What Is Agenda 21? After Watching This, You May Not Want to Know
Those who follow Glenn Beck might be aware that Tuesday marks the release of his latest book, “Agenda 21,” the suspenseful and perhaps sobering tale of a futuristic America in which a UN-led program spawned an authoritarian state where individuals are stripped of all personal rights and freedoms.
Oddly, Beck’s novel is not simply a work of fiction, but based on an actual program created by the United Nations by the very same name — “Agenda 21″ — which, according to the UN’s own website, is a “comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, governments and major groups, in every area in which human impacts on the environment.”
In so many words, the United Nations seeks to co-opt, via individual governments, and eventually, a “one-world government,” privately held land under the auspices of ensuring its “sustainability.” Worse still, the UN’s Agenda 21 has even laid out plans for “depopulation” or rather, “population control.” If it sounds like something out of George Orwell’s 1984, that is because Agenda 21′s tenets are eerily in line with the demented alternate reality Orwell himself had imagined while scribing the pages of his famed novel.
“Sustainable development” is the catch-phrase Beck urged his Monday evening viewers to be leery of.
Where one can live and what land should be designated for would, under fully-realized Agenda 21 plan, be controlled by the United Nations and a future one-world government. Consider the following section from the UN website on Agenda 21′s plan for “promoting sustainable human settlement development.” Emphasis added:
The overall human settlement objective is to improve the social, economic and environmental quality of human settlements and the living and working environments of all people, in particular the urban and rural poor. Such improvement should be based on technical cooperation activities, partnerships among the public, private and community sectors and participation in the decision-making process by community groups and special interest groups such as women, indigenous people, the elderly and the disabled. These approaches should form the core principles of national settlement strategies. In developing these strategies, countries will need to set priorities among the eight programme areas in this chapter in accordance with their national plans and objectives, taking fully into account their social and cultural capabilities. Furthermore, countries should make appropriate provision to monitor the impact of their strategies on marginalized and disenfranchised groups, with particular reference to the needs of women.
7.5. The programme areas included in this chapter are:
(a) Providing adequate shelter for all;
(b) Improving human settlement management;
(c) Promoting sustainable land-use planning and management;
(d) Promoting the integrated provision of environmental infrastructure: water, sanitation, drainage and solid-waste management;
(e) Promoting sustainable energy and transport systems in human settlements;
(f) Promoting human settlement planning and management in disaster-prone areas;
(g) Promoting sustainable construction industry activities;
(h) Promoting human resource development and capacity-building for human settlement development.
Watch below as Beck explains exactly what Agenda 21 is and how everyday Americans are already experiencing its implementation, perhaps without even realizing it. The videos that follow feature Agenda 21 experts — even one self-proclaimed “liberal democrat” — delving deeper into this sinister-sounding agenda. They discuss how the program has slipped under the radar, working its way into everyday life slowly but surely, and what the outcomes of full implementation would be.
For a comprehensive review of Agenda 21, please view TheBlaze Magazine’s feature story here.
“Wildly liberal” Democrat, Rosa Koire:
Vince Flynn, author of “The Last Man,” also joined Beck on the program to discuss Agenda 21 and how both of their novels have taken real life events and woven them into fictional tales. Beck noted that he will be criticized for the fact that his book on Agenda 21 is fictional, but that the subject matter is, nonetheless, very real. What’s more, “it’s what the left does with every single movie you’ve ever seen,” Beck noted astutely.
In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Posted on November 20, 2012 at 2:54amThere have been many of us talking about Agenda 21 on here for a year or so, but most of you turned a blind eye to it because we were talking about Ron Paul at the same time. But now….Since Glenn is talking about it…. you are all listening immensely. This should show how much you guys rely on any type of media, before you listen. Why don’t you start listening to the enlightened, because we have been woke up for quite some time. Is it because you do not want to fathom the idea that you have been asleep?? Well, do not despair, I was asleep for a long time, until I was awake. Wake up now, and start researching yourself, just like Glenn has been saying for so long.
We are heading for a One World Order, under the disguise of a One World Economic Order, after our economy crashes, which at this time is inevitable. We had a chance to stop it but, you all listened to the media telling you that the person to stop it was crazy. Well, what say you now? The Republicans are now saying that he may be the future. WOW!

