Allen West Publicly Shames ‘Tracker’ for Following Him to Vietnam Memorial Service
Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) during a speech at the Vietnam Veterans War Memorial on Saturday was in no mood to deal with his Democrat “tracker,” a woman assigned to follow and record his every move, and publicly shamed her for following him to the event.
“There’s a person here that has been tracking me around,” Rep. West said. “She is here for political purposes. And young lady, I ask that you leave. Because you are disrespectful to the men and women who have given themselves to this great nation. We do not need, we do not care for what you are presenting here.”
“So if you have any amount of respect within you, I ask that you leave right now, turn off that camera, and stop using this for political purposes,” he added.
According to Buzzfeed, if you listen closely at the end of the video, it sounds like Rep. West made his tracker a little emotional.

Nevermind, we served in the military to protect your right to free speech, and your right to come to a peaceful assembly. Sometimes a memorial service is a memorial service. Would you like your worst enemy to show up at your father’s funeral with a camera to film your loss? Do you think your grief should be filmed and possibly be laughed at later. She was not at the memorial service to film the service, but, was there to try to find a ‘gotcha’ moment. Sorry, I didn’t risk my life for YOUR right to spit on me when I came home. Get over it!

Get off your high horse slick, i served in the first gulf war so spare me the ” I fought for your freedom” speech. If you did truly serve then you would know that rights are for all americans, not just the ones you happen to agree with . What she did was well within her constitutional rights so if you have issue with that take it up wioth the founding fathers.

The Demonic Leftist Agenda sticks their noses into Conservative issues even when it has nothing to do with them. Give me a break. Not one of your kind (liberal/socialist/fascists) that can have a civilized discussion for more than 5 minutes. ALL OF YOU turn to personal attacks when the facts and statistics are placed in front of you and your argument is debunked. It happens all the time.
NONE of you can use facts or basic logic to defend your positions! You regurgitate the same talking points as the media, and/or you attempt to quote obscure literature with no relevancy to the topic at hand! You hope by doing this it will mask your obvious lack of intelligence and knowledge of he actual issues. Its funny and sad at the same time!

So, the Lefties think that the street goes one way, huh? That only they have the right to exercise their 1st Amendment Rights, and the rest of us just need to sit down and shut up? I don’t think so! Col. West was quite within his own Rights to upbrade the child. Thus endeth the lesson.
Common decency dictates that there is a time for politics and a time to honor The Fallen. As usual, the progressives and the lefties have thrown ideas of respect and decency into the trash, as shown by the latest Democratic ads (especially that “gem” by His Fatness, M. Moore.
It’s time for some R and R, and bring back the dignity to the office of the President.

Posted on October 30, 2012 at 5:57pmThat’s probably the only job she could find, being paid by Soros to track Col. West. He obviously recognized her or he wouldn’t have called her out. It could have been anyone recording, but he knew her from other locations. And yes, she has a right to free speech, but I didn’t hear her speaking. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of him telling her to leave a public campaign event. I did see a video where he called out a stalker, but only to point them out to the crowd. The crowd didn’t even throw her out. I don’t know if it was the same person.

Disagree that this was “public humiliation.”
Rather, this was a rebuke.
Humiliation carries a subtle element of weakness in the person who delivers it, with vapors of self-aggrandizement & shallow arrogance. Col. West possesses none of these traits.
A sharply-worded, yet fair, rebuke, is an entirely different animal, & its very essence is one of justice & genuine thought. It is this that was delivered with clarity & firmness by Col. West. Humiliation must resonate within its recipient in order by its very definition; it cannot be commanded.

They have the right to be anywhere, but not to disrupt and take out of context and harass. I didn’t get that she was remorseful at all, but probably had a cold. Posted on October 30, 2012 at 3:15pm@ Patty Henry…
There are no rights for all to be anywhere one wants to be. To state that is clearly wrong. A citizen of the United States does not have the right to be in a private establishment if said establishment does not want them there. There is nothing anyone can do to help “that person” in that case. Sure, the person can call the cops but the cops will just point out that it is a private establishment and that the owners can ask a person to leave….
Just as in carrying weapons. Even though a person has a license to carry a concealed weapon, he or she does not have the right to be in the establishment with the weapon if management or ownership forbids it. Personal property trumps both situations…

Posted on October 30, 2012 at 3:40pmI’m a fan of Rep. West. I’m a Floridian, but I don’t live in his district so I haven’t ever voted for him. That said, I don’t see where he exhibited any particular “guts” here. He was addressing a friendly crowd and called out the person following him who was apparently unaccompanied. Many against one does not a hero make.
Before anyone gets their panties in a wad, I don’t think he did anything wrong either. His made a request that she leave not a demand for her to leave. The person following him could have stayed and continued her activities unless she was deemed to be a security threat.
It isn’t juvenile and childish to think that if this can be done to this person, that it couldn’t be done to any other person. Including you.
Rep. West should have pointed her out, welcomed her, and then gone forward with his speech as if she wasn’t there. By calling for her to leave he lessened his stature. He appeared to bully her. John Hancock boldly signed his name on the Declaration of Independence so King George could read it without his spectacles. No fear. In a similar vein, Rep. West should have continued his address without respect to who was listening/recording it. Be not afraid, sir, be not afraid. Peace.

Our past generations used shame to curve bad behavior in society and it worked wonderfully. Public humiliation, like this progressive received, is exactly what people need. People who would lie, steal, commit adultery etc. would be publicly shamed. Now they get a reality show. But things are going to change my friends….I can feel it.

Interesting that in every debate the anti-american or marxist always looses. Example: Rachel Maddow has never won a debate outside of her studio. She was schooled on Real Time, Meet The Press etc. She just stands up and talks faster and louder when she realizes her ideas don’t hold water once challenged with intelligence and honor.
