After Gen. David Petraeus resigned as CIA Director over an extramarital affair on Friday, many are curious about the woman Petraeus cheated on his wife of 37 years for.

Though Petraeus didn’t cite the woman by name, various sources and media outlets have identified his biographer, Paula Broadwell, as the woman in question.

TheBlaze reported yesterday on what was known about her at the time, including how she and Petraeus met and how their relationship appeared to evolve on the surface.

Now, Business Insider reminds that in Michael D. Shear’s profile of Broadwell for The New York Times, he said she was “a model for a machine gun manufacturer.”

“It turns out that the company is called KRISS, a manufacturer of .45-caliber machine guns,” Business Insider writes. “We did a bit more digging and stumbled on a promotional video for KRISS which features Broadwell in her role as, according to her website, ‘female model / demonstrator.’”

Broadwell also gives commentary throughout the video, highlighting the importance of accurate, lightweight weaponry.

Honestly, I almost resubscribed to TheBlaze. But, after the disgraceful manner in which they have allowed the Jihadis in the White house shift the blame of the murders they committed onto the shoulders our military men and women and the disgusting manner in which they have lapped up every muslim deception like brain-dead dhimmis is stunning. Simply stunning,

  good bye mike. David P has been used by the progressives. and the election was fixed for obama by the progressives. in cleveland turn out 100%+, in philadelphia 100%.   I’m sorry but this is a silly statement. There will always be immorality. There always has been immorality in this country. Just look at history. We’re human. While we strive to be righteous we will stumble. That is what forgiveness is for. Lets not forget in the bible that David not only lusted after Bathsheba, had an affair with her, got her pregnant , tried to cover it up and then had her husband killed.   Yes, this is a clear case of temptation that was too difficult to pass up. Human frailty on display. Here you have General Petraeus, married for many years to a woman who looks her age and then some. I’m sure that she’s a perfectly nice woman, but – based on photos – she’s no spring chicken. Then, you have this gal Paula Broadwell, who is pretty hot in a number of ways. She and the General end up spending a lot of quality time together and – ultimately – one thing leads to another.
  
  Was it right? NO. But, it is an unfortunate part of human nature. What Petraeus did is something that any of us (meaning married men) are capable of doing. The upside, of course, is obvious – which is why men do this. The downside is that you’ve just ruined your life and destroyed your family.
  
  So, I guess what I am trying to say is twofold:
  
  1) Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. In other words, temptation such as this can be hard to pass up. It’s easier to be judgmental when you’re at a distance; and,
  
  2) Making the decision that Petraeus made inevitably leads to heartache and hardship. In the end, it’s never worth it.
  
  So boys, think before acting. Easy to say, but it requires a lot of discipline to do.

Hold up folks! The video says Kriss is headquartered in Switzerland. So it is not an American company but they are trying to sell weapons to the United States. What does this mean?

This story appears to be a distraction by the Obama Gang to divert attention from Benghazi! I would hope that the General will sit down with House members and get all the details straightened out! The victim’s families deserve no less than the truth.

  HKS…you must realize by now that nothing will ever come of the Benghazi situation. This was planned and premeditated…The Republic is lost and I don’t think we can get it back. What can we do? have all the votes hand cast so that the system cant be cheated? This is how freedom dies…with gifts from those who wish to be kings at our expense…only misery can follow. It will be a slow decline at first and then it will pick up steam until marshal law is needed because patriots start fighting back. Then what, you may ask, will the American Military attack its own people? Yes they will because they will be afraid that they will be on the other end of the gun if they don’t. But don’t worry, after the purges the collapse will continue because nobody will work anymore and slaves don’t produce enough to drive an economy anymore. Then in a burned out wrecked world maybe some of those who survive will have the intelligence to create a system that won’t allow the same thing to happen again.

Gen. Carter Ham commander of U.S. African Command who was pushed out along with
several high generals in BO’S military purge.
Note: Mrs. Broadwell said in a speech it a college in Denver that Gen. P. was not offered the
job of Joint Chief of Staff because BO did not think that he would go along with what he would
ask him to do. hmmmmm
