Irony: In Wake of Libya Debacle, Obama Says ‘We Leave Nobody Behind’ During Hurricane Presser

On Tuesday we pointed out the president coincidentally using his campaign slogan during a media session on Hurricane Sandy (the slogan is also that of MSNBC and FEMA of late), but there’s another gem from that same press conference that’s worth noting.

While explaining the resilience of the American spirit and the rescue efforts, Obama assured all Americans that “we leave nobody behind.” That’s ironic, considering the administration’s latest entanglement revolves on someone within the administration (and now maybe the White House) denying requests for backup during the Libya attack.

“But America is tougher, and we’re tougher because we pull together,” Obama said while at Red Cross headquarters. “We leave nobody behind. We make sure that we respond as a nation and remind ourselves that whenever an American is in need, all of us stand together to make sure that we’re providing the help that’s necessary.”

BO doesn’t seem to know the difference between words and actions. If he stays in the White House we are in big trouble. If Biden should have to step up we are in trouble. No matter what as long as BO or JB have any role in the adminstration of this country we are in trouble, as individuals and as a nation.
God please help the people of our nation to have open eyes and mind to what Romney/Ryan are representing, and that they may have the opportunity to have a peaceful transition to take over the administration of this country, and to help do the will of the citizens of the United States of America.

Actually about thirty people are alive as a result of the actions of Ty Woods and Glen Doherty ignoring the WH order to stand-down. They will never receive the acclaim that is due them but guess what–real heroes don’t do anything for acclaim and see people who use such acclaim for gain as reprehensible! Great Job Fellas!

The videos evidence from Benghazi has been classified as “Top Secret”. By definition that means that they contain information that if compromised would “cause exceptionally grave damage to national security”.

I find that very hard, if not impossible to believe. More likely the videos would cause exceptionally grave damage to someones re-election efforts.

  It’s all about sensor technology. They saw…they knew.
  Our capabilities are not known to the public and the pics are so good it would show the world just how little privacy there is. I worked on airborne optics in the early 80′s and it is pretty impressive.
  Future Weapons just showed a Global Hawk drone cruising at 60,000 feet and it can discern which sex an occupant of a vehicle is while it’s going down the road. It can also tell what they are listening to on the radio.
  They showed that on TV… I’m sure we really can do a “little” better than that.
