Never ever has an election been so clearly good vs. evil, from Presidential race to homosexual marriage to drugs to keeping away the right of the people to know if they are eating GMO’s (CA).. The only good I see from this is that God records in heaven what YOU did here. You voted on His side, and that is recorded in heaven.

It’s insane that 82% of the Counties within Ohio went red for Romney but Obama still wins the State!! Just shows how much power the City folks have over us who live in the suburban/rural areas. Our plight is so different from theirs that it makes sense that we can’t relate to one another. It’s not like they are spending as much on gas as they spend on their mortgage like I do!! I’m sure they would have a different perspective on energy independence if they were.

At some point soon we will reach the tipping point where the debt service expense exceeds all possible income to the government, and there will be no further source from which to borrow money. At a trillion a year that point is near, very near. The only option left for our spend crazy president is to print money. This inevitably leads to serious inflation, like the early 80′s where interest rates went into the 16-22% range. Those with cash who bought the 16% CD’s made some money when Regan brought some stability back to our economy.

Since Harry Reid will not pass a budget that constrains spending, the House can and probably should refuse to pass any further continuing resolutions. That would shut down our government

    Lessons:
This may be a hard pill to swallow for many but I truly think that the Conservitive movment needs to be more libertarian in order to succeed. You cannot preach freedom and liberty out one side of your mouth and damnation for those who don’t agree with your religious views outside of the other. Now before you jump all over me let me explain…

To start with, I am a staunch constitutionalist. And as we have said here in this forum many times: The constitution’s strength is that it protects the rights of people to we disagree with, and that is more important than the inverse. This is what makes the U.S. of A great.

I believe the success of our country relies on personal liberty. Not just yours, but your neighbors and the poor slobs who have fallen prey to this Progressive movement and it’s lies and deceptions. It also means that you need to get your politics out of people’s bedrooms and blood streams. A law that says you can smoke and grow pot does not hurt you unless you smoke pot. If you think it is a bad idea say so, then live a good life and people will follow your example. Personally I think you should be celebrating the assertion of state’s rights and a movement away from increasing federal control of everything including our bodies (read Obama Care).

The TEA party had it right in 2010. Rally around the constitution, limited federal government and personal liberty. The last is the toughest. Utopia on earth is the promise of EVIL.

    God B

No doubt. If any one is interested in saving the country, as far as politically (some might say it’s too far gone) then the ONLY way will be through Libertarianism. Which I might add, most of our founders would be considered.

Personally I see it as too far gone and it’s only going to happen with the people. We need to simply stop cooperating. Those interested in civil disobedience should check out marcstevens.net and read the book “adventures in legal land.”

I don’t agree in the sense that clearly conservative idealism or libertarian idealism isn’t working.
Two lessons were learned from yesterday.
      1. The American media’s liberal activism is a prominent factor in American politics. They are no longer objective. They are unashamedly partisan and actively work for liberal and democrat causes.
It is imperitive that they are infiltrated and balanced out with conservative and libertarian elements or we will see the same thing over and over. Obama is a very beatable candidate. His record is abysmal. But because the media protected him (above other liberals also), covered for him, attacked for him and underreported for him…the public remained ignorant to just how abject a failure he is. All the public saw was “cool, likable Obama who may not be hitting all the right things as president but he’s trying and he empathisizes with us”. This is the narrative the media has built for him and it’s very effective. Exit polls support what I’m saying.
      2. Electorate demographics. It’s now a reality…ethnic and special voting blocs influence the way a state will settle. Florida proved this. Most of Florida remains “red” but the most populous areas are “blue” and those areas carry enough numbers and electoral clout to overturn most of the state.
The GOP MUST create a presence in these districts and enclaves that appeals to their sensibilities. There is no other option because ideology and explaining debt and def

Its the pride cycle right before our very eyes. Men become prideful and wicked. Next God will have to step in with destruction and famine. There will be riots and bloodshed and collapse of government. Finally men will be humbled and repent and return to the ways of the Lord. Unfortunitly this is the way of life. And its to the breaking point. Its the last days and this is what we have been promised.

It’s not over. We are in better conditions than when the British were still here. Yes, It is a very sad day for America, but we can still do what can to keep it from dying out. The America we know still lives as long as we keep fighting for it. And there is always a chance for another track to head our way. We just need to take it as soon as it comes.

I had the same thought. Obama could not break 50% approval, the clear majority of Americans feel we’re on the wrong track, Repub early voting was up, Dem early voting was down, Independents were on the side of Romney in every swing state.

I don’t see any way that Obama not only won the election, but won virtually EVERY swing state. I don’t buy it. You just watched a rigged election, my friends.

Perhaps they perceive we are on the wrong track. But, that does not mean we need to jump on just any track. In 2010 we were on the right track. We need to get back to the basic message of the TEA party… Limited Federal Government, Fiscal Responsibility, Constitutional Law and Personal Liberty.

I think that people are afraid that we are a bunch of religious zealots who are going to put cameras in their bed rooms and bring back prohibition and back ally abortions. That is the how the left paints us. This election the TEA Party went underground and tried to do their job in the old school way. Well, they got old school results now didn’t they. This is what happens when you allow yourselves to get coopted by the progressive republican machine.

We need to get back out in the town square and remind people we are fighting for their individual right to live the way they choose whether we agree with it or not. And, so long as they do not violate the rights of others we will be there to protect those rights. That is what won 2010 and that is what will get us back on track.

God Bless you all and God Bless the USA.

I will not fund their rent-a-mobs, who are easily led by the nose like a cow with a nose ring.

Obama won. British health care still sux & is getting worse. Obamacare will suck also. an election does not change that.

I have to say I truly feel this not a conservative country anymore. Not just because of he Obama win, but because of he numerous social ballot items that won in various states. It is clear the Dems have completely figured out, that pandering to the selfish, and self centered voting block that only cares about their agenda is how you win elections in America. The love of country, for the good of the country? By the year 2016 we will have far to much debt, and full Obama care to add to our burden. We will not come back from this as the america we know today. I am just over 60 years of age, I can drop out at 62, and join the selfish. I probably will have no choice but to do so.

The last four years was the time between 1750 and 1776… there were British governing issues (tax policy, DOJ problems, Supreme Court decisions and appointments), taxation without representation (Obamacare), over regulations (EPA, FEMA, FDA, Housing)…….
We started the revolution in 2010…just like the Colonists did in 1775…Lexington and Concord…and other areas that history books do not talk about in New England…
Now we are at the end of 1776….Washington’s army is disbanding…enlistments are up…they have lost every major battle…the men and their officers are depressed…but Washington receives the pamphlet from Paine and reads it to his troops and they surprise attack Trenton on Xmas day and WIN!..
things still don’t go well…then there is Valley Forge… that is where we are now.. Valley Forge… how many of us will survive this long winter until 2014…how many of us will train like the Continental Army…become that honed fighting force that comes out of its winter hiding in the spring…the election of 2014…
huddle up my friends….stay warm….train yourself and your family and as many friends that will listen…shelter yourself from the storm that is coming against the Tea Party, 9/12, libertarian minded conservatives….this will be a Perfect Storm…a 1000 year flood…
