Glenn Beck Breaks Down Petraeus Scandal: ‘What Are the Odds?’
During Tuesday’s broadcast, Glenn Beck delved into the developing sex scandal involving David Petraeus, former director of the CIA. The former four-star general resigned his CIA post last week after acknowledging an extramarital affair.
However, the timing of his resignation — just days before he was scheduled to testify before Congress about the Benghazi terrorist attack — seems a little too coincidental, Beck explained.
“Petraeus was set to be the key witness in the Benghazi testimony this week,” he said. “But wouldn’t you know it, the FBI…accidentally stumbled upon some private emails and determined that he was having an affair.”
“What are the odds?”
Watch Beck break down the scandal via TheBlazeTV here:
In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Posted on November 13, 2012 at 11:46amI would highly recommend these Generals get some security detail that is loyal – pronto. Basically the way this purge will work is first humiliate, blackmail, extort these Generals. Whoever is brave enough to “talk” finds themselves the victim of “externally inflicted suicide”. Hung or 45 in the mouth. “Honorable demise of a dishonored General” people will say.
The Generals and others need to get this purge stopped and soon.
Study some history people. This is classic stuff and we shouldn’t tolerate it.

Posted on November 13, 2012 at 1:20pmIt is absolutely not a distraction. This is the standard commie purge of the military that occurs during the consolidation stage.
@STANDUFF
Spot on.
At one point in Castro’s dictatorship, he was warned that the Havana version of Operation Valkyrie was in motion. His top brass was involved — about a dozen prominent military officers. Here’s what Castro did. He told them if they would go public and confess their crime to the Cuban people a la Nixon, he would pardon them. I love persuasion commie style, don’t you? So these brave men went on national TV to plead guilty of treason — the ultimate humiliation for a military man. Castro crushed their spirit and honor, and then did what every lying commie does: he broke his promise. The dictator declared that given the undeniable evidence, these men would be executed for treason. They were shot to death.
Barack won’t use a firing squad to erase officers he has disgraced — for now at least. But like you point out, there are other options.

The *only* possible way Petraeus could be manipulated is if the lives of his children have been threatened and are in jeopardy.
Petraeus knows “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.” And “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”
Hopefully, Petraeus pulled some CIA jujitsu and has incriminating video/audio of his extortion that he will reveal (only if he can find a way to protect his children).

It would not be enough for me to allow further corruption. Threaten the lives of innocent Americans, however, and I just might do whatever they want me to do. It’s not all that far fetched. There is nothing else you could threaten me with that would keep me from coming forward with the truth if I knew it.

First, we now know that the FBI is reading every government email, second; it appears that a purge is taking place in our own military carried on by Obama and his progressive appointee Gen Dempsey. Lastly; is the purpose of making these transgressions public to discredit and tarnish the reputation of the US armed forces? I believe it is. I wrote a piece about the possibility that these strings are being pulled by CIA professionals who had enough of General Petraeus’ siding with the Obama administration. Think about it. The Sewer Rat Gang from Chicago leaves four men to die in Benghazi, two of them ex-SEALS and CIA employees. The rest of the spooks see this happening and how does that impact them? Their collective response had to have been “Get rid of every swinging you-know-what who had any part in the treason that night of 9/11/12; or, one night that could be me in the Congo or in Yemen.”

In speaking about Noah being saved by water….”Baptism, which corresponds to this *(the ark), now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.”
And Acts 2:37-38? “Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, ‘Brothers, what shall we do?’ And Peter said to them, ‘Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’”
God expects your actions, too! Not just belief! James 2:17-19 “So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.’
You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe–and shudder!”

It just seems bizarre that a person of General Petraeus’ stature would fall for the oldest game in the book. Not only that, but send open emails to his mistress while he was top spook. Almost unbelievable. If the affair was going on while he was on assignment, then surely it would have been common knowledge in the camps. One person finds out, then another, then the whispers become rumor, spreading like wildfire throughout the region. Have any news agencies attempted to interview rank and file off the record that were deployed in Iraq/Afghanistan at the same time?
This entire shell game scandal needs ruthless investigative reportage. Questioning everything that comes from this administration would be a good start. Things are certainly not adding up, and heads should roll. The question is; did he plan this escape and the affair is a ruse, or was it foisted upon him because he was bribed to lie? Time will tell. I just hope the truth comes out at the hearings or through the media, because four brave American heroes must not be treated as collateral damage.

I sure hope that the next step by the WH is that a ‘Vince Foster’ does not happen to him.