Posted on November 20, 2012 at 7:07amGlenn Beck, his staff, and journalists have been talking about Agenda 21 for more than a year, on his radio program, TV program, Magazine, and online programming, and even since the Blaze began (do a search for “Agenda 21″ in the Blaze search function).
.Please avoid the delusions of granduer to think you have been the only messenger and that people have been ignoring you over “Ron Paul” support. You supported Ron Paul, good for you. But that has nothing to do with the Agenda 21 issue, and if you made a post about Ron Paul.
But if you didn’t know that Glenn has been discussing this topic for multiple years, you obviously never listened or subscribed to his shows, or read any of the articles in his magazine, and missed most of the articles on this site, or his other site.

Beck helped blow the LID OFF Agenda 21 while he was still on Foxnews! While we truly appreciate your hard work in exposing this and researching this in parallel, BECK HAS DONE FAR MORE in the past year and a half to expose this than it appears you give yourself credit for. In a way you could say it’s OLD NEWS in that most of us are pretty educated on the topic and moving in our local areas to do the same thing. While talking about it and showing it as it becomes more of a reality is inevitable and a MUST… please don’t be so naive to think that you’re so “enlightened” more than many of us out here on this stuff.
LAUGHABLE. Thanks.

I don’t believe there are as many who have woken up as you believe.
Most of the GOP won’t even admit to fraud committed during their own primary.
A simple youtube or google search shows all kinds of evidence.
Also,
How could so many believe that Romney was so much better than Obama when he never mentioned ANY of the globalist agendas?
The guy admitted he would have signed indefinite detention of US citizens into law!

So WHY do so many of you guys INSIST that women be nothing but reproduction vessels – to hurry this population growth – with no righs to control their own bodies and futures – or the futures of any of their offpring??
If you appreciate iving in the equivalent of rabbit warrens (city apartments/condos or single family homes with no space between them) and buy Monsanto ‘chemically altered foods’ that appear on your grocery shelves – then enjoy! Or, of course, the foods that Glenn wants you to buy, which are good for 25 years, that’s OK too. As for me? I’m going to continue to live in the coutnry and try to protect the land so that future generations can EAT ‘healthy food’ – drink clean water and breathe fresh air!!!

Posted on November 20, 2012 at 9:47pmn-timeprophet, your points are cogent and well-taken, especially your comments about the trolls.
Personally I’m divided. While well aware of the threat from Agenda 21, and the threat of a one world government, I still and equally or even more afraid of the immediate threat here at home. For one I’m astonished that Obama allowed elections rather than declaring a national emergency and Marshall Law to prevent the elections, and believe he only allowed those because he had the mechanism in place to fraudulently declare him the victor.
Now however we are faced with a more immediate threat: the indefinite internment of so called “terrorists” within our own country without due process (now that Obama owns the courts). We all know what that means: patriots who want to take our country back and who own guns. By Obama’s new definition they have already been declared by decree to be “terrorists” and subject to the same guidelines as those in Guantanamo Bay. If my sources are correct that effort is already underway.
I also hear the the Caliphate, which has been quiescent in the last several years, since their plot was exposed, is now gelling into reality. Witness the Middle East.
I too am concerned about the One World Government, Agenda 21, and Obama’s complicity with those movements, but I believe – and this my personal opinion – that we must address other threats first.

Posted on November 21, 2012 at 4:42pmI’m disappointed in the book. Not because it’s fiction, but because it leaves out so much about Agenda 21 and just concentrates on one character and goes around and around with just her little perspective, when there is so much more to tell. No, I don’t expect Beck to do it all — and any effort at exposing things is positive.
However, it must be admitted that Alex Jones has been exposing this for over ten years not (since “way back in 2011″, like Beck!). I admire Beck for much good that he has done, but he also has huge blindspots and the little pissy fight he picks with Jones is beneath him, and the big hype for Agenda 21, which comes across as a book for children, is also below par.

