Odd? Romney Got ZERO Votes In 59 Precincts in Philly, and 9 Precincts in Ohio

Mitt Romney’s demographic troubles have, by this point, been well-rehearsed by practically every pundit across the political spectrum. However, even in his most troubled demographic (black voters, where Romney was trounced 94-6), the GOP nominee could probably comfort himself that at least – contrary to some polls – he didn’t get 0 percent.

But what if there are parts of the country where Romney not only got zero percent of the vote (a possibility in the case of vote totals so small that rounding renders them null), but actually got literally zero votes? For the nominee of a major party, that would be truly extraordinary – so extraordinary, in fact, that it would strain credulity.

And seeing as this highly unlikely turn of events happened not in one or two precincts, but in over 59 in Philadelphia, and 9 in Cleveland, that credulity can be safely said to be completely strained, if not broken. From the Philadelphia Inquirer:

It’s one thing for a Democratic presidential candidate to dominate a Democratic city like Philadelphia, but check out this head-spinning figure: In 59 voting divisions in the city, Mitt Romney received not one vote. Zero. Zilch.

These are the kind of numbers that send Republicans into paroxysms of voter-fraud angst, but such results may not be so startling after all.

“We have always had these dense urban corridors that are extremely Democratic,” said Jonathan Rodden, a political science professor at Stanford University. “It’s kind of an urban fact, and you are looking at the extreme end of it in Philadelphia.”

Many parts of Philadelphia and other big cities simply lack Republican voters, a fact of campaigning that has been true since Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal, Stanford University’s Rodden said.

In 2008, McCain got zero votes in 57 Philadelphia voting divisions. That was a big increase from 2004, when George W. Bush was blanked in just five divisions.

But Larry Sabato isn’t convinced.

“I’d be surprised if there weren’t a handful of precincts that didn’t cast a vote for Romney,” the regular Fox News guest who also heads the Center for Politics at the University of Virginia, said.

“Not a single vote for Romney or even an error? That’s worth looking into,” he added.

But the oddity doesn’t end there. Weaselzippers also passes along this map of Ohio’s Cuyahoga County.

Note the pure blue areas, where Obama is supposed to have won this full, every-single-vote sweep. Such a victory isn’t logically impossible, but it’s so thoroughly unlikely that some observers are already raising questions of fraud. At bare minimum, this outcome certainly raises questions about the political makeup of the areas in question.

      Doing voter registration database research so far the average I have found is about 15% dead voters out of all the names I have checked on the voter registration rolls for my district.
      There is a nursing home with 47 registered voters and the home has 20 beds. Of these 47 so far I have confirmed 4 dead using SSDMF http://ssdmf.info/ and Obits http://tributes.com/ . Seven I have found at a different address entirely (that means a different voting district). I have also found one guy that is in jail on a felony child sex crime (convicted felons are not supposed to vote).
      Now that the election is over I am going to go back and see if any of the dead registered voters voted or if these people voted in two different districts or if the guy in jail voted. I think it would be a good idea to go back and look at the rolls in those swing states for any discrepancies especially since they do not have voter ID laws.

      Could not agree more, LadyGOP. Been singing it LOUD all across Facebook and everywhere anyone will listen – we cannot let this stand and go down without a fight. If we do, we might as well accept that we truly have devolved into a 3rd world country where this is just the norm. Exit polls showed a radically different picture than what the election painted.

      If people did vote in those districts for Mitt, why wouldn’t those people come forward and demand a recount noting that their vote was not counted? Am I missing something?

      It doesn’t matter who’s running for President..they are all run by the same shadow government..if they are not..then they don’t make it in….most of us were able to witness that first hand.(something interesting..the only ones registered to run..those having done their paperwork..were Romney and Ron Paul..so the rest..decoys?)..At any rate..the ones who were running were both funded by Goldman Sachs..for those interested in becoming a little wiser..

      All one has to do is look at the difference between Indiana and Ohio..two states that almost the same demographically and geo-politically.
      Indiana went Obama in 2008 and it went Romney in 2012. It went by a differential of 10.5%. But in Ohio Romney was short 100K votes to Obama. The difference? Ohio’s early voting. Pat Moran, son of Jim Moran was caught on tape facilitating fraudulent votes with early voting. So even though the early voting in Ohio is legal…it leaves room for much corruption.
      Then you’ve got Florida where Romney lost by 40K votes….
      Something is definitely wrong.

      OMG, do you really think any of us believed this would be a squeeky clean election? I worked at a poll and really thought Romney had a good chance to win, because so many young people were registered as Republicans and I was a bit surprised. By the time I got home and began to hear the returns, I was sick, up-chucked from the stress of the day and the bad news I was hearing.

