This Woman Lost Her Job Over a Facebook Post — And You Won’t Believe What She Said About Obama

An outrageous Facebook post, calling President Barack Obama “the n***er” and referencing his assassination, has cost a California women her job and reputation after the disgusting message went viral.

Denise Helms, of Turlock, Calif., reportedly set the post to “private” on her Facebook page, but someone snapped an image and put it on Twitter.

The message got the attention of the Secret Service and her employer, Cold Stone Creamery. She was promptly fired and the company spent much of Thursday responding to angry tweets about the woman’s post,” FOX40 reports.

“This employee is no longer w/the (sic) company & her disgraceful and completely unacceptable comments do not reflect our views,” the company tweeted via its official Twitter account.

Helms had deleted her post and deactivated her Facebook account, but the damage was done.

What may be even more disturbing than her post, is the fact that she initially didn’t appear to be remorseful at all.

“I don’t understand what I did wrong,” she told FOX40.

However, she later admitted that what she said was “wrong.” Helms also argued that she is not a racist and said she doesn’t really want Obama to be assassinated because, after all,  he “does have two kids.”

“I think I was just really upset, and (the post) just kind of came out,” Helms said.

Most of the people I know agree with her in that Obama is unfit to serve again. The idea that he should assassinated is ludicrous though. Every inner-city welfare recipient would burn their own neighborhoods. (smart huh?) Sadly, many people are preparing for that and arming themselves.

Who needs the daily show or colbert or any other comedic pundit. I have the blaze. Never before have i seen such blatant outright racism as i have on here. Only conservatives could turn this into a first amendment issue. Nevermind that this woman called the pos a n*****. Really? All you can say is that you disagree with what she said but she should be able to call obama a n*****. No one should ever be called that. That is what is called hate speech. Offending someone is one thing but calling someone a racial slur that is extremely offensive is not ok in what should be a civilized society. The fact that anyone can defend that behaviour and vileness is beyond me.

Black people are racist because they voted for obama. Colin powell is racist because he sees the party he belonged to saying things like this and endorses the party that he believes is above the slime the republicans have belonging to them. So i guess john mccain is a racist, and palin, and bachman, and newt, and santorum and limbaugh. Just using your logic. You wonder why the world, not a few countries, or a continent, but the world looks at you as a f**king joke. As lpng as there is a republican party your country will continue to be an also ran. Te only country where sick people are a business. You should all be disgusted with yourselves. I pay an assload of taxes here in canada. But i know if my child is sick i wont go bankrupt. I know that my child will be a decent human being believing we are all equal.

If this is what you truly believe and are passing that on to your kids….. Goddam im glad i live north of you. Thankfully more than half of your country are intelligent enough to see what is human and decent in life. Good thing obama won because of your extreme views on abortion and contraception you nutjobs would be multiplying like rabbits.

Wait just one damn minute. It was just days ago that people were on twitter saying they would kill Romney, calling him ******* and other racist names. I didnt see any of them on the news…losing their jobs(well now that I think about that, they probably dont have one) But anyway..you didnt see them on the news. This is so double standard at its best. I am so sick of the finger pointing. If someone calls me a Bitch am I supposed to go nuts and call the local news???? I just dont care what people think or say about me. I have thicker skin than that. I also can honestly say I have heard black people call each other ****** or ***** everyday that I was at work, so obviously this is NOT a racial term anymore. I dont want to hear…yea but they are black…because that is racist in itself.

They fired Bo ceph us from Monday Night Football after 23 years because he eluded that the liar and cheat is similar to hit le r so this event is not surprising. I do not agree with “the word” being used or the ridiculous following statement as I try to not judge by color and certainly never wish any harm upon anybody since we are all humans, like it or not. It is abundantly clear there are too many lazy, uneducated/illiterate citizens in our country who are so stupidly content to sacrifice their and their family’s wellbeing to a corrupt liar but, hey, what are you going to do? Attacking a person’s skin color is what is tearing our country apart as actions certainly speak louder than words. She doesn’t deserve to be fired because similar and worse statements have been said against other presidents and nothing was done. Why is this one so special??? What’s really alarming here is that the S S watches the social media outlets so vigorously and pounces upon anybody who says one word against the annointed one and their lives are ruined forever. What did Bo ceph us say again????