He killed as many or more than Hitler. He killed off whole sections of the Soviet countryside. Farmers who did not agree with collectivism and the taking of their farms were killed by the hundreds of thousands. Some areas of the country who were not conforming,… he simply cordoned off with troops and did not allow one speck of food to enter. Over a period of months and years…millions starved to death are were killed trying to leave the area. Some estimate Stalin killed 20 million of his own Russian people to further communism. Remember…..the UN is simply communism on a world wide scale.

Posted on November 20, 2012 at 10:45amIn plain site, Agenda 21 has already infiltrated even small towns. Special programs are offered to cities that are hard for them to pass up. The city/town is offered total financing or matching money if build multi-family housing complexes, or improve roads (one way pairs, roundabouts). The dirty secret is that when the city/town signs on, they agree to give up (forever) some of their tax revenues which go back to the sustainable development fund.
Other Agenda 21 projects that have been slipped into my life: I live in a third tier suburban area. Four years ago, the city started to send me bills for sewer and wastewater maintenance fees (even tho I live in a rural area with private septic and well). Also, my electric company – without my knowledge or approval – installed a “smart meter”. When I complained they said it was for my own good so I could analyze my consumption. This is a mechanism that could be use to charge me more if I use too much electricity. It’s all about control.

To assume the “young people” are going to rise up, assumes they aren’t yet indoctrinated. Well, if you believe that, you haven’t been paying attention. The only thing that will cause today’s young people to rise up will be the prohibition of video games, the banning chocolate milk and Mountain Dew and a societal demand that they make a contribution to something other than their own personal priorities. We have coddled these little a**wipes to the point that they expect more than they contribute. So short of a biblical scale miracle, I don’t have much in the way of expectations for our current crop of twenty and thirty somethings. Of course, I exclude from that statement those that have served in the military in the last 10-15 years, since they are the only people that understand the meaning of real sacrifice and honoring something larger than yourself. I am sure that there are others in the age group who are an exception as well, but my guess is that they are just that, the exception not the rule. I hope I am wrong, but I’m batting about 800 so far this year and I don’t see a slump in my immediate future.

Posted on November 20, 2012 at 3:30amSgt_Rock, I’ll try to paint a picture for you. People say that history repeats itself, but in reality, it’s more like history rhymes. It is still a pattern, an undertone that injects a degree of similarity. Hence, my personal history and its trajectory in a wider context.
I was born in 1954, Czechoslovakia. 6 years earlier, commies took over the country. They, of course, utilized the idealism of young people at the time to achieve their takeover. It was also a year after the show trials (1953) ended.
Side note. There was an interesting aspect with it. Years later, I discussed that period with my grandpah. He told me that in the morning when the sentences were announced in the newspaper, he suddenly felt like being transferred via time machine into the times of Nazi occupation. In the newspaper, the names of villains (actually highly positioned commies before trials initiated from Moscow started), were accompanied by “Jew”, followed by the sentence (most of them capital punishment). My grandpah commented that apparently commies did love Jews, but only dead ones.
The school system was indoctrination from the elementary school to post gradual degree. Relentless. By the time I was 10, I already figured the score. It is possible that because I was such a hungry bookworm, I had a head start, and I learned how to filter out marxist fodder from non-fiction and news (reading between lines).

Indoctrination or not, it stopped influencing my worldview and philosophy when I was 10. My peers usually got the scope of things by he age of 16. I was also ahead of my father who was a member of the KSC (commie party, there were about 3 other paties, but only token ones for appearences and under total control by KSC). Four years later, in 1968, when Soviet Army invaded, he was already an anti-commie, though still a member of KSC because it was a requirement for his job (military counter-intel, lt. colonel). However, at the time, he was already looking for another profession, and started stydying law. His anti-occupation stance in 1968 and 1969 got him fired, and nearly got me and my brother expelled from a high school, but the principal changed the next school year and he was a decent guy and threw the expulsion recommendations into a trashcan.
My class had 34 students, and only 3 of them were certifiable commies. The rest varied from a distaste to disgust to outright revulsion for the regime. The makeup in other classes was similar. That translates to 9% of indoctrination success. Why?
There were several factors involved. One was, of course, the rebellion of young generation. The another was that if you weren’t a moron, the discrepancy between proclaimed ideals and reality was stark. Even many morons got that.