      NOW, what do we plan to to with the corrupt vote? Heck, just swat the libs hands and they won’t do it again………..It’s time to start fighting fire with fire. You people we pay dearly to represent us in D.C. better get your heads together and seriously look into this fraud. You knew it’d happen.

      I say that if Congress does not start an investigation regarding this FARSE of an election IMMEDIATELY then we start calling and emailing them and saying that IF we are ALLOWED an election in 2014 that NONE of us will vote…PERIOD!! They can start packing up their belongings in their offices NOW.

      If there were any precincts that were not altered by re-districting in 2010, it would be very interesting to compare the votes in 2008 and 2012 to see if there were votes for McCain 2008 that “evaporated” in 2012.

      Yes they should but the are not going to. They are going to Liberalize the GOP instead. That was the plan all along. Romney was never going to win.       You are an ass. Bush did not steal the election. The democrats were pushing a garbage agenda then too. All the hanging chads and other crap.

      When 108% of an area votes there is something WRONG. There are 2 million dead people on the rolls and I would bet that most of them voted. My personal opinion is that there should be a verification and/or a recount in Florida, Iowa, Wisconsin, Virginia, and Ohio. and maybe Michigan, Pennsylvania and Minnesota as well.

      There were reports of machines changing votes even before Nov 6th. But why should we be surprised the dirt-bag sitting in the white house is not a citizen. And I don’t mean he wasn’t born here.

      He was adopted by Soetoro an Indonesian citizen. When a child is adopted they take the citizenship of the adoptive parent. He can not get his Natural Born status back. And he never changed his name back from Barry Soetoro and never even got his citizenship back, which would only would have made him a naturalized Citizen. But he did not even do that. HE IS NOT A CITIZEN.

      So why would we not believe that he would fraudulently fix an election. Along with all his GOOD friends.

      I have no idea what to do to save our country but I sure wish we could stop the direction we are going. I also believe that this is the last election we will have. Within the next four years he will declare himself “KING”.

      God help us to save the Republic.

      Read a little further, Blazers, and you might learn that this has happened before, and was never called fraud before this election. A few areas in the U.S. will always vote 100% one way or the other. I’m sure if you look, you may even find areas in the US that voted 100% Republican – but no conservatives ever talk about that.       You, Congress better get on the ball and get some answers, cause many of us are angry. The first clue was Spain counting the votes, while the Spanish company had deep connections with Soros.

      Oneshiner, as I and other posters have pointed out, the results of this election are consistent with those in other elections. McCain and George W. both blanked out in several of these districts.

      @ Don’t Cry. You, as a democrat were probably screaming like a child back in 2000 (assuming you are old enough to remember it) when Bush “stole” the election from Al Gore. What happened then was that the Dems were pretty much going to recount and recount and recount until they could finally get enough “hanging chads” to sway it their way. That was bogus and that is why the SCOTUS stepped in the way they did. Now, all we are saying is that the irregularities should be checked out. That’s all. What’s the matter, are you afraid that it could lead to a larger discovery of wide-spread voter fraud? The Dems sure know how to bus in Somalians in Ohio who can’t even speak English to vote for Obama. Harry Reid knows how to bribe voters with gas cards and free pizza to get people to vote for him.       It is interesting to see the maps, but growing up in Chicago while Richard J. Daily was Mayor explains a lot about how it works. The fact that in Ohio the people who are in charge of making sure all the voting machines are working correctly were all SEIU members. Seems like maybe they had a lot of voting machines to fix for this election, and they did it very well…too well. At this point I wouldn’t even say it was voting fraud, it was a downright fixed election. Voting had nothing to do with it.
      All the Demoncrats will sit back and say “PROVE IT!!!” Can’t win that when Allen West can’t get a judge to lock down all the ballots and voting machines right after the election, so that a recount can be made without any question in Florida.
      BHO and his minions realized he couldn’t win fair and honestly, so they got help and did it the dictator way. Everything stinks, and all seems to be rotten in Washington these days. Just about everyone knows our elected officials are corrupt, but who is doing anything about it? Who can do anything about it? Was General Petraeus on his way to blow the whistle Friday morning? Were the gunshots heard in and around Dupont Circle really a robbery, or General Petraeus being picked up at gun point by thugs sent out from the White House because he wasn’t playing their game any longer? Has there been a complete attempt at covering up and silencing of opposition to what happened in Benghazi?

