Obama Spokeswoman Vigorously Denies Romney Could Win PA: ‘Not Based in Reality’
Obama deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter during a Monday broadcast of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” vigorously denied reports that Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney has made inroads in Pennsylvania, an important swing state.
“Well, Mika, I’ve been listening to the conversation over the past couple of minutes,” said Cutter in response to co-host Mika Brzezinski noting that some of the polls “are looking a little too close for comfort,” “and I think that lots of points have been made about how this is really — one, it’s a race to 270 electoral votes — but the polls that matter are the polls that are happening in the states.”
“You know, it’s a close race, there is no doubt about that, but we have the advantage in critical states like Ohio. You know, no Republican’s ever won the White House without going through Ohio. And we feel pretty good about where we are right now,” she added.
Brzezinski took a moment to point out that the map can always be redrawn.
Cutter agreed, but flatly stated that the idea of Gov. Romney taking Pennsylvania is “not based in reality.”
“Obviously, you guys are concerned enough about Pennsylvania that you’re sending Bill Clinton in there and Joe Biden’s been in there,” said host Joe Scarborough. “So, you say it’s not based in reality. There is an outside shot Romney can win there, right?”
“Well, I don’t think it’s possible, Joe,” Cutter replied. “I mean, you know, we’re sending Bill Clinton in there because we’re not going to take anything for granted.”
And for the Obama campaign’s sake, they better not. Indeed, as MSBC’s Andrea Mitchell noted later on Monday, if Team Obama loses Pennsylvania, it’s “all over for the president”:

COME ON, PENNSYLVANIA – make Andrea Mitchell retch on air right on top of her desk. Could be from the botox, but likely, from Obama losing PA early in the day 11/6/12 will be the cause.
BTW – Anyone else read up about the blood-brain barrier and the permeability / influx of serum botox through that barrier??? ? Posted on November 5, 2012 at 8:03pm@ The resonablelibtard…. Nate Silver’s computer models don’t take into account intangibles such as voter enthusiasm and the thorough disgust, as well as contempt which most Americans feel toward the Usurper in Chief. Rather, he has based his models and statistical analysis on 2008 turnout. I’m sorry, but I refuse to believe Obama has as great a chance as Silver says when Romney has a 22-25 point advantage with independents.

Posted on November 5, 2012 at 2:40pmI have to laugh. “Experts” come on TV and tell us Romney takes PA, then MSNBC has someone on telling us Obama wins PA. The Blaze publishes a story regarding voter fraud in Florida, ABC broadcasts a story of potential voter fraud in Ohio against minorities by the same means as that in Florida, a mailed letter challenging the status of their ability to vote.
I’m wondering if we put out a story that Romney conceded the election if MSNBC would mindlessly do the same regarding Obama?

Posted on November 5, 2012 at 2:36pmLet me be perfectly clear. If you voted for me in the last election, either because you are a racist or to prove you are not a racist, which is also racist; then you’ll have to vote for someone else on Tuesday to prove you are not an idiot.
Make no mistake, on one hand I would like you to vote for me again, but let’s be honest. If you do, it’s likely that I will continue to spend us into oblivion and abandon our Ambassadors and troops in the field. Being broke and emboldening our enemy will probably lead to the downfall of America.
If that happens no one is going to be getting a government check at all, and I have a really big one coming that I’m really looking “forward” to each month as a former President. So please, I’m begging you, do NOT vote for me again!
Please just let me retire. I’ve done my job of killing the economy, increasing unemployment and creating government dependency, perhaps even a little to well. Rest assured Mitt can make the corrections needed to save our checks by saving the United States from total destruction.
Vote for the American this time!

Posted on November 5, 2012 at 2:33pmThe people of Pennsylvania should know better than to vote for Obama. Pennsylvania is has an economy which is geared to coal production, oil production and Natural Gas. While the Nat. Gas segment is doing fine, Obama is systematically gutting the coal industry, electric generation using coal and thereby putting many thousands of pennasylvanians out of work with very little, if any prospects of finding another job.
The limousine liberals in Philly might vote for Obama but the common everyday lunchbucket workers, despite union pressure, needs to vote for change or elst there won’t be hardly anybody working in Pennsylvania.
By the way union members, remember, YOU SURROUND THEM! You surround your leadership. They may tell you how to vote but they can’t MAKE you vote their way.

Posted on November 5, 2012 at 2:24pmInformed voters are Obama’s worst fear!
“A nation can survive its’ fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the galleys, heard in the very hall of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor – He speaks in the accents familiar to his victims, and wears their face and their garment, and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation – he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city – he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared.” — Cicero, 42 B.C., Roman Statesman, orator, and author.
