Chicago Source Tells Author Brad Thor: Obama Campaign Planning to Proclaim Early Victory to ‘Demoralize Romney Supporters’

Author Brad Thor: Obama Campaign May Be Planning to Announce Early Victory to Demoralize Romney Supporters

New York Times best-selling author Brad Thor, based in Chicago, tells TheBlaze that the Obama campaign may be planning to preemptively announce victory in the presidential election based on early voting numbers in an attempt to “demoralize Mitt Romney supporters.”

Citing a “very solid source” in Chicago, Thor says the Obama campaign is looking to make it appear to voters that they have “this thing sewed up and are less than 24 hours to victory,” according to his source.

Meanwhile, team Obama will also urge voters to get out and vote so they can say they were part of the important 2012 election that resulted in a second term for Obama.

While Thor can’t reveal his source, he told TheBlaze multiple times that the source is very reliable.

The flip side of the coin, the author explained, is that the Obama campaign is counting on the mainstream media to drive home their narrative should they implement this strategy.

“They are so invested in Obama,” Thor said of the media. “I don’t see how any truth loving person could look to the mainstream media ever again. This election should be the final nail in the coffin with the mainstream media.”

Why would the campaign resort to such a Chicago-style political tactic? According to Thor, it’s because their support is diminished across the board and they know they’re in trouble.

“Their support is down,” he told TheBlaze. “All the polling has been the exact same thing. They have been oversampling Democrats, and they are not getting the 2008 levels of voting.”

Whether or not the Obama campaign will set this plan into motion remains to be seen. As Thor points out, the plot could have been brought up but never considered seriously by the top officials in the campaign. If it is being considered though, the author hopes that all the attention forces the Obama camp to ditch the effort.

  I live out in the rural area here in Oklahoma and don’t have to vote early. We vote at a church bout 5 miles from my home and theres only 266 voters at this precinct. I know all three of theladies that run it and you have to show your registration card or a photo ID. We play by the book here but I”m being disinfrancised by states that let you register at the precinct. How about a lawsuit to force the Supreme Court to rule on it. My sister voted 3 times for Romney in Ohio this morning. That is along with 11 times she voted last week.

  I still remember when NBC called the state of Florida for the dem.candidate early. The panhandle of Florida is mostly republican and the time zone for the panhandle is in the central time zone. The panhandle STILL had an hour left to vote. People were on their way to vote and listening to the radio and hearing that the dem candidate had already won the state.

  We are on the verge of losing our sovereignty to the UN, due to the massive debt we are carrying.
  
  Why other reason would Obama have for wanting to run for a second term?
  
  He has been put in place by the progressive socialist to destroy our Republic.
  
  Why else would he still want the job?
  
  I refuse to allow this to happen, I will continue to fight for the freedoms and rights that all Americans deserve.
  
  Four more years of this administration’s policies will be the nail in the coffin for the Democrats.

  Ah-hah! I turn off the TV news and don’t watch until Wednesday morning. I wake up make a pot of coffee and then turn on FOX NEWS to discover the results. Plus my wife and I already voted straight Republican ticket. Oh! Plus we voted NO on retaining the COMMIE IN Judge who voted that police officers could barge right into your home, no warrant necessary. In our world Demon-crats need not apply and Judges should be thrown down (no retention) every election cycle.
  
  Obama…are you ready for your impeachment trial post elective loss. We really don’t fell like paying for your continued salary and selective service detail until your natural death so impeachment might be a dang good way to cut some over-head from the budget. Throw Clinton in there also.

  They tried this when KERRY was running for PRES. remember?? The EXIT poll Numbers coming out of FLA and GA were abysmal …. Many of us felt like throwing in the towel, but typical DEMS…they over did it and then things began to turn around when the POLLS CLOSED and real votes were coming in!!
  
  Just like that dingleberry Axelrod trying to accuse us of “BLUFFING”… He probably hasn’t figured out that we are totally onto him and know that what ever he accuses someone else of doing is exactly what he’s done.

  MONK I tend to agree with you, but I would be telling a lie if I didn’t say I have concerns even if this POS loses.
  
