NYPD Arrests Officer in Grotesque Plot to Kidnap, Cook, & Eat Over 100 Women

A New York City police officer was charged Thursday with plotting to kidnap, rape, torture, and kill women he had identified and cataloged on his computer, and then cook and eat their body parts.

Gilberto Valle sent numerous emails and other Internet communications about the nightmarish torture and cannibalism scheme, according to a criminal complaint.

“I was thinking of tying her body onto some kind of apparatus … cook her over low heat, keep her alive as long as possible,” Valle allegedly wrote in one online exchange in July, the complaint says.

The officer was to appear later Thursday in federal court in Manhattan to face kidnapping charges. The name of his attorney was not immediately available.

A search of Valle’s computer found he created records of at least 100 women with their names, addresses and photos, the complaint says. Some of the information came from his unauthorized use of a law enforcement database, authorities said.

“The allegations in the complaint really need no description from us,” said Mary E. Galligan, acting head of the FBI’s New York office. “They speak for themselves. It would be an understatement merely to say Valle’s own words and actions were shocking.”

Horrifyingly enough, Valle allegedly met one potential victim over lunch.

The complaint claims that in February, Valle negotiated to kidnap another woman for someone else, writing, “$5,000 and she’s all yours.”

It says he added: “[S]he will be stuffed into a large piece of luggage and wheeled out to my van.”

Cellphone data revealed that Valle made calls on the block where the woman lives in March, the complaint says. An FBI agent interviewed the woman, who told them that she didn’t know him well and was never in her home.

Valle, 28, lives in Queens. He had been assigned to a Manhattan precinct before his suspension on Wednesday.

    All those women were resisting…or at least he could feel them about to resist. He needed to do this in order to gain control of the situation and protect himself. You cop haters should be ashamed of yourselves. I’m thankful he’s doing his job. In fact, he should be applauded because eating the suspects can save us all a ton of money. Those women should have known better than to…er…well they just should have known better.

    what kind of personality types want to become enforcers? Used to be that police officers aspired to Andy Griffith like qualities. Now the standard mantra among men in blue is “anything is justified if it helps me get home alive at the end of a shift” and their code of conduct has changed from to serve and protect to “to survice and protect other cops”. Cops who illegally confiscated weapons from homeowners in Louisiana reported that they didn’t think it was right, but they were following orders.

    Nope. No more Andy Griffiths – just lots of jack-booted thugs, control freaks with insecurity complexes that seek power to compel others.

      that is because Andy had it under control. Cops don’t fight crackheads, they kill little kids in there bedroom or shoot your dog after having arrived at the wrong address. They blast homeless men with a knife 46 times or end up shooting 9 bystanders because they lack fire discipline. The police are not worth the money they get paid.

      Perhaps it is because th people of Mayberry were God fearing folk who followed Biblical principles in their daily life and tried to follow the Golden Rule and the 10 Commanments, kept God in His Sovereign position and didn’t replace Him with gov’t., expected kids to behave themselves and be reponsible , civilized hardworking, caring individuals, exacted sufficient amounts of shame on those who behaved wrongly……

      FesteAinoriba, I hate to break this to you but Andy Griffith was a fictional character, he never existed. Rooster Cogburn didn’t really mount a Gatling gun onto a raft and brave the rapids. Bobby Boucher didn’t win the Bourbon Bowl. Woody and Buzz Lightyear don’t really spring to life when people leave the room.

    Over the past 3 decades the government purposely created themselves a timeline to create lame parents with monster children. This nasty man is one of those children. Now our government, has it’s monsters, and now, if you haven’t noticed, they are trying to give them ideas of what to do with their creepy monstrous selves. That’s why the blasted on every network about 6 months ago canabalism shows, movies, etc 24 hours a day, because they know at least a handful of these monstrous idiots out of our 350 million people in our country will at least attempt this garbage. In return the government will be excited (Hillary laughing) and amused (loser govt watching it while eating popcorn just like they did with Libya)…. believe me, the government is the monster and now I hope this loser nasty gross creep gets shot by someone on the street, because we all know how corrupt the legal system is. They will let this loser walk and tonight he’ll have at least 14 women in his apartment roasting on a stick.

      Well, if you’re right, it just shows that the government can’t do anything right. After a thirty year program of trying to turn people into cannibals for no other reason except that they have become too jaded to be amused by lesser atrocities, we still only get a lousy two or three cannibalism related stories a year. That’s a pathetic return on our hard earned tax dollars. If the government were to privatize its brainwashing people into cannibalistic mass murderer programs, I imagine that the private sector could turn then out by the thousands at a much lower cost to the taxpayer.

    Certain qualities that are displayed in a psychopathic personality will be seen as desirable and assertive for most law enforcement. The problem with psychopaths is they lack patience and impulse control. The problem comes in when you have a management structure or a union that backs, defends, and covers up psychopathic behavior flaws. Mostly, we have to hope that there are good cops out there willing to blow the whistle on their brothers when their brothers turn out to be raving lunatics foaming at the mouth wanting to hurt people .. I can’t say I am hopeful.

      This guy is beyond sick. If you have the stomach for reading the actual transcripts from the arrest warrant, you can see how pre-meditated all of this was and how deeply thought out. What needs to be done now is to try, convict, and lock him away forever.

    Maybe he was doing a ‘sting?’ If not, he is so normal looking that he could get away with it for years if looks was an indicator. There are many women dead found in and around Manhattan they never cleared. Maybe they could look closer at him on these. Maybe he was progressing over time to where his e-mails seem to indicate he is now.

      Others? Well I believe in paraphilias coming about for some reason. We might not find out what caused this, but It would be worth trying to find out to prevent it in the future.

      I will just posit this is about control & this guy had very little early in life & it cause him to be this.
      You can believe in both free will & determinism, but it is awfully hard to thread the needle.
