Here We Go: New Hampshire Residents Cast First Election Day Votes

DIXVILLE NOTCH, N.H. (TheBlaze/AP) — Residents of two tiny villages in northern New Hampshire headed to the polls at midnight, casting the first Election Day votes in the nation.
After 43 seconds of voting, President Barack Obama and Republican Mitt Romney each had 5 votes in Dixville Notch.
In Hart’s Location, Obama had won with 23 votes, Romney received 9 and Libertarian Gary Johnson received 1 vote. Thirty-three votes were cast in 5 minutes, 42 seconds.
The towns have been enjoying their first-vote status since 1948 and it’s a matter of pride to get everyone to the polls.
Hart’s Location Selectman Mark Dindorf says you could call it a friendly competition to see who gets votes tallied first, although he says Hart’s Location is a town and Dixville Notch is a precinct.

I went armed with my Pennsylvania Pro-Life Voter’s guide for local candidates that I received at my parish. The seven people I voted for have a record I can trust.
I think it’s going to be a good day.

Posted on November 6, 2012 at 7:37amWith the state motto being, “Live free or die”, I wonder how these people can vote in favor of a socialist president with his socialist governmental policy and big govermnent’s oppressive policies and over regulation along with his pandering to Islam.
“Live free or die” apparently has turned into “Live under the red flag or die”. Just wait 20 to 30 years when much of American jurisprudence is replaced by Shariah Law. Then the state motto will be changed to, “LIve free for Allah”

The stock market is at all time highs the richer are wealthier than ever and the Koch brothers, Sheldon Adelson et al. are free to buy the election. Obamacare was a gift to private insurers and students are debt slaves to private banks. That is far from socialism.

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama emerged victorious in the first election returns of the 2008 presidential race, winning 15 of 21 votes cast in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire.
People in the isolated village in New Hampshire’s northeast corner voted just after midnight Tuesday.
It was the first time since 1968 that the village leaned Democratic in an election.
Obama’s rival, Republican John McCain, won 6 votes.
A full 100 percent of registered voters in the village cast ballots. And the votes didn’t take long to tally.

Posted on November 6, 2012 at 5:24amThe leftist media certainly did their part to influence this election. That says nothing of the efforts by the DOJ and Eric Holder’s racially-motivated minions. Holder/Obama have succeded in preventing states from demanding verifiable ID’s to vote. Now we hear of Romney votes being “changed” to a vote for Obama, and hecklers standing outside of or even manipulating lines INSIDE of polling locations.
Two years ago, I warned people to read “Injustice”, by ex-DOJ employee (voters section) J Christian Adams. This man has seen, first hand, the racial agenda inside Holder’s DOJ.
Now…..you will see it play out before your eyes.

Certainly, if the UN’s Arms Trade Treaty ever becomes law in the US (voiding our 2nd amend), NH will have to reconsider the caption on their plates.

The Blaze is a disgrace to third party candidates.
Even if you do not vote for a third party presidential candidate you should watch the third party presidential debates. The first on moderated by Larry King on C-Span. Last nights debate was on RT.
If America any sense they would vote for Gary Johnson.
Unfortunately America has lost all of its senses and continues to buy into and vote for a Demoncrat or Republicon candidate who are on different sides of the same Totem Pole.
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. America will never pull their heads out of their a$$ and vote for a candidate that will bring the people the changes they want.

But when Romney wins I hope he will stand up for the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence because without these our country will be but a memory of the good old days.
The Patriot Act, The National Defense Authorization Act, The Enemy Expatriation Act, The FAA Reauthorization Act, The Government Consolidation Act, The Consumer Financial Protection Act and other Acts that were passed by Congress and Senate and signed into law by Barack Hussein Obama are all nails in the coffin of our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

My friend, if Romney does win, he will need to be prodded to make sure he stays to the right, which means making him follow our Constitution. With Romney, we Tea Partiers have a chance to do that.
With Obama, there will be chaos within the next 4 years. Obama said “fundamentally transform America.” What does that mean, exactly? Moving the pitchers’ mound back to second base to create “hitters justice” would be a fundamental transformation to basebell, would it not?
We will be in for tough times if this anti-American gets re-elected.

Posted on November 6, 2012 at 2:22amTHANK you GOD…the time is here! God Bless Mitt and Ann and Paul and Jenna and their families, what sacrifices they’ve all made, how proud they have made us. THIS IS WHAT DECENT looks like!
Tonight Obama ends his political (we hope) in a half-empty arena. Perhaps they need a one-way ticket to a place that doesn’t have extradition to USA – Obama and Jarrett. I believe they’ve broken every law known to man in dealing with America. Someday we will elect a person of COLOR but he or she won’t be RED (COMMUNIST) or YELLOW (BENGHAZI) but AMERICAN!
IF we do what we think we’re going to do tomorrow, we still have a lot of work, but it will be the first I’ll have had a decent night’s sleep in almost 4 years. I wasn’t worried so much as able to feel the evil creeping upon us. At first it was very frustrating and then I saw that collage on this guy Glenn Beck’s FOX show … it was thousands of Patriot’s photos… and then came the DC RALLY and the others and quickly I knew I wasn’t alone (Tea Party on April 15). It’s been actually less than 4 years but look at the progress. WE have seen so many areas of misuse by our Govt. But now I’m going to Thank God for the day to come. We have just begun as GLENN et al are saying. When we finish our kids/grandkids will have what we had. I voted absentee (didn’t want to leave my dogs for hours) but I did walk that envelope INTO the largest P Office in the area and watched them mail it!
