In the wake of the sex scandal surrounding outgoing CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus, Judge Andrew Napolitano and Glenn Beck took time to discuss how individual rights are eroding in America. The judge believes that someone wanted to “destroy” the general and are succeeding. Watch the clip below as the two discuss FBI protocol, what the real motivation for this seemingly fabricated scandal likely is, and the administration’s role in it all.
According to Judge Napolitano, “the administration is willing to throw good people under the bus” to obfuscate the truth:

Nov. 16, 2012 at 7:46amI urge our military to lay down their arms. Refuse to loose one more American life. Think about it. We are loosing good men and women that believe they are fighting for freedom and instead they are being used to forward a global agenda of pure evil.
Our Constitution clearly states we can abolish any rule contrary to its writings.

Nov. 16, 2012 at 2:46amThis has to be one of the crazier segments I’ve seen Beck do. The Founders were “intellectual giants?” They couldn’t recognize the fact that 1 black man was just that, one man and not 3/5s of man. They couldn’t recognize that people shouldn’t be allowed to own other people. They couldn’t recognize that women have brains and the same unalienable rights granted to them that men do. And these are his heroes? The times he wants to go back to? No thanks say I and the majority of the country. He calls Obama a tyrant and then proceeds to tell you all that only 1/3 of the country wanted to rebel from England. 1/3 of the population though that they knew more what was best for the remaining 2/3 and went ahead and did as they pleased. And did they staff their army with the 1/3 that wanted independence? No, Washington conscripted men, from the 2/3s of people who didn’t want a war, to fight and die for what he and the Founders had decided was best for them. If Obama did that now you all would riot. This paragon of freedom, George Washington, passed the Second Militia Act of 1792 which FORCED all men TO BUY products so that they could again be forced to fight should Washington deem it needed (that’s called an individual mandate for those in Rio Linda). Beck wants to go back to states being allowed to do what they want when they want? Talk to Lincoln about it, he’s the one that fought a war so that that couldn’t happen (a war I don’t agree with b the way … cont

Nov. 16, 2012 at 3:12amHow this country fought the Revolutionary War to a relatively short time later fighting another so that we could tell other people what to do and not to do is beyond me. Though, at least Lincoln understood 1 person = 1 person and it is wrong to own any fraction of a person)
The video doesn’t seem to go with the headline or story, but I’ll ask, in re the story, where was this outrage when Clinton was being impeached for an affair (Newt was having one of his own and Beck was calling the wife of a competitor and mocking her for having a miscarriage)? I’ve said before here and I’ll say it again, there are good ideas on the conservative side, but if y’all keep saying that you want to go back to this or back to that you all are gong to continue to lose. Obama won because even if people don’t know where they are going they know that they don’t want to backwards (especially not 200+ years).

Nov. 15, 2012 at 9:32pmJADAMS9845 – How can you say that the Ron Paul vote was a deal breaker?
You still have to skirt ones way with the Electorial College.
Now if Gary Johnson and Roseanne Barrs party plus the other 12 parties had gotten together maybe then it would have made a difference.
Considering that 8 states and D.C. have passed legislation requiring their electoral votes be awarded to the winner of the national popular vote this would have made no difference.
By the way, the 8 states are; California 55 – Illinois 20 – New Jersey 14 – Washington 12 – Massachusetts 11 – Maryland 10 – Hawaii 4 – Vermont 3 – D.C.3 122 total Electorates
Here’s the popular vote and the other parties that ran.
Obama 62,285,005 – Romney 58,907,640 – Gary Johnson (Libertarian Pty) 1,139,562 – Roseanne Barr/Pres & Cindy Sheehan/VP (Peace & Freedom Pty) 44,758
American Independent Party – American Third Position Party – Constitution Party – Green Party – Justice Party – Objectivist Party – Party of Socialism and Liberation – Prohibition Party – Reform Party USA – Socialist Party USA – Socialist Equality Party and the Socialist Workers Party

Nov. 15, 2012 at 7:48pmOn behalf of Glen Doherty and Ty Woods and other brave Americans who died at Ben Ghazi, I offer the following questions for the Congressional Hearings:
Motive/Terrorism or Spontaneous Video
Before the attack:
Hole blown in the wall;
British and other allies forced out, allies with forces who could have helped that fateful night;
Checkpoints were set up and manned
Ambushes were set up
Attack occurs on 9-11 anniversary, first after UBL killed, and the attack coincides the lunar cycle of the beginning of the “Crescent Moon”, meaning, the beginning of the September 2012, “crescent moon” clearly took shape the nigh of the attack ….. powerful symbology unconnected with a YouTube video release months before.
What civilians remain around to protest during a firefight featuring automatic weapons, RPGs and mortars?
Most importantly, if the situation were so dangerous, a situation necessitating numerous requests for ramped up security, to include the Ambassador requesting additional security as late as 9-11 itself, hole in the wall, etc., what in the world was so important that caused the Ambassador to decide to remain at the Consulate or even in Libya — all our allies already left!! What was do important!!!!!!
Why remain in the unsecure consulate if it were so unsafe? Did someone order the Ambassador to stay even though security was deficient? If so, what was so important as to trade American lives for the consulate?

Remember that the difference between Nixon’s resignation and Obama is that Nixon had both house as dem majority. He wasn’t going to beat watergate.
Obama will need to be charged with more than just an impeachment, he’ll need to be convicted.
Think Clinton, impeached by the House for perjury and obstruction. Then again for perjury and abuse of power. Sounds similar. Then the Senate acquitted him.
Conviction needs 2/3 vote and well, you kow how that will play out with this Senate.
