Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday he’s undecided about whether he’ll stay on during President Barack Obama’s second term.
“That’s something that I’m in the process now of trying to determine,” Holder told law students at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Reuters reported.
Holder said he will need to speak with his family as well as Obama and think about what he could contribute to a second term, asking himself, “Do I think there are things I still want to do?”
He said there’s also the question, “Do I still have some gas left in the tank?”
“It’s been an interesting and tough four years, so I really just don’t know,” he said.

If he leaves without the pardon he is subject to arrest in several states for some serious crimes. In AZ alone he has broken laws about conspiracy, accessory to murder, smuggling, immigration laws and more.

If the paperwork being held by Libyan, anti-Muslim Brotherhood factions gets media coverage, there will be many gallows being built at a federal prison handy to DC.
