Texas Attorney General Threatens ‘Criminal Prosecution’ of U.N. Poll Observers If They Mess With Texas: ‘BRING IT’

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott Threatens to Arrest U.N. Poll Observers

AUSTIN, Texas (TheBlaze/AP) — Don’t mess with Texas elections.

That’s the double-down message Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott delivered Thursday to poll watchers affiliated with United Nations who want to come and observe voting on Election Day.

The squabble started after Abbott wrote to the Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe, threatening to prosecute any of its members who come near a polling location.

“The OSCE may be entitled to its opinions about Voter ID laws, but your opinion is legally irrelevant in the United States, where the Supreme Court has already determined that Voter ID laws are constitutional,” Abbott wrote.

Abbott concluded his letter by adding that the Texas Election Code governs all election participants and that OSCE officials are not authorized to enter a polling place. He said it “may be a criminal offense for OSCE’s representatives to maintain a presence within 100 feet of a polling place’s entrance.”

“Failure to comply with these requirements could subject the OSCE’s representatives to criminal prosecution for violating state law,” Abbott wrote.

The OSCE wants to go to Texas this year, like it has to poll locations across the U.S. since 2002.

The group calls Abbott’s threat “unacceptable” in a letter to the State Department. Abbott on Thursday tweeted his response: “BRING IT.”

The State Department says it has reassured Texas that OSCE will follow state election laws.

It’s interesting in that finances has a very keen way of breaking up husbands and wives who both enjoy some of the same events music, and philosophies on raising children – so I know finances will tear apart the U.N who doesn’t share that many philosophies, and neither the same language.

Update San Antonio TX – UN Inspector shows up at Texas Voting Place. The video will be available tomorrow.

A young Caller calls in to WOAI’s Joe Pags Shows and says while he was voting today, he noticed an Arab man sitting 5 feet from the door of a voting place. The Arab man was steaming live video and doing a play by play as voter walked in to vote.

After the young man voted, he walked up and asked the man if he was from the UN. The Arab man said yes. The young man asked again, “your from the United Nation” The Arab again said yes. The whole time the young man was capturing everything on his Cell Phone Video.

The young man called Attorney General Gregg Abbott’s Office and Mr. Abbott called the young man back getting all the info and even getting a copy of the video.

I have a hunch the Texas Rangers are on high alert. God Bless Greg Abbott and this young man.

We can shut down the UN reps in the same way the Patriot Guard Riders silence the Westboro Baptist Church. Just gather around holding flags, block their cameras and their view of what they came to see. This is an easy one to solve using non violent tactics. The message will still be sent and none of us will go to jail. The MSM will still spin it to sound violent and hateful, but every person who went to the polls, both lib and conservative, will know there was no violence.

All it takes is a vote. We’re the ONLY independent nation to join the states voluntarily. The agreement says we can succeed with a 75% vote, Our flag hangs as high as the US flag – only one that can legally, and our capital is taller than the US capital by law. No they can’t add a cap to Washington and make it higher.

Texas was the only southern State not forced to re-write its constitution during reconstruction.

Its right of secession, and language thereof, remains in its constitution. All other southern states were forced to remove any such language – at gunpoint under martial law. The northern states removed their sovereignty language voluntarily.

Texas is the only truly “Unreconstructed” State remaining within the United States. Those 5 legislative pictures David Barton found in a closet, weren’t considered legitimate – as they were martially appointed legislatures (but he didn’t tell you that). Any real Texan would take an ax to those pictures, as they represent the only time the State wasn’t fully independent. That’s why they were in the closet collecting dust in the first place.

No doubt, Texas is the new South Carolina.

Live in Florida now because I like to stay close to my kids and grandchildren, but I pull alot of wieght with my children and their spouses, and if I told them I was moving to the Lone Star state and why, they would follow my lead. I don’t want to see our great nation become unrecognizable, but if it looks like it can’t be stopped, I will go wherever Freedom is paramount and the rule of law is followed. I think that if Texas suceded, a lot of other states would follow suite. Those who want the poison Obozo is pushing can have Southern California and Detroit, both products of their ideology, and we’ll take the rest. We could call it the United American States of Texas. I dont remember whether either was under GWB as governor.

A number of years ago there was a criminal sent to the electric chair. When they threw
the switch the guy caught fire. Instead of cowering under political correctness or embarrassment
      they put out a statement:
“Let that be a lesson to would be criminals that this is what will happen to you in TX”

Also several years ago there was a group of inmates who staged a successful TX prison break.
They were on the loose for quite a number of days before finally being caught in another state.
Being brought back into custody, someone from the media asked the gang leader where they were headed and he replied “ANYWHERE but Texas”.

      LOL. God Bless Texas

We need the UN monitoring our polling like we need Obozo’s HRC committee boycotting American companies. Who are our friends Obozo’s Muslim Brotherhood or Israel?

Thousands in New Jersey have Texas back covered. Even Germany no longer trusts Rogue Obama and the US Government. The Obama forces of Evil are mistaken thinking they can get away with their treachery. Our friends will come to the assistance of the American people because or friends know we pay our bills and keep our word. If Democrats have stolen the Gold of Germany we will somehow make good on it.

There are a lot of us in Virginia that has Texas back covered as well….granted I don’t think many of them will be from Northern Virginia though….they tend to be the liberal left in VA.
