A Florida man practicing the opposite of love thy neighbor was arrested for stalking and criminal mischief after allegedly terrorizing his neighbors for a year and a half.

Mitchell Igelko has been accused of egging homes, spraying grass-destroying chemicals and flattening the tires of his Miami neighbors, according to CBS 4. He was also heard using a megaphone to direct obscene language toward them as well.
CBS 4 reported that Igelko, who owned the landscape company Mitchell’s Lawn Corp., was arrested last week for “harassing victims in his neighborhood, causing substantial emotional stress,” according to the police report.
One of these neighbors, Francisco Torres, installed a camera to catch Igelko in the act. One of the tapes shows Igleko putting nails on Torres’ driveway and on the street.
Watch CBS 4′s report:
WSVN-TV reported Torres saying his video also shows Igelko spraying a chemical on neighbors’ lawns. Within 48 hours the grass had turned brown. The Department of Environmental Resources Management was taking grass and soil samples last week for testing.
“We haven’t had a chance to review the evidence,” Igelko’s lawyer Daniel Espinosa told CBS 4. “Just about every house in the neighborhood has been vandalized including Mr. Igelko.”
WSVN-TV reported Igelko declining to comment on his arrest. Torres said Igelko and he used to be friends. You can watch WSVN-TV’s report here.

Posted on October 22, 2012 at 11:47amOf course the dude had to do this to his own home, otherwise it would have clearly pointed at him as the culprit. Still not too bright.
I hope he has to pay restitution by providing free landscaping to all those he did this too and pay for tire purchases or repair. Along with 200 hrs of community service and 30 days in jail.

Posted on October 22, 2012 at 12:28pmMy next door neighbor did that to me. He killed my grass in a round area about 25 feet in diameter. I found out after he moved that he was caught numerous times pouring liquid “substances” on other neighbors driveways to eat their concrete away and on their lawns. If I would have known that he was behind it he would have gotten a beating.

Posted on October 22, 2012 at 11:43amWhen I lived in Vegas I told kids down the street to keep away from my daughter as they were a bad influence and told my daughter not to let them in the yard. It was fully gated. Several days later, someone threw his cigarette or threw something on the lawn and lite it up. I was home and did not see it happen, but a neighbor came over to tell me my front lawn was on fire. It was winter time so the lawn was brown. He had put it out for me. Then about three weeks after that some kids catapulted a gallon glass bottle we assume over the roof from the street behind us, which hit square in the middle of our car windshield shattering it. Then sometime later I was sitting at home watching TV and my husband was at work our glass sliding door just shattered into a million pieces. We figured somebody fired a BB gun or something else to make it shatter. We could never attribute it to the kids, but we suspected.
My friend here in Colorado is the HOA President and he went on vacation last Christmas and someone threw eggs up against the side of his house. He believes it was an owner who got pissed off when he enforced HOA rules. He now has put camera’s around his home.

Posted on October 22, 2012 at 10:40amNot saying how I know but I would imagine all he did to kill the grass and trees, etc, was common bleach. It used to be somewhat of a school or college prank to write things in peoples’ grass or on school grounds with common bleach, kills really quick and within a couple of days you can leave a message in grass that way. Never did it myself but know of others who have claimed to have done so. Had friends back in the 60s who would do this, since my parents would have killed me if I ever got caught doing anything like that, I never tried it. That was back in the days when if you did bad things your parents could beat the **** out of you and everyone was fine with it and there was much less vandalism and delinquent behavior. And you were taught not to mess with other peoples’ property. That was back in the days where if you were foolish enough to get in trouble at school and your teacher clobbered you you didn’t run home and your parents sued the school, you hoped and prayed your parents wouldn’t find out cause you would get even worse from your folks if they found out.

Posted on October 22, 2012 at 11:22amGenaT, I remember those days and passed it on to my kids(all adults now). They knew if they were in trouble we better hear it from their mouths before the school or a teacher called. They also knew unless they could make an airtight case, we were going to come down on the side of the school, or law, or whatever. My husband was a genius at punishment too, like edging the very large lawn while hungover from boys first alcohal transgression. (not repeated while they lived at home). Todays parents have no guts, well I am sure there are some who still have some. Should have this guy doing yard work for free for whole neighborhood for a few years.

