‘Real News’ opened Thursday taking a look at what Tuesday’s presidential election means for any hope of functioning U.S. foreign policy– something that has come under scrutiny following the incident in Libya on September 11.
Shocking details have emerged over the last two months involving the attack on a U.S. consulate in Benghazi and the administration’s response to the crisis–both while it was taking place and in the weeks after. The latest information is now showing that the U.S. mission in Benghazi had actually known for some time that they were not prepared to withstand a “coordinated attack.” Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who had gone on a fact-finding mission to Benghazi shortly after the attack, has now made that claim that Ambassador Chris Stevens actually made a personal plea for help during the attack.
Watch a clip below from the panel discussion Thursday on the latest news regarding the Libya investigation, and what Tuesday’s election means for the future of U.S. foreign policy and national security procedures:

Nov. 1, 2012 at 11:50pmI believe Obama will annihilate this country. If I wanted to DESTROY this country, I would get everyone on welfare …make everyone DEPENDENT on Government and then TAKEOVER as Dictator and take all the money for myself. WHICH is exactly what he is doing. The stupids are the people who are helping him achieve this plan.

Nov. 2, 2012 at 12:01amIf I wanted to destroy the country, I’d let a private bank print our currency and control our interest rate. I’d print tons of cash out of thin air and keep the interest rate low so no one could save up a decent retirement on their own and prop up a bloated bureaucratic nightmare, the military industrial complex endless wars, the largest prison population to ever exist, out of control federal policing agencies, social welfare, etc.. I’d use a centrally planned economic theory proposed by a Fabian Socialist… Which candidate likes all that stuff again? Oh right both of them.

Nov. 1, 2012 at 8:31pmIf Obama is re-elected….there is no foreign policy. The UN takes over and we move into a two class system, the overlords and us. Of course that won’t fly with rational Americans so we go to war. It’s a shame we’ve come to this. But there are not many choices left. I will not submit…….ever.

Nov. 1, 2012 at 8:29pmWell let summarize; if a muslim is reelected to the highest office in the USA, then I suspect that the muslim agenda will be fast forwarded. Expect mid east like violence in Detroit, Minneapolis, Memphis, Gary, Chicago.. just about anyplace with a large disgruntled minority population with a dash of Islamic radicalism.
