Moderator Bob Schieffer Accidentally Calls Al Qaeda Leader ‘Obama’s bin Laden’

The moderator for Monday night’s presidential debate, CBS’s Bob Schieffer, accidentally called the deceased Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden “Obama’s bin Laden.” He did throw in an “ahh” as if to catch himself in the middle, so it seemed it was more of an oops than anything else:

In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Find out more HERE.

Understandable mistake. Osama Obama has a catchy ring to it for all those who think Muslim names sound the same. Or is it Saddam Hussein or Barack Hussein?

It really doesn’t matter who won this debate.

I have an aunt who believes that anything anyone comes up with against Obama is a lie and comes from racial prejudice. Absolutely illogical, but yet the truth. There are many who voted for Obama last time who will continue to deny they made a mistake. We have to cancel-out such people’s votes.

I firmly believe our only hope of ousting Obama is to convince all our conservative friends to get out and vote. Don’t waste your time on the those who cannot see. I’ve helped my 3 voting age children see the importance of voting for Romney this election and made sure that each of them is registered and I will personally drive them to the polls if needed. This is not a brag, it is merely an example of what must be done.

I will be at the polls for early voting tomorrow. How many of you will be taking someone else to the polls who didn’t vote in the last election? I’ll have 3 new voters at the polls, how about you. Activate your friends now.

It may be your last chance to bring someone into the fold of sanity. In my state, tomorrow is the last day to register, to be able to vote in this election.

@ DRRGB : some of the stuff one can find on the web would tell us that Obama went to PAKISTAN in the 80′s and met Osama (I don’t think Obama was Obama then, maybe Barry) well…he came back to School (Columbia?) and had POSTERS of OSAMA BIN LADEN on his wall…he was a rock star to him.
Then Saddam Hussein was a big deal then. SO then Obama gets his new name…ANYONE EVER HEAR WHERE IT CAME FROM? Wouldn’t be surprised if it was the combo of those two names, would you? But then others think that OBL wasn’t the one shot, but a body double (as they all had body doubles) and that eventually OBL will “appear” as the second coming, which would explain why OBAMA really drug his feet on killing him…time to get body double in place… just sayin’…would make quite a movie, eh? And then we get to the MURDERS at Bengahzi.. Was the Ambassador really a gun-runner or arms negotiator for Obama? Working for Muslim Bro-hood? There’s a whole lot more to come out on this and …since it wasn’t “dealt with tonight” it leaves the door opened for the full story including the TAPE that was made IN REAL TIME as shown to the STATE DEPT. that night…REAL TIME. If I were the parents of any of these 4 Patriots I would be inconsolable —well, I think the HISTORY writers are going to have a field day with all that has gone on in the OBAMA (ONE TERM) administration!…. WORK ON THE VOTE NOW!!! PRAY HARD!! 14 days .

Sorry, but just based on his name, this guy shouldn’t have been elected. It too closed resembled a wanted terrorist and a cruel dictator. Numerous “journalists” have called Obama, OSAMA on live TV.
Maybe he should go back to other name, Barry Soetoro?

All Obuma could do was fumble through the debate with non-answers. He looked like a whiney stubborn kid getting scolded for a lack of manners when Romney said ‘excuse me,I’m speaking now.’ Obuma couldn’t answer because he has no logical answers – besides admitting he’s either completely incompetent to be President, or he’s deliberately trying to f*** everything up in the U.S.

All he has is his mindless dreg supporters, racists / racists trying to convince themselves they’re not racist, and his Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Pathetic!

      To raging_waters:
It’s interesting that the only quote from the debate that you used is “excuse me, I’m speaking now.” There’s nothing wrong with that, though; it’s one of the most accurate things Romney said the whole night. It’s evident that you’re a strong supporter of Mitt, and oppose the president just as strongly. That being said, it only follows logic that you would use either a quote from Romney during a moment when he made himself sound good, or a quote from president Obama during a moment when he made himself sound bad. Considering the tone of your comment, it’s highly probable that you would try (either consciously or subconsciously) to quote Mitt at his best, or the president at his worst. Accordingly, it’s almost certain that one, or both, of the following statements pertaining to when Mitt Romney said “excuse me, I’m speaking now” is true:

A.) It was Romney’s best moment of the debate
      and/or
B.) It was president Obama’s worst moment of the debate

I don’t think president Obama is truthful 100% of the time (if I had to guess, i’d say he’s truthful about 98% of the time), but I think he is a more honest man than Mitt Romney, by far. I also think Mitt Romney would hurt America more than the president has. But in reality, I don’t think either of them could be labeled as “intent on destroying America”. That label is best suited for George W. Bush, who’s administration is obviously responsible for the events of 9/11. I’m not saying Osama Bin Laden wasn’t an evil person; he definitely deserved what he got. Actually, I think he deserved much worse than death. I just feel that the evidence of 9/11 overwhelmingly points the finger of responsibility to those whom were in the highest positions of power when it occurred. There is much proof (photographic and other) that corroborates what I’ve stated about 9/11. If you are interested in that proof, I can direct you to sources. It’s becoming more of widely known fact nowadays.

Wow, he’s lucky President Obama did not insult him by accusing his verbal slip and associate it with the use of type writers that used ribbons, and there was no “erase” button?

Speaking of current writing tools, I am really impressed with Microsoft Windows, not only do I not have to pay for protection against hackers that use tools made possible by Ubuntu, a free Linux distribution, a lot of the problems associated with poorly maintained file systems are eliminated with automated utilities requiring no actions from the user?

    Way to go Microsoft!

Imagine the laughingstock the MSM will become once Obuma loses in a landslide. They’re starting to face reality now…time to watch ‘em squirm.
