Retired Lt. Col.: My Sources Say Obama Was in the Room Watching Benghazi Attack Happen

Retired Army Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer said Saturday he has sources saying President Barack Obama was in the room at the White House watching the assault on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya unfold.

Two unarmed U.S. drones were dispatched to the consulate and recorded the final hours of the attack, which killed U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.

“This was in the middle of the business day in Washington, so everybody at the White House, CIA, Pentagon, everybody was watching this go down,” Shaffer said on Fox News’ “Justice with Judge Jeanine.” “According to my sources, yes, [Obama] was one of those in the White House Situation Room in real-time watching this.”

Shaffer served as a senior operations officer for the Defense Intelligence Agency in Afghanistan in 2003 and wrote a book critical of the policies there. The U.S. government purchased the entire print run for $47,000 in an attempt at censorship just before its 2010 publication, claiming it contained classified material.

Shaffer said the question now is what precisely Obama did or didn’t do in the moments he saw the attack unfolding. The CIA reportedly made three urgent requests for military backup that were each denied.

“He, only he, could issue a directive to Secretary of Defense Panetta to do something. That’s the only place it could be done,” Shaffer said.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said last week the military did not intervene because they did not have enough information about what was happening on the ground.

Col. David Hunt, a Fox News military analyst, said the military could have had jets in the air within 20 minutes and forces on the ground within two hours.

“The issue is always political with the White House, but the secretary of defense gives the order, has to be approved by the White House, they wouldn’t pull the trigger, and it’s disgraceful,” Hunt said. “We’ve got guys dead.”

Per USMC Embassy stationed Veteran (Brother)- Ambassador Stevens and SEALs were “hung out to dry” by the “tin stars” and “suits” in Washington. They keep telling us to understand that “war is a dangerous business”. We know that, when we enlist. What we find out is, sometimes- Americans and my “back-to-backers in a foxhole” will be put out “on a limb” and sacrificed for political reasons.

There is absolutely no question that the White House watched the 7 hour massacre of our citizens. Any thinkng person knows the “video” is a huge lie. My gut tells me that Obama was running weapons through Libya to Syria and the operation was discovered. Knowing that this would be a very controversial (and politically damaging) event, it was politically expedient to not interfere in the attack. After all, if there were to be a Senate Hearing the Administration has little to fear because dead men tell no tales. If this is not investigated and prosecuted our government has become totally corrupt. And the second part of the coverup was finding some goofball excuse (the video lie) rather than get into a conversation on why there would be such an organized murderous attack. And this part of the coverup required isolating the alleged video producer to keep him from talking.

Why have not seen the face of or heard anythng about the video producer in custody? This dwarfs Watergate . . . . a scandal yes but people weren’t killed on video while the President watched it happen.

And think about this >> When Obama called the SEALS they killed Obama. When the SEALS called Obama the SEALS got killed.

My God! What an absolutely horrible person. The bible says to pray for our enemies, because in doing so, we heap hot coals upon their head. Still, I pray every single day that God will remove Obama from office and give us a leader who possesses the ability to recognizes someone greater than himself.

Having served during Vietnam, Grenada and Desert Storm, my biggest fear was never being killed. I was more afraid of being captured because I knew in my heart that my country would do little or nothing to secure my release. I would become a political pawn for politicians. Even the civilians taken hostage in Iran were left there for more than a year. I am proud to have served the country I love, but I am ashamed of the politicians and the way they have used me and my comrades in arms. God Bless America, Please!

Then there is the advertisement about the first time. BO has no respect for women. Talk is cheap.
I used to be a democrat, but after the last 4 years, I will have nothing to do with the democratic party. The democrats have stooped to lows morally, ethically and judgement wise I thought I would never see in my lifetime. I am a mother, I would never accept this behavior out of a child of mine. You bring your kids up to be brave, ethical, moral and use good judgement. You teach them what treason is. You teach them the kind of people to stay away from. The democrats have really shown American women what disrespect is.

2. What was he discussing with Turkey Consulate counterpart shortly before his death?

3. Why could the Turkish representative leave safely, and Chris Stevens was gunned down?

4. 400 tons of military weapons/?humanitarian aid including USA stinger missiles sent by Muslim Brotherhood/Al Qaeda ship from Benghazi to the Al Qaeda “Syrian freedom fighters” within the same time period.

5. Why no ground or air support for our Libyan Ambassador before or during the events of 9/11/2012?

There has been nothing but stonewalling. One person said BO was decisive, I haven’t seen him decisive in anything that was of any importants, other than putting off any answers about Benghazi until after the election. . It is amazing that he can lie with so few tells. I can almost see the people who are voting for him that get free cell phones, or the teachers unions, they own him, but the rest of the population. Where have they been. He has done awful on every issue he has touched. There are some people who have the Midas touch, and then there is BO, everything he touches is a failure. He sold himself out 100%, he doesn’t care if people die, or go homeless or anything else. His interests lie in the View, Jay Leno, and every other talk show there is. He needs to be the man. When he said “I am just eye candy for Michelle” he was actually speaking the truth. I was thinking, You aren’t good looking enough to be eye candy”, do us all a favor and step down. Oh and take that Hyenna with you. If it was a republican, the impreachment process would have already started. I thought there a was one thing Americans would stick together on and that would be we can’t have a traitor in the White House.

It was sweet irony that C. Matthews suggested that Republicans want Obama removed more than to defeat Al Quedda.

Well, yes and no, Chris. Ok, I lied. YES, Obama is a bigger threat. Why?

Because he has aided and abetted Terrorist Organizations to the detriment of America since he was sworn into office, either by apologizing, allowing ‘Arab Spring’ and brining many Pro-Muslim Brotherhood shills into the administration.

The killing of Usama Bin Laden was a gimme. Probably encouraged and allowed by the Muslim Brotherhood to matyr this genocidal maniac, since his power and authority had dwindled to nothing more than a figurehead. This sort of death brings him the 69 Virgins too, of course.

In fact, Obama IS more dangerous. He IS the prime Islamic enemy.

Stop! Just STOP with the lies and deceit! The American people should be livid and demanding the truth! Some are, as I read the comments to various articles, but how does this sentiment get transmitted to the WH and other government officials???
I can call/email my Senator & Representative daily, but the response from these leaders is luke-warm, at best. Do the American people need to leave their jobs and homes to march on Washington in order to have their voices heard?

There are plenty of excellent journalists out there who believe this was a calculated “attack” by this administration, in conjunction with AQ, on our embassy to promote Shariah and the MB.

Some comment how strange and, ultimately, dangerous to dispatch an openly-gay man to a religiously homosexual-hating country.

Some say Stevens was providing arms to AQ for the purpose of yet another Arab Schwing overthrow and its MB implant. Some say he outlived his usefulness, and knew too much.

Some say the drones were ordered in advance, and captured the whole thing while “they” ALL watched in real time from the start.

They are obsessed with “checking the results” of their evil deceptions and misdeeds, so ALWAYS have cameras and witnesses present at even the most minor hoaxes and street theater.

The frequency use of the word “theater” on the DH$ site is disturbing.