      The more one considers this, the more pressing of an issue it seems it should be to ALL Americans. There have been allegations of “cheating” in most of the Presidential election cycles I have been privy to with R and D winners. With the influx of available data in the digital world, is it possible that this has been going on for some time? If that is so, shouldn’t EVERY American be concerned that our elections may not be OURS, but some other faction? To have that much guided control in key areas suggests more than one party or another, but a larger, extremely well funded, and dangerous coalition working from behind the scenes.

      Maybe it’s nothing, but if it actually is happening – Wouldn’t that be a bad thing regardless of who you support???

      Hey there! I think I can clear this up. For the record, I would’ve voted Romney were I eligible to vote this year, but I was born and raised in Cuyahoga County.

      Most of Ohio is predominantly republican. Pretty much everywhere south of Cleveland was rooting for Romney because of the rural white stereotypical midwest population you’d expect.

      Cleveland, on the other hand, is a destitute, ghetto shell of a former golden city on the shores of Lake Erie. Its crime rates are high. It’s poverty rate is high. And the concentration of one stat is obvious: African Americans are a majority in Cleveland and are a pretty fair spread within the county. That’s how it’d be by 80-100%. Never 100%, but the racial concentration and the financial concentration is what would be considered ‘welfare state’ and that is a populous President Obama greatly appeals to.

      Hope that clears it up. Voter fraud and shenanigans have happened courtesy of the democratic party in Ohio before, but this really isn’t a surprising map.

Really if you listen to Mark Levin you know that the election is not over until the Electoral College meets. They have not met yet. Legally this election could be fought and won. But we are dealing with Barrack. Legal is not a concept that is used or appreciated. Actually it would be nice to know what the vote count is if the military vote was counted. But that is improbable. All they do is protect us.

They won’t. They never are when the producers stop producing for lack of incentive. When you punish success, you get less of it. The poor will be poorer and the rich will be gone or poor too.
      One term and the real unemployment is closer to 14% if everyone who had jobs when he was sworn into office, had not given up looking for work. Gas has doubled in price since he took office. Also, Obamacare will make 30 hours be a full time work week. Everyone is more poor already. This is what it looks like. Four more, and crying will be the only thing that isn’t taxed. To each his own, but don’t drag me down with you.

      It’s demographics, baby! This article and others show that this also happened in 2008, and has happened in several other cities. And, it’s hardly a democratic thing. It has happened in Republican-leaning precincts, too. But the conservative media will never report that.

      In Ohio we have voter id WHICH should have been used! I voted early and didn’t have to show my id just give my driver’s license or last 4 digits of ss. Later on towards end of early voting they had to show their id. They also bussed in loads of Kent State students to vote. It was so screwed up! I questioned the results here in Ohio.

Unless she lived / voted in one of the precincts where Romney received zero votes, your comment is absolutely meaningless.

      94% of blacks voter for Obama. Why is it surprising that in all-black poor urban areas the vote was 100% Obama?

      I don’t believe there really was any voter fraud, but if there was, the Republicans have only themselves to blame for it. For years we kept saying, don’t be silly. It’s impossible to organize enough voter fraud to swing a Presidential election. Who would even bother to try? The logistics of it would be staggering. But the Republicans were all like, no, really, you could totally do that. You could steal a national election. If you really wanted to, you could pull it off. And we were like, nah, that’s crazy, it’s impossible, but they kept saying, no, we really believe you can do it. So, if they finally convinced us to try and it worked, that’s really all their fault, I mean that’s practically entrapment, isn’t it?

      You know, regardless of your party affiliation EVERYONE should at least be curious of not furious about this, EVERYONE. An honorable President would even ask for a recount but don’t hold your breath. It is evident to me that our very republic is at risk and it basically comes down to the greed of the American people that is perpetrating this national decline of everything. Wait until there is no one left to get tax revenue from…..Oops, there goes all the free Sh.. uh I mean stuff. When I was younger, people were ashamed to be on welfare or food stamps, Americans wanted to make/earn their own way now it’s become a birthright and I’m only 51 yrs old. Perhaps there is more to the evangelicals who promote the theory that there is some kind of Devine punishment happening to our country due to our rapidly declining morale’s…….Perhaps he is saying, Well I sent you AIDS and you did not get the message so watch this…….I believe this country has been the greatest nation on earth since it’s establishment due to our founding Christian Judaea values which we as a nation have seem to have abandoned in large part due to the ACLU, we have banned God from just about everywhere except church, wait until some kook atheist ACLU Lawyer goes to your church and then sues because your Mayor or Governor etc. goes there and we must separate Church and State and he is a representative of your state or you pick the senseless reason. Its coming folks.

