During his show on Friday, Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly ripped NBC’s Brian Williams and the rest of the mainstream media for giving President Barack Obama a pass on the ever-developing scandal in Benghazi, Libya.

Four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, U.S. diplomat Sean Smith and former Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods, were killed in the tragic terrorist attack on the U.S. mission in Libya. On Friday, it was revealed that three urgent requests for help were ignored by the CIA. Additionally, State Department emails revealed the White House was given information as the attack was ongoing, including the fact that a terrorist group had taken responsibility for the attack.

So, with that in mind, O’Reilly set his sights on the media, particularly Williams for passing up on opportunities to ask the president tough questions about Benghazi. Williams spent several days with Obama on the campaign trail and got no new information from the commander-in-chief.

“Instead of citing some inconsistencies from the administration about the Libyan attack, Mr. Williams dropped the subject, totally dropped it, after one misleading question,” O’Reilly said. “Mr. Williams implied that American intelligence stands behind the theory that the Libyan attack was, quote, ‘spontaneous.’ That is not a fact, but was presented as such by Brian Williams.”

“The national media is not demanding answers,” he added.

O’Reilly said the question that Williams should have asked is: “Who told Ambassador Rice and Jay Carney to tell the world that a stupid video tape prompted the Libya attack?”

But “no one will ask him,” he lamented.

As a side note, at least one reporter on Friday did ask Obama some tough questions about the Benghazi attack. KUSA reporter Kyle Clark pressed the president to say whether requests for help during the attack were denied. However, he didn’t get a straight answer as Obama dodged.

Clark also asked whether it was fair to make the American people wait until after the election for answers on Benghazi and inquired about Abound Solar, a Colorado company with ties to one of the president’s billionaire fundraisers. The company has since gone out of business and is now under criminal investigation.

  Agreed. It’s up to us to fight for the four dead hero’s that the Truth be exposed. Had any of the four lived they would have expended all their energy in pursuit of the Truth being exposed and the American people hearing what really happened.

  But hey! We now have the internet.
  We know what the media knows– they no longer have a monopoly on information sources.
  Then we sit and watch what questions they decide NOT to ask, and which information they withhold from their viewers.
  The media is foolishly confident– to the point of idiotic arrogance– of their world-shaping power.
  Their arrogance comes from knowing they hold the keys to the Presidency.
  Problem is, WE are watching through the internet. We are watching the “live feed” they somehow think we can’t see….

  The media’s principle function is to protect the citizens from government actions that threaten our Constitutional rights, individual liberties, and to help “we the people” hold our government officials accountable for corruption. The media used to do a good job – and were on the side of liberty and helped us preserve liberty; but now they’ve transformed into a propaganda arm for socialists.   Absolutely correct, impeachment of Obama should start now, and vigorously I might add. This is a failure that is as wrong as wrong can be regardless of the reason. It’s either an unbelievable act of incompetence or an assassination and neither is acceptable. One hellacious message needs to be sent here. Although it’s my opinion that Obama is taking orders from someone else, that someone else should know that the people of the United States are not going to tolerate this atrocity. I have personally wrote my congressman and Senator the way I feel about this situation and what I think should be done.

  The MSM won’t do anything until after the elections. They are totally SCARED to death that their poster boy Obama not only knew about the attack BUT was the one who ordered that nothing be done to protect our people. Remember, a dead ambassador, who was coordinating some sort of gun running program, won’t be able to testify against Obama if Congress ever questioned any actions of the administration.

  I don’t think it’s in the nature of the military to ‘stand down’ when their brothers and sisters are in danger. The evidence is striking by just looking at the actions of SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods. The stand down order must have come from someone who values one life over another.   Impeachment takes too long, costs 100s $millions and if convicted there is not punishment. A trial for High Treason is better, there is a prescribed penalty and the deterrent is long lasting.
  
  1. America is legally at war
  2. Obama declared the US to be a combat zone
  3. Obama is the Commander in Chief
  4. Obama can be tried like any other commander in a General Courts Marshal for High Treason
  5. Federal Judges and the Supreme Court cannot interfere.
  6. Rules of evidence are easier to present.
  
  If found guilty in a Court Marshal, Obama and others will pay for their crime against the American people.

If this conman Obam and his unmerry henchmen from Chi-town haven’t already siphoned $100-Million off the top of the cool $ 1-Billion in campaign contributions collected, I’d be surprised. That should more than cover the cost for enough lawyers to keep all of them out of federal prison.

  President Romney should withhold their FTC Licenses until they start telling the truth, or change the name of their news to “Opinion Hour.” Most of the news on MSM is opinion and should be labelled so. These idiots who watch the Daily Show for their “news” should be reading a big fat disclaimer for the first three minutes of the show, saying ” this is a comedy show and should not be considered news. It uses OPINION and not fact on most of the comedy skits. We will label anything as news that is FACT.”
  The same should be done for the National news.
  A long time ago, maybe 20 years ago, they HAD separate NEWS and OPINION segments and labelled them appropriately. Even 60 Minutes had Andy Rooney, who wasn’t considered news.

  Only POTUS could have given the order to stand down as it seems the military was all for going to help in Benghazi…got this from SOFREP and have not seen it mentioned anywhere else:
  
  (From a military source) General Carter Ham as head of Africom received the same e-mails the White House received requesting help/support as the attack was taking place. General Ham immediately had a rapid response unit ready and communicated to the Pentagon that he had a unit ready.
  