  Think about it, this demon will still have a few months left in office with Nothing to lose. How aggressive will he become, and what actions will he use to try to finish the job he started of destroying America?
  
  The realistic thought of this occurring, will keep me personally on edge until he’s gone for good.

  Tony, that’s my biggest fear actually. I think Romney will win, but O has about 2.5 months left in office to screw up a lot of stuff before he leaves. He said “I’ll have more flexibility after the election.” He meant it. Win or lose, he doesn’t have to be careful anymore. He will drag this country down kicking and screaming before he’s forced out of office on Jan 20.

  TONYPRO…you’re not wrong. The EPA is prepping regulations against the coal industry in case of an Obama loss. An Obama unaccountable to the voter is a very unsettling thing. The EPA’s regulations would make it nearly imposssible for new coal projects to start up. Obama will use the lame duck session like a Latin American Dictator to push through everything he didn’t get to.
  
  What I’m particuarly concerned about is Obama’s gaggle of corruptocrats, marxists and incompetents in his administration using their knowledge they’ve gained from their time there to coordinate efforts to put more hard leftists in there as the situations arise. Obama has allowed people who should never have been near the white house to gain entry there. Van Jones, John Holdren, Anita Dunn and her husband Robert Bauer, Kevin Jennings, Don Berwick, Stephen Chu, Valerie Jarrett, there’s a lot of them…these are people we need to be watching after Obama is expelled tomorrow.

  We MUST vote! If live in California, and Obama is supposed to win by 25 percent, vote! We need head count to provide a popular vote mandate.
  If you are standing in line in Florida, and they call the state at 7:30 VOTE. Remember 1980. If the panhandlers hadn’t left in disgust, the race may never have gone to the Supremes.
  If you think the other guys are going to steal the election, VOTE. Large numbers make it more difficult to get away with shenanigans.
  If you hear exit polls at 11:00 am Pacific, when they first come out, and they predict a landslide, VOTE! The polls are a CROCK, good or bad.
  If we vote our consciences and we stand with God, then we will be at peace, If not, then we will have no one to blame but ourselves.
  Believe it or not, we even need Obama supporters to vote, so we can inoculate ourselves against charges of suppression, which our inclusive President is already trying to make.
  We already have a steep price to pay for falling asleep, or falling for propaganda. Let’s not make it worse, and let us gird ourselves in the armor of God, because on November 7, we enter a new phase of this game. Be prepared for ANYTHING.

After the election, their FTC licenses should be taken away for obvious bias and for with-holding/mis-leading the American people. There should be SOME consequence for the way they have acted the last four years.

Their desperation only gives us more resolve…I live in Illinois and for that reason my vote probably means nothing but only death could keep me from voting against President Obama. However if Illinois by some freak twist of fate went to Romney that would probably do it but I would die with a smile on my face knowing I helped defeat the greatest threat our Republic has ever faced. ;-)

  And that’s it right there! That’s why the polls are inaccurate. The polls are skewed Dem +11 on CNN, but all polls include “likely voters”. If you’ve already voted, you go into the “likely voter” pool. Dems always have a higher early voter turnout. Republicans vote on election day. This entire campaign has been one giant effort to demoralize the GOP and Independents because O knows he can’t run on his record, all he can do is scare people to stay home.

  The thing you must consider though is his ideology. He will have 3 months left in office, for which he has been planning and conspiring with other Dems. I think they know that 2012 is going to make 2010 look like a Sunday-School Picnic!

LOL – as if. If ‘team turdhead’ declares victory early (before the election is called for Romney, which it will be), it will certainly not “demoralize” Romney supporters – it will just make us hate obama even more – if that’s possible. Go for it turds – obama is toast, and they know it.

This strategy would also convince Obama’s legions of leeching lemmings that there is no need to both voting, since they think they have it all wrapped up!

It may work on Obama’s base, but it won’t work on us. We know what’s at stake, and we know every vote counts. And it may actually back fire on Obama. If his base thinks they have it by a landslide, they won’t show up at the polls, because they’ll think Obama doesn’t need their vote, they have everyone else.