      BetsyYoung, don’t assume fraud – many Chicago voters vote straight ticket, without a second thought. Every election sees the retention of indicted politicians (Derrick Smith), absent politicians (Jesse Jackson Jr. – 70% of the vote) and judges who every bar association rates as unqualified (it’s been decades since voters failed to retain a sitting judge on a yes or no vote). The local Democratic party has no reason to commit fraud, when voter ignorance/subservience will legally accomplish the same results.

    Every legal citizen of the United States should have a valid social security number. These numbers can be used as voter ID and also cross referenced against a database to ensure no duplicate voting.
    The National Guard could provide poll watchers to reduce intimidation.

    Then Count the Votes!!!
    70 Republican poll watchers in PA were physically restrained from entering the polling stations.
    A Republican poll watcher in Detroit was threatened at gun point and yet the 911 call was not responded to
    Some areas had greater than 100% turn out
    I DO NOT accept the current results.

      Yeah, that has to be true these days. I applied for my Social Security card in early 1969 when as a teenager I got an offer for a part time job that would not interfere with school. When my now adult son was born we got a notice in the mail from the Social Security Dept that told us we had to sign up for his social security card or would not be able claim him as a dependent on our taxes. Ain’t that a gotcha?

      Using SSN’s for anything is risky business due to rampant identity theft. They are now often referred to as tax identification numbers too. The governmental organizations get hacked all the time, and employees steel data frequently. Your voter ID (VID) should in no way be connected to your finances! VID absolutely has to be isolated from every other identification number you have, which makes things very difficult to keep straight.

In both Ohio, Pennsylvania and other states, Democrats got a majority of the popular vote but hold a minority of seats in Congress, because of districts shaped like Rorschachian nightmares, courtesy of Republican legislatures. I thought the founding fathers meant it to be the “people’s House?” How pitiful, if this is what it takes for the GOP to cling to its toehold on partisan parity.

      @Clownzilla: This is about the US House, not the US Senate. In Michigan, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania Democrats got 50% or more of votes caste in House contests, yet they won only about 1/3 of the seats from Michigan and Florida and only about 1/4 of the seats from Ohio and Pennsylvania. Voter fraud or gerrymandering? You decide.

You do realize, don’t you, that this story is about counties in PA and Ohio, not exactly the heart of Dixie, where the African American President received 100% of the vote from overwhelmingly black districts? Would they be included in your blanket “racist south” comment? Finally, while I agree that ending war is a lofty goal, it is not one that a budget can be based upon, because it can never be relied on.       Most tax-dependant state: Mississippi, Alaska, Louisiana, West Virginia, Alabama, S. Dakota, Kentuky.
      (Source- US News and World Reports, Census data, etc. etc.)

I am a military brat who has lived all over the country and evenly divided my time between northern and southern states. Guess where I experienced the most racism? IN THE NORTH! My most egregious experiences happened in a suburb of Chicago (hmm that’s weird). And I am not even black, but my mother happens to have been born, and grew up, in the West Indies and has an accent. Ignorant people make assumptions and act on them. You just spew the narrative that your highly biased haunts on the internet feed you, I highly doubt you have any experience living in the south at all. One of my cousins from the West Indies who does happen to be half black moved to the US. When he went home he told his father, “Yes there is racism in the US but it’s not coming from the white people!”

    Glenn, did you honestly think for one minute that this win was not voter fraud? There are so many counties in so many states with unbelievable numbers. It is time we stood up to this nonsense. We should divide the country in half. Conservatives on one side and Libs on the other. I know that sounds ridiculous on alot of fronts but I for one do not want my children and grandchildren to live under this administration’s policies. Something must be done. If it was only a few of us that wanted this then I would look the other way and just get the heck out of dodge. It isn’t. The numbers were stolen and baked. We were robbed. Libs will glaze over this and say spoiled sport but that is not the issue here. Our freedom to choose was robbed from us.       How likely is it though, that the few Romney voters in those particular communities are going to come forward to make statements? What kind of reception would they get from their neighbors, friends, families? Have you seen what happens to people who “leave the Democrat plantation”?       That one (or ones) single person, if they stood up, knows they would become the target of harassment and threats far beyond the norm. Only a person with some integrity and some sense of “Damn it all, I am telling the truth!” would come forward despite the probable results (as I noted). I am sure such people do exist in those precincts and they should be encouraged to come out and offered all manner of protection from probable backlash from the Obama supporting mobs.

    I keep weeping and crying out, “This election WAS STOLEN from us!” Is anyone going to do something about this RIGHT NOW, like DEMAND A RECOUNT OR a RE-VOTE individually at our county courthouses with VOTER ID and thumb prints.

    Come on, AMERICA! It really IS NOW OR NEVER!
    Who will lead us? What can WE THE PEOPLE do?

