Penn. Judge Orders Reinstatement of GOP Election Monitors Allegedly Kicked Out By Dems

A Pennsylvania judge has ordered Republican election officials be reinstated at Philadelphia polling sites after they were allegedly forcibly removed or denied entry by Democratic officials, Fox News reported.

The Philadelphia Republican Party said in a memo obtained by the Washington Examiner that a number of its polling inspectors were thrown out by Democratic head election judges Tuesday morning and replaced with Democrats.

One Republican official told Fox News “just under 70″ of its election monitors were denied entry, including one who was “shoved out of the polling place.”

“For this many inspectors to be ejected from polling places is rare, even for Philadelphia,” the official said.

Each political party is permitted to have on-site election monitors. According to Fox News, one female GOP inspector was allegedly shoved, laughed at and told to leave.

The Philadelphia sheriff’s office said it will have deputies available to protect polling site inspectors, Fox reported.

  It’s amazing that Romney heeded the call. He is the perfect man “for a such a time as this.” I really admire Romney. Barack hated him before the debates, but now he hates Romney even more, and he is communicating that hatred to all his followers. That’s what he meant by “revenge.”
  
  If Barack wins, he will start purges of some sort. If he loses, he will do as his father the devil, who knows he is going down and is taking as many with him as he can. That is why I pray that God personally neutralizes him. The man is America’s worst enemy ever.

  So the Democrat officials removed the GOP monitors…did whatever shennigans they wanted to do… and now the GOP monitors come back to a sanitized voter fraud scene.
  But this all goes back to liberals’ relativism. Any means justifies the end because they’re convinced their intentions and their representatives are the only ones to be considered. Cheating, lying, smearing, intimidating…it doesnt’ matter…they have “loftier” and more “noble” causes to address so if a little “hanky panky” is in order..so be it…”it’s for the people”.

Is Romney/ RNC/Congress willing to stop the voter fraud in progress? McCain in ’08 appeared to not care that they did some cheating. I understand that corruption runs very deep within our government, but is there anyone willing to stop dem voter fraud and save our country?

  Speaking of trying ANYTHING, even dirty old Dan Maffei in Central New York already took Ann Marie Buerkle to court before a judge, demanding that they put an injuction to hold privately a count of all Wayne County votes before the voting even BEGAN!!! I was THERE, in the room last time, and I can tell you Dirty Dan’s lawyer even threw out the votes of some of my friends, just because they preferred a P.O. Box, rather than use their parents’ home address! But they were residents and HAD the right to vote!!! He threw out hundreds of votes …I watched them and silently cheered when the head of the board of elections finally told Dirty Dan’s lawyer to stop it and more or less “stand down”. So NOW they tried to have a back-room deal injunction made so they could cloister their lying, cheating ways in private and declare that Dirty Dan won. Well, heck, there’s a lot of Wayne County voters who REALLY DISLIKE Dirty Dan’s lying and throwing away $200,000 in OUR TAX MONEY away to his cronies, and similar stuff. He did not listen to his constituents when he was in office, so who knows WHAT desperate stuff he will do this time! With Nancy P. and Pres. Clinton pulling out all the stops, what the heck? WHY CAN’T WE JUST VOTE ON WHAT THEIR CONGRESSIONAL VOTING RECORDS WERE AND LEAVE IT IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE? And, by the way, WHERE’S THE HONESTY AND UPHOLDING THE CONSTITUTION, ANYWAY? Just heard in PGH that a woman was turned away from voting; she was told she voted already; she said, ‘I just got here,’ @ Roosevelt Hotel; its being looked into, apparantly somebody voted ‘for’ her.

  JOHN…we can’t go down the “relativism” road that liberals have taken. They beleive any means justifies their ends. Lying, stealing, cheating, intimidating, smearing….it all on the table because they believe their goals and intentions are the noble ones and the ones we should all adhere to.
  We as conservatives and libertarians cannot go down that same path or we become as detestable as they are.
  The answer is vigilance…not “one good turn deserves another”. Now I assure you…whatever shennigans these democrats wanted to pull they already have puylled while the GOP officials were gone…the horse has already bolted so allowing them back is a moot point.

  Hopefully, I will be proven wrong, but, the Republicans in general and Romney in particular may be too nice and too rule following to prevail. It is like going into a “gun fight” unarmed. The Democrats have proven they are willing to do everything and anything to win. Unless and until conservatives are willing to do the same, they/we are at a disadvantage. Can you imagine if the KKK showed up at a polling place? But it’s just fine when the New Black Panthers are there. If Obama wins, things will get much worse.

So, under Obama’s America in 2012, we have to have police officials at polling places to keep Republican inspectors from being abused or discriminated against. But as Eric Holder has shown us, the AG doesn’t care about intimidating voters, as long as they are Republican. What a great administration. Please make it the last day we have to think about them in office in 2013. The idea of seeing Eric Holder pushed out of office makes me smile even more than Barry and Moochelle leaving.
