S.E. Cupp Jabs ‘Friend’ Keith Olbermann on His New Job Search: ‘Keep That Chin Up!’

Keith Olbermann is still out of a job, but at least he has S.E. Cupp in his corner.

“A good friend of mine has been down on his luck recently, unable to find a job like so many of us,” Cupp said on Thursday’s “Real News.” “Unemployment is rampant, but Keith Olbermann is not going to let that stop him from trying.”

Forbes reported Thursday that the fired Current TV and MSNBC anchor has been “aggressively job-shopping” in recent weeks, reaching out to executives at a number of different networks and is interested in both news and sports coverage.

“I don’t know if he’s getting many offers, but when you are summarily asked to leave a number of networks I don’t think they call you back,” Cupp said. “We’re rooting for you, Keith. Keep that chin up!”

I really dislike Olbermann, he is a nasty piece of work
BUT I do think that Rachel Maddow should have stepped up and offered her support,
if it was not for Olbermann she would not have her job today

  Maddow and Keith may have had a falling out. Olbermann posted a pretty sharp twitter about her awhile ago and I have not seen either two mentioning the other anywhere on the usual sites. I think there’s none better than K.O. but he doesn’t make friends easily nor play the games it appears broadcasters have to do to keep working

I hate seeing anyone down and out. I have a career offer for Keith that suits him perfectly. I will gladly offer him a partnership in this business and I can guarantee it will make Him and I a high wage while also bring smiles to the people. I will build and operate a mobile dunking booth and travel from town to town. All Keith has to do is sit in it and make his snide condescending remarks to the paying customers. I do believe this can be a true stimulus operation, well at least it cant be any worse then opening another Solydra.
