During the final presidential debate on Monday night, President Barack Obama took exception with Mitt Romney’s use of the phrase “apology tour,” referring to his trip to various foreign nations early in his first term.

“This has been, probably the biggest whopper that has been told in the course of this campaign,” Obama said during the debate.

Is the president right? Was Romney out of line to use that phrase?

I’m glad the Blaze didn’t waste any valuable space reporting on the 3rd Party Debate last night hosted by Larry King. After all, I wouldn’t want Beck’s Mormon buddy to lose any votes. Doing a story on the new Iron Man 3 trailer is much more important!

  Ok for those who aren’t smarter than a 5th. grader, e.g. Romney. Foreign policy in the 21st. century is not about how strong you military is and how much aid you give a country in an attempt to buy their alliance. It is about diplomacy and respect for a countries sovereignty, culture and perspectives. And for those of you who rely on GB for a false history be assured that countries like England, Spain and Russia did not loose their power and influence because their Navy didn’t have enough ships. They lost their power and influence because of an inability to control and coordinate across wide distances and cultures, and more importantly an inability to fund their failed strategies and policies. And for those who think Americans beat the British because of some divine intervention from God or rugged individualist spirit you are wrong. History tells us that an uprising in Scotland cause the British to remove significant troops to protect the homeland. Britain was unable to supply the military resources or fund the war in American and the conflict with Scotland. Historians who deal in reality recognize this was when the revolutionary war turned in favor of America.

  A write-in vote will do nothing but assure a victory for Obama. If you wanted to finish wrecking the country, you might as well go ahead and vote Obama outright. Either way, the net result will be the same, and you will be just as responsible for the demise of this great nation. Romney was never my choice either. I, too, am getting sick of holding my nose and accepting the lesser of two evils. In the past, the differences may not have been so stark. This time, they most certainly are.   Not one of these people is qualified to be a dog catcher. They are failed politicians, Goode is from Virginia not far from where I live. He was a good congressman but then lost his way.
  This country needs a serious man to lead it, Romney is the man. His religion is his and will not affect his ability to fix the problems.
  Simply put – A vote for anyone but Romney is a vote for America to fail.

Obama try to embarrassed Romney, when his mention in the debate that during the visit that Romney was in Israel, Romney attend a fund raise. I wait to Romney reply to Obama; “that a list I’m not that the one that the next day after the death of 4 Americans, include the Ambassador was not the one to attend the fund raise.

  It only took a moment to realize what you were saying. I agree. Obama would do anything to make Romney look bad. And you’re right about at lease Romney’s fun raiser wasn’t days after our Ambassador got killed.
  
  As to the comments I’ve read so far, the left must really be scared. All I’ve seen are leftist comments. Is Soros upping the pay to attack conservative blogs? Just because someone wants to put out the truth on this president, because the media is in bed with him and won’t speak ill of him even if he committed murder (which is possible since 3 openly g ay men from his church died right before he ran, and our Ambassado was supposedly g ay as well, wonder what he knew), doesn’t mean they only fact check the left. If we don’t help voters get to the voting booths, Obama could easily get a second term, through major voter fraud.

I never thought Bill Clinton could have ever been elected a second term, but he was.

  Because of Obama we got Tea Party and republican house. Because of Obama, we have a divided government and no new laws are being made (which is a good thing). Last year, the federal government spent $100Billion less than the previous year.
  
  These are all good things. Another 4 years of Obama might be enough to make the republican party wake up and allow the Tea Party to control the process in 2016

The site is dedicated to finding fault with Obama’s Presidency. There are no “apologies” to be found in the video. It is edited in a fashion to cut out what the right doesn’t want…you know…those silly parts that make the speeches and statements NOT look like what you want them to seem? Any fool can edit and cut out parts of someone’s videotaped speeches and not provide context, so as to try and prove a point. Yep– Sounds like apologies to me. Blameless on him, but apologies for me. WHAT? I’ve been around less than he has and i see America feeding the poor around the World. Aericans of their own accord with their own time and money, pay for other Americans to do what they may not have tim eto. I see blood and sacrifice when the World BEGS US, where and when we would rather not go, but morally have no other choice.
WHAT THE HEllL is this fool talking about? It boggle the mind he could say such things without a no specifics whatsoever, cause I can’t think of any.
And to do it with no mention of the incredible malevolence that Americans share of their heart. It is a sickening thing. Truly – America is there when the World asks of her.   I’ve been living in another America totally myself. I never saw the America he refers to. From its gritty city streets of Cleveland to its suburbs, to the American Navy stationed overseas in the Phillipines I saw Sailors doing the right things helping the poor, medical doctors tending to the sick from the USS Mercy and USS Comfort all over the far east and then some. I’ve been in Battle groups that stopped to help small boats escaping communist Vietnam, I’ve seen Americans acting humble on port visits around the world, stopping to help a beggar by filling his hands with left over coins and cash from the nights outings. I never ever saw the Ugly American spoke of in that title book. I saw American Aviators doing there best each day to aviod bombing innocent civilians both in Somalia and Iraq. I saw my fellow Americans supporting me and my comrades and those persons abroad through Unicef and other fine charities to feed the poor. I wish I could have only done more on my travels. I am not a liberal but a God fearing American, who has a good heart and one where I want to see others free like me. This president is totally foreign to me and my REAL American experience on the front lines abroad and at home.
