the jihadists.

Meanwhile, American femme rights activists think if we don’t pay for their abortions and contraception that they are the victims of a “War On Women.”
What a pathetic joke. Hillary Clinton, Debbie Wasserman, and Sandra Fluke need to talk to young Malala and discover what a war on women really looks like. In much of the world women face humiliation, torture, and even death if they want to vote, drive a car, or walk alone in a mall.

If we are to remain the “home of the brave”, then we must be exactly that.

  I do completely agree with you. Many still don’t understand that the Muslim Brotherhood are Stone Age critters that are not willing to negotiate anything because their goal is to mislead and to take over western civilization. Our only way of defense is unfortunately the force and the new Government will have to declare the practice of Sharia Law within our Country as unconstitutional and Islam has to be designated as a political ideology.   Our military should not be a Boy Scout/Nation Building/Hand-holding institution.

  Let those people work out their own issues. If/when their activities encroach our
  interests, then we intervene.

  PROGRESSIVESLAYER, I think that our next president should send Israel a stockpile of our Neutron bombs. After they are secured in safe places, then let the world at large know about it. Could be a useful deterrent, and will let Russian know that any residual radioactivity in Iran will be short lived.

  RJINGADSDEN Sounds like a winner,something has to be done that’s for sure because those lunatics are itching to die so I say let Israel oblige them. I believe Israel will act soon but not with nukes unless they know for certain that Iran has it then they will light em up first. I don’t believe the nut jobs that rule Iran can be deterred with the threat of nuclear annihilation because they’re insane.I think ole Akmed said he doesn’t care if all the people of Iran are killed as long as Israel ceases to exist.
