Vice President Joe Biden has a habit of making questionable remarks and decisions, from asking the grieving father of a former Navy SEAL about the size of his son’s “balls,” to forgetting how to count to four.  And who can forget this picture of Biden snuggling up to a female biker?

On Monday night Leno mocked Biden’s history of being shockingly disrespectful — or making a record number of “gaffes,” depending on how you look at it– saying Biden speaks mostly “out of his a**.”

He said during his monologue:

President Obama’s campaign adviser David Axelrod said that Obama’s final campaign speeches are coming from his loins– they are coming from his loins.

Now don’t confuse that with Joe Biden.  He’s talking mostly out his ass.  That is totally, that is totally different.  Don’t get that confused…

After Biden promised to give a crowd the “whole load” at a campaign appearance last week, Axelrod confused many by adding that President Obama’s closing arguments are coming from his “loins.”

Don’t ask us to explain.