  General Ham then received the order to stand down. His response was to screw it, he was going to help anyway. Within 30 seconds to a minute after making the move to respond, his second in command apprehended General Ham and told him that he was now relieved of his command.
  
  The story continues that now General Rodiguez would take General Ham’s place as the head of Africon.

1:We must write our congressmen and senators to make sure they keep the facts straight.
2: Use bumper stickers about Benghazi. Obama lied people died stickers are already out there. Most sites like zazzle let you put your own message on. Purchase a couple of blank bumper magnets from amazon and put your sticker on the blank magnet so it wont ruin your car finish.

Obama clearly mentioned that the Libya situation is an ongoing investigation, we need to give his administration time to find all the details. I am very sure that before election day President Obama will find out who was responsible for the embassy attack and bring them to justice. Then he will probably get re elected in a landslide

  also, a last minute raid in Libya to get those responsible probably wont happen before the election if they didnt have the balls to risk military assets to rescue those men. unless Obama uses drone strikes,which will only highlight his desperation,weakness,and lack of respect for life as drone strikes dont discriminate between targets,and could cause more unrest in the middle east and stir more terrorist activity as they did on 9/11/12.

TWO additional men DIED disobeying orders to try and rescue thos in the Embassy. The media will never reveal the truth, because they are all guilty of promoting this monster to rock star status. To out Obama is to out their own stupidity…As it stands now, they have lost all journalistic integrity, and more and more people are aware of this. They have, in essence, ruined their credibility, because they have lied for him, covered for him, and not asked legitimate questions of him…I NEVER watch anything but Fox news now..and I get my news from Drudge, and the Blaze…I just ignore those morons completely, because I do not trust them to tell the truth..

I’d bet that Axelrod and the Obama re election team were behind pushing the Youtube video story. I’d also bet that they were making decisions and had a voice in the situation room they were not entitled to,and possibly corrupted the chain of command.

  The YouTube video I heard went from a few hundred views to hundreds of thousands with the promoters of the video here and in the Mid East….. Obama and Hillary! Continuing to question the obvious of a known liar is as fruitless as doing the same thing and expecting a different result. It is clear that Obama had political motive to ignore the problem, lives were lost for a temporary delay in successful discovery of the truth. Liars need to be intelligent to be successful and this liar is not intelligent. He’s merely a vacuum fruitlessly seeking an identity, and even false adulation will temporarily provide sustenance for an empty vessel. Continous public pressure will make the truth painfully obvious. Keep pushing for the truth.

As for Mitt Romney, he saw how far Obama will push his lies to the American people. Obama will act offended and play the victim to garner sympathy. Romney did the right thing in that debate, he didn’t give Obama the opportunity to look us in the eye and lie further about a topic as serious as Benghazi. I believe Romney trust us to investigate. The truth will not be held down.

  I agree .. he needs to stick to the economy and let us pressure Congress and the MSM (which I have little faith in .. but love to “bug”) to get to the bottom OR TOP of this mess.that is Benghazi. Obama would just play up the “their picking on me” card. Better to let WE THE PEOPLE demand answers.

I like it when O’Reilly gets mad. Especially when he gets mad about something I’m mad about.

He’s got the biggest audience on cable news. Getting mad will probably have some righteous repercussions.

People like it when someone they admire goes off and they tend to imitate him.

Underneath he is helping to sink Obama’s reelection chances. Maybe not because he wants to, but that’s what he’s doing. Getting mad helped that along. And that’s such a good thing…

O’Factor is right about one thing: while Obama and his cronies continue to spin and dodge the direct questions about Benghazi, the follow-up question should be asked, “Who told SoS Clinton, Amb. Rice and spokeskid Carney to tell the world that it was a spontaneous riot of religious outrage over the YouTube video?” Mr. President. Pin him down Media! Ask smart questions and ask smarter follow-up questions, make the bullets too hard to dodge.

Where I live we have a lot of liberals that will be coming by for free Halloween treats. I’m thinking about putting a sign on my door that reads…

“Unemployed and cannot afford candy for you this year. Please thank President Obama for this. Do you expect any candy next year?”

Any ideas about this? (No trolls please) I wonder what would happen if this were done all over America before the election? Also, I am unemployed and really cannot afford to give out candy this year.

  Good idea and maybe just maybe it will make some knucklehead stop and think for a minute. I probably wont have to worry about it because I have a big anti obama and anti U.N. sign at the end of my driveway. Its been up a while and no vandals so far. But in the rural area I live in I dont expect folks around here to care much. Our town is severely economically depressed and our biggest concern here is some druggie stealing your stuff to sell or trade for drugs. I wish you luck on finding a job.

  The boss was Sheldon Cooper on steroids and I couldn’t stand being yelled at every minute of every day. I was asked to go home on a Friday morning and look for a new job that weekend. When I didn’t show up on Monday morning I got an e-mail 2 weeks later asking where I was.
  
  Yep, he even told me he had an eidetic memory every day along with ADD and he was raised by a Mother that was a “hoarder”. All this and a 1099 to boot at $10 per hour. Oh, I forgot to mention I had to purchase “black shirts” which he would not reimburse me for. Then he told me he was a hacker that was hacking into the FBI networks and stealing data….
  
  Well, I just didn’t go back. Some things are just not worth it.