Posted on October 22, 2012 at 10:15amThere is a sustained effort at harrasement.SOunds a little like what the terrorists do.Its a little tamer though in some respects.Want to know how bad they are in VA.My garden forecast now includes listening to the freaks food fatwas.Every time they call one I can garantee that my plants will be hit by them with chemicals. The fact that I am not ,now nor ever have been ,nor will ever be muslim is irrelevent.
They gave this man a bond. Now I am aware that the process is narrow in scope. The idea is simply to determine if they will show in court. However what this man did is to a multitude of people. He is an endangerment to them and himself.Lets hope there is some stipulations on his bond for everyones sake.First check to see if he has muslim ties. This is right up there alley so to speak. They commit a lot of low level crimes like this.Death by a thousand cuts. Its there financial version of it.It costs money to repair items and replace them.Check to see if his female neighbors have had any mysterious rashs.More speciafically in areas they ordinarily wouldn’t They are famous for smearing poison oak ivy leaves on womens underwear ,bras and socks. It produces misery costs money to mitigate. They will get ahold of them on the line.If they are determined enough they will break in when the occupants aren’t home and do it.They love that as the people[If they are unaware of what is happening]will blame the other/s.Remember COINTEL.They use various forms for torture and forced submission.

Posted on October 22, 2012 at 10:03amReminds me of some neighbors I had when I lived in North Tampa back in the early ’70s. A family of four from Iran. They were an absolute terror, and the other neighbors warned us to not even bother talking with them. That would only piss them off more. Still, two of my cars were keyed more than once. Late at night they would go outside and beat and bang on pots and pans and do whatever they could to disturb those who had to go to work in the morning. I don’t think that any of them worked, and they had all of the time in the world to do whatever. Finally, the owner of the property evicted them.

Posted on October 22, 2012 at 10:25amGood morning, RJJ. I wish The Blaze had private messaging – I would tell you a few literal horror stories from my old neighborhood, including incestuous murder, dope dealing, and wife beating including an eye gouging, and this was in a cul de sac! When we sold our house, we left so fast we created a sonic boom…(we were gone within 24 hours).

Posted on October 22, 2012 at 10:27amThat wasn’t an accident. That was low level jihad. They have used our old COINTEL tactics with twists. Please study them.It may be the only thing that saves you.The goal is but one our destruction.
Loss of sleep is another tactic. This can be used in so many ways it isn’t funny.Always remember there death by a thousand cuts is also financial. The destruction of property and other low level events cost money time and sometimes pain to rectify. Its part of their great plan for submission. If they had been looking to recruit you, or even have fun at your expense..It would have been followed by vague requests, that alledgedly if followed , would cause your irritation torment to end. These requests are vague on purpose. Its used to gauge you for one.Its also used as a mental trap.It also lets them off the hook as it isn’t specific enough to convict on.They do it in increments. Also since for most it seems as if its from left field. It isn’t taken as seriously as it should be.This is another way they infiltrated.

Incestious murder?Hum sounds like somethin JAF set up.They are famous for using private D***s to gather information on their targets. They then will set up false facades using every last one of your family members friends exes and even former employers. They hide behind them like rugs. One thing that sets them apart from a simple idiot. It will always transpire in a state that the target doesn’t live in has never been a permanent resident in and more than likely will never be.Anything they can use to set up a government agency to act as a agent for torture by proxy is in their book.Switching around a sister mother for an ex wife isn’t hard to believe.Be it in the legal arena or medical arena. They really like the medical arena. Its filled with secrecy its the only profession where your records aren’t truly yours. Its wide open for fraud torture deciept exc. They positively love fla.Its has the baker act the marchman act and a couple others that can be easily abused. All it requires is three people who claim they know you and have problems.Nah something like bribery couldn’t occur?/sarcastic.It creates misery,;oss of money and time.Something the terrorists are good at doing. In fact it really is the only thing they are good at doing.
