See the Explosive Moment Israeli Forces Killed One of Hamas’ Most Powerful Chiefs

Earlier today, Israeli airstrikes hit a number of targets across Gaza City. At the start of the operation, military forces assassinated prominent Hamas commander Ahmed Jabari (read about the mission here). The killing marked the beginning of a “broader operation” that Israel is engaging in to prevent rocket attacks coming from Gaza. Following Jabari’s death, the Israeli Defense Forces posted a captivating 14-second clip showing the car explosion on its YouTube page.

The aerial video, filmed in black and white, provides imagery of the car Jabari was traveling in driving down the street — and then suddenly exploding into a burst of flames. Watch the shocking clip, below:

As TheBlaze previously reported, witnesses said Jabari was traveling in a vehicle in Gaza City when the car exploded.

The action has caused some tention within Egypt. That country condemned Israel’s actions, calling the escalation “very dangerous,” as well as recalled its ambassador. The report also says they are building up troops on the border.
