‘American Decline’: Gingrich-Linked PAC Releases Intense Anti-Obama Ad

It wasn’t too long ago that certain members of the media labelled former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich “grandiose,” a title he proudly accepted.

“I am American and Americans are instinctively grandiose,” he told supporters in Cocoa, Fla., in January.

So it only makes sense that the Gingrich-associated super PAC, Winning Our Future, would produce an ad to match his “grandiosity.”

If President Obama wins re-election, the ad titled “The American Decline” warns, there will be “world chaos” and religion will be “on the run”:

  Newts ad is exactly what most of us know will happen if Obama wins another term. This is the reason so many people immediately stopped spending their money and started saving in 2008. It’s the reason so many people planted gardens. People started stock piling food and buying guns because of the who we all knew Obama to be.
  
  I don’t want to get into the reasons people find it impossible to back Ron Paul or Gary Johnson. I’m done with that. But it is most certainly not for the reasons YOU sited.

The future looks bleak if obama is elected again. Our country is fragile right now bevcause of him and another four years would finish us off as a power of any sort let along a world power.   Soybean, in case you didn’t notice, that video was a recap and replay of the last 4 years with a warning of 4 more of the same. It was not an imaginary nuke like the ad against Goldwater. However I do believe that a nuke is now much more likely because of what Obama has already setup. Like Abraham Lincoln, who was not responsible for the civil war, we need someone that can help us get through what is sure to come. What’s coming is largely because of what Obama has put in place.   Our trajectory was set in the 1930′s with the European virus called Collectivism (Fascism, Nazism, Marxism, Communism, etc.). The only thing a leader can do for us now is to postpone the inevitable Death of America for a few more decades. All things that are born must die. We can never erase the mistakes America has made in its life any more than we can erase the mistakes we have made in our lives. All we can hope for is that our children see those mistakes and choose to make *different* ones. We will be faced with the task of creating a new nation someday. That is an absolute certainty.
  
  Obama could be the man to force that task on us now rather than on our grandchildren later.

  Romney most likely could not prevent these things from happening, but he most likely would minimize their sting. The trajectory we are moving with Obama (total unemployment/unemployment, the national debt, dependancy on the government, etc.), it would not take much a few years from now to know this train off of its tracks. I know of many companies that will cease all hiring if BS/BO wins, and many will lay people off to prepare for the coming onslaught of new taxation (aka Obamacare). The unemployment rate will skyrocket and we will fall further down the hole of no return.

Somehow, these people are going to get organized, and really start to believe the great evils in their undisciplined lives, are actually caused by Christians…..like homosexuality would magically not be deviant if Christian people would not point out that God, himself, called it an abomination….or that abortion would not be murder if Christians would not maintain conception as the start of human beings. I did not say these people are deluded, God does, and takes responsibility for it.
There was no written law, when Cain slew Abel, but the Lord called it murder, nonetheless Cain ‘spiritually’ knew it was wrong. Ecclesiastes teaches us that there is nothing new under the sun. Human nature and the nature of God have NOT changed. Not one jot.

  It seems the political pendulum is swinging back hard to the right. With all the acrimony and venom not to mention the freebees (Obama Phone) at stake and now the ever present racial component, We have to cure the ills of this country or maintain and grow the conservative base. The ills as I see it are Federal mandates to the states, Federal government employees, etc… There are too many to name… All of which seem to have a price that is born by the tax payers…
  
  Liberals have made great inroads into the entitlement mentalities and Conservatives have also played a role by allowing government workers to retire so early… My Father retired at 47 – 48 years old from the military and didn’t do a thing after. He was retired longer than he worked and that’s simply not right. Now multiply him with all the other retirees the Federal government produces.
  
  We have to stop spending. The only thing that should not be on the chopping block is the Active duty military. But here too, in going to an all volunteer force, we had to compensate with increased pay. Are we willing to bring back the draft in order to reduce costs.

  I never comment on anything but kenboo1 has got to be One of the most ignorant statements I have heard in a while. First off the active duty military is not constitutionally mandated like the national guard is.
  Also to suggest that we should go back to draft to save money has to be the worst idea I have heard, at least in the last two years. You have any idea the kinda of training that us soldiers go through now to become even moderately proficient at our jobs. I have worked at my current job unmanned aircraft for four years. I have done nearly two years of school before the four years started on top of 8 years of hands on work plus two deployments and I will tell you that if we went your way people with my experience wouldn’t exist. The cost to maintain our technological suppuriority would be astronomical not to mention all off the stupid mistakes made by people forced to work against there will (insert hitler like attitude such as yours).
  Ohh and I am federal employ for the National guard and I get no pension and health benefits after I retire. I also get paid well below the active duty for the same job and duties. Oh and I still have to do drill and camp and deployments but I have to do that for forty years to get about forty percent of base pay for a pension.
  
  So I work two jobs and am away from my family and have had my friends die for your presidents and you want me fired? Does that about sum it up?
  
  People like you don’t deserve to live in this country spoil

  You have no idea just how accurate what you wrote is. He taught at the Army War College and chaired a 2001 think tank about dangers America may face in the near future.
  He’s a fascinating man although not the right man to be President this time around. He is capable of thinking out of the box and will help Romney as much as Romney will allow him to.
