Insane Video Catches Motorcyclist Fish-Hooking & Dragging Fellow Racer by the Helmet After High-Speed Wipe-Out
Motorcycles have their dangers, as even experienced drivers can make potentially-fatal errors. In a video uploaded to YouTube last week, this ideal was exemplified when a rider hit his fellow racer, fish-hooked his head, then dragged him to a grassy area. The incident took place during a chopper race, with a camera capturing the entire ordeal.

The situation unfolded when the riders took a sharp turn. The cyclist wiped out and, without much warning, the dirt bike behind him caught his head and dragged him by the helmet off of the track. The wild situation, which could have easily turned deadly, ended on a bizarre, yet encouraging, note.
“Are you okay?,” asked the rider who plowed into his fellow racer.
“I’m good, I’m good,” responded the stunned individual, whose helmet, at this point, was still attached to his opponent’s dirt bike.
“Wow that was insane,” the driver proclaimed.
Then, the race continued. Watch the insane video, below:

Posted on October 26, 2012 at 11:04amThe only thing NORCALBLAZER is right about is the speed at which this crash took place was roughly 30 MPH. taking turns like that on a wet road with knobbies is in fact ‘high speed’. That bike would not have wiped out in those conditions with street tires. Additionally, If the ‘hooking’ rider hadn’t maintained his balance during his quick stop, the ‘hooked’ rider would’ve been sent to the hospital to dig the brake lever out of his face or throat. I am so glad both riders were okay.

Posted on October 26, 2012 at 6:00amFortunately for that guy, he had a good helmet with a strap that held. If NOT, most likely the brake lever would have gouged the hell out of his face and would have done serious damage. I’d buy another one of those helmets!

The rider did a great job getting stopped quickly, so he didn’t injure the other rider. He was a true gentleman, making sure the other guy was okay, before he continued on his way.

What is happening on the Blaze? Where did the truth go? They are giving Marxist/Leninists more air time than anyone else.

Posted on October 25, 2012 at 12:07pmThose are supermotards, not choppers, not minibikes. And the rider that stayed up was not thinking quickly to save the guy that crashed. He was just doing what he could to stay upright. Since when is 30mph “high speed”. I guess that’s all I have to complain about. Carry on.

Posted on October 25, 2012 at 10:42amI was certain these were 8 year-olds on toy bikes until I heard the rider ask if the other was OK. It seems we have an entire generation of adolescent men that never grew up. They spend their days riding bikes and playing video games.

Posted on October 25, 2012 at 9:26amSecond reason why I will not ride a minibike. First reason is that I can barely stuff myself in economy sized cars without my knees by my ears, much less a “smart” car. I could never try riding one of those things.

Posted on October 25, 2012 at 8:34amNOFX…..No typo here….Just someone not “down” with the lingo. Why the writer uses the term “choppers” to describe 2-stroke dirt bikes is beyond me…..a 2 minute internet search would have yielded all of the information necessary to accurately describe these motorcycles.
…….And another example of the Blaze’s exaggerated headlines and low threshold of what qualifies as an “insane”, “spectacular”, or “incredible” video…..Insane?…..I think not.