    I REFUSE, R-E-F-U-S-E to accept the faker/liar/communist/destroyer as our president. And, I’d rather have the squirrels that run loose in the forest behind our house than the awful dipsh*t veep, joedingbatbiden in there again.

      The election was stolen lock, stock, and barrel. Recall that Soros has many of those who certify the votes in his pocket from “Project Secretary” and I imagine many of the counters of the votes and such are in his organizations as well.

      We have been cheated in the purest of style and I do not know what we can do about it other than be ready for the chaos to come from DC.

      This is how Communism works at its finest, predetermined elections, coercion and corruption to the core and so much more. God help us to hold on and expose these devils for who they truly are; the judgement on the House of Obama has been declared and ordained, I believe what we are seeing is the revelation of all their deeds before God ends their game once and for all.

      I will never comply or surrender, and never shall I bow down to any man – especially Emperor Caligula Obama; nor will I give up the fight until our land rings free and fulfilled again or they send me into the night.

      No matter which comes first I serve the Lord and thus they have lost, for even if death comes, I shall win.

      Ive known all along in my gut — my instinct —- something just wasnt right. There is NO WAY a majority of voters in this country voted to re-elect this FRAUD named Barry with 8% unemployment [real U6 number 16%] for 4 years running, 47 million on food stamps, 20% poverty, $16 trillion+ in debt, etc, etc, etc —- NO WAY.

      Is there a huge segment of the population that are moocher imbeciles? You betcha. But I refuse to believe they outnumber sane, responsible adults.

      The stakes here could NOT be any more dire. The very survival of this country is at stake. Someone needs to find voters in these 0% areas that voted for Romney. This cannot stand.

      I spoke to friends in Cuyahoga county just an hour or so ago. They voted Romney, despite the entire county coming in Obama. I’m in Ohio as well, On election day I had to wait over an hour to vote, when usually it’s 10 minutes during Presidential elections, and everybody there was loudly stating “Romney”. Ohio wasn’t undecided and even in the Dem stronghold of Cleveland there were plenty of Romney votes that I know for a fact now were counted as “Obama”.

      Read the damn election returns you imbecile. Roughly 185 thousand people in Cuyahoga County voted for Romney! No wonder you believe all these outlandish conspiracy theories — you aren’t smart enough to understand what you are looking at.
      The actual election returns show that Romney got 30% of the Cuyahoga County vote. This is ~185,000 votes.
      You need to learn the difference between a county and a precinct.

    If we claim voter fraud we are racist, I am sure. This whole thing was a farce. Romney should have won OH and PA and probably FL too because of the fraud. St. Lucie, FL votes with 141% turnout! Impossible, just as it is impossible for anyone to get 100% of the vote anywhere.

      You are just plain wrong. The voter turnout was 70% — the 140% counted “voter cards” as voters, but every voter gets two voter cards. You should actually read before you make statements.

      (ps. this article goes on to say that even thought turnout was 70%, there could still be voter fraud because 70% is relatively high compared to the nation’s 57% average. This was the highest spending house race in the nation, thus turnout was high)

    I would love to see some people come forward from these precincts that voted for Romney and demand an investigation. There will always be doubt in my mind that Obama won this election. The American people should demand we go back to paper ballots and no electronic voting be allowed.

    People in those districts should be able to refute the results if they voted for Romney. This adds to my suspicion that the “fix was in” before the election. There was too much dem hand-wringing about repub voter fraud before the election. Previous issues regarding fraud have been in places where dems won (remember Al Franken? Hillary Clinton? Chris Gregoire?). Chicago machine gone national. We got what we deserve. BO should have lost by a landslide way beyond what vote manipulation could do.

      Of course there was rampant fraud by the Dems/Left…but I believe it goes beyond that. There are forces at work that aren’t party affiliated… and these people are long range planners. We’ve been getting tag-teamed for decades by the two parties…and the forces I mentioned(study and draw your own conclusions) have been reaping the benefits. Romney was set up to fail. We’ve been getting played.

      By the way…I voted for Ron Paul. He represents honest, Constitutional government….a government of the people, for the people, and by the people.

      Its hard to believe Americans are so dumb as to vote for huge debt, unbalanced budget or no budget at all, foreign policy incompetence, no/bad energy policy, held hostage by special interest groups, diluted healthcare with huge cost increases, no/bad job growth policy, high unemployment, czars and a leader who is lazy and an epic failure surrounded by equally inept cabinet members.

      I’m sure as soon as the admin ‘figures out’ what happened in Libya on 9/11, they will focus their laser-like attention to the economy. what a bunch of putzes.