Left leaning morons will call any negative remarks about obama racist. I posted on Facebook that his “only merit is his skin tone.” Family and friends alike called me racist, ignorant, and embarrassing. I’m not racist; all the people who favored him because of his skin tone is.

So the woman makes a comment and her job is at stake? It’s not like she was promoting the ice cream shop while flipping obama the bird. On another site I mentioned that the most racist thing people do is cry racism when only one ethnicity is victim to it. So many anti-white comments against romney? How many people lost their jobs over that? Eh? Eh???

    No one will ever know….

I would love to find out who she worked for and fired her, so that I could encourage other’s to not patronize there business! This is a free country, I have listened to liberals foul language with no recourse, but to turn them off or leave. What she said is not something I’d ever say and I think it’s something she shouldn’t be proud of, but we live in a country that protects our right to say what we want and it is called FREE SPEECH!!! Aren’t we still America, or did all that really change when obama got re-elected? The war is now IN America, the women needs to fight for her constitutional right to say what she wants to say!!! Evil prospers when good men do nothing in the face of injustice.

We’ve seen several stories about US Government attention and intervention by authorities at school or work who took disciplinary action for young people’s posts on Facebook. Do you feel free? On my Facebook, Obama supporters were gloating and calling those who voted for Romney all kinds of bigoted, dishonest names. Was our Government fair and balanced, and did they contact those people for expressing their freedom of speech?

Not smart to have posted what she did….THAT being said, she DOES have her (and our) 1st Amendment rights to do so! …Remember back on the comments about Bush as President and the effigy burnings of him by the left. NOTHING was ever said or done about it by the press OR the government.

This girl did not make her own physical threats of violence against him – only her disdain for him.
For this the Obozocommie “SS” (former FBI) is all over her along with her employer striking out against her. No more cold stone ice cream in this household for us!!

Watch how fast the ACLU comes to her side – NOT!!! ….wrong side of the political fence!

I missed why the Secret Service was interested, she didn’t threaten him. Is free speech dead in the US, I think so. I can see why the company she worked for was so upset, especially if she listed them as her employer on her profile. If you list your company on your profile then you have to consider everything you say as a reflection on your company. The obvious deletion indicates something a little deeper seated than she admits, but it is still her RIGHT to say it. We all complain about political correctness, but then wet our pants when somebody acts politically incorrect. We are fast becoming the pansy nation. Lone super power status is largely in our minds, not in our reality. We will be fully exposed shortly, when our impotence reaches a point that the press cannot hide it from us.

Wow, after looking through many of thee comments it is pretty clear to me that some kind of racial war is brewing. I sure wish I had lived and died before I saw all this crap come to this. It saddens me the division Obama has caused in America. I too am angry that the democratic party has turned to communism for a platform. I can see that soon folks who are anti-Obama will take no more and will come out swinging. Her comment although tasteless was her First Amendment right. Is it not better to verbally vent than to take real physical action? As the Government takes more freedoms away, the effected population will eventually fight back. It’s human nature and the first Patriots proved it. I sure wish there was a peaceful solution to all this but afraid violence will eventually prevail. I fear it’s not IF but WHEN. I hope I’m not around cause it’s going to be ugly.

What she said is only bad because she said it about a half black person. All the comments about Romney were a-okay with the press. Nobody cared. Now one comment made about Obama and even Beck is turning himself inside out over it. She never said she would assassinate Obama. She surmised it might happen. Now how many Twitter comments were posted saying outright that they would kill Romney if he won? Give me a break–this race baiting won’t stop until Obama is gone. Race still blinds the black community as a whole. Until they are comfortable with their own color, there isn’t much we can do for them.

Free speech – the woman had a right to vent and say what she wanted to say.

Capitalism – her boss had the right to fire her because a person who talks like that oesn’t fit their company.

    It’s all good. It’s America.