It’s my contention that if the invasion did not happen, Czechoslovakia was poised to end the commie experiment in the span of a few years, likely by 1970, after 22 years of worker’s paradise. It had to wait another 19 years, when the USSR lost its grip on the Eatern Block because of Reagan genius.
Let’s lay out some background info.
1. There was no welfare. None. You either had a job (pretending that you are working while gimmint pretended paying you), or if you were 6 months without one, you were deemed a parasite and locked up in prison (a labor camp, in fact).
2. Free health care–was not free. You paid for it in taxes. Though personal taxes were between 29% to 36%, there was a retail tax that was levied on anything beside food. Some items had up to a 1200% tax (like consumer electronics, power hardware, building material, plumbing and electrical components). A decent pair of jeans was about 2/5 of an average monthly income (2000 Ckr). A car was taxed at 600%. Thus the regime got their sure cut. Because the HC was rationed, with long wait time, a black market developed. If you had money, livestock, imported liquor or other items of value, you got ahead of the line. Socialism was an ideal system for corruption to blossom. And there was rampant “nationalization” (= stealing; building supplies, between wholesale and retail if one –not all people but a significant portion — had a job in between, and so on).

The demograhic-political makeup–about 2% of population belonged to nomenclatura. That covered higher levels of party appartchicks and their spawn. They lived like feudal princes. The serfs — that is the rest, shared their poverty. In some countries it was very bad, Czechoslovakia had one of the highest standard of living amongst Eastern Block, but it was still a poverty in comparison with the West.
No middle class to speak of. The monthly incomes ranged from 1200 Ckr (day care staff) to 7000 Ckr (CEOs, generals). However with the black market appearance in mid-60′s, some people acquired a bit of wealth (smugglers, black marketers and currency traders). The regime first tried to go after them, but later, in 70′s they realized that it is a necessary “evil” to keep the consumer discontent somewhat in check. They went after the big fish, unless they “shared” with the people in right places, e.g. paid protection money. Of course, for the nomenclatura, there were practically no limits. Separate health care, perks (provisioned cars, houses or apartments rent free, trips to resorts in the West (not entirely free, they had to do some intel related tasks).
They moved through the country in their black limousines like it belonged to them, policemen stopping traffic for them not to get inconvenienced. They had heir resorts that were inaccessible to general public, gated and guarded. Many of them were total morons that excelled in one thing only–parotting the party

Another important element was that people were able to make a comparison. There was still alive the generation that lived before the revolution, and also people had access to information from the West. Regime jammed VoA, DW, BBC and other radio stations, but TV servicemen, for a right fee, were able to set you up with TV signals from Austria and Germany. These could not have been jammed for technical and other reasons, so people watched and could discern the difference in the lifestyle. Despite Austria being relatively poorer of the nearby countries, the contrast was rather obvious.
The most anti-commie segment of population was concentrated amongst artists. Yeah, sounds like total inversion of US entertainment industry, but it was a fact that most of musicians, actors, writers and visual artists couldn’t stomach the regime at all. Some of the reasons: The average artist income did not differ from the income in other sectors. The regime had guidelines for artistic expression (socialistic realism, restrictions on “western influences”) and artists are generally non-conformists. If you were not accepted to regime controlled guilds, you couldn’t sell through distribution channels. Selling privately coud land you in a jail and often did. There was no room for private enterprise in the legal system and taxation, so the regime nailed an enterprising artist on tax evasion (unless again, the artist knew whom to pay protection money).
More later….

Feminism was considered a part of West’s bourgeois decadence. Though there was a formal Women’s movement organizations, their goals were strictly defined by the party ideologues. The regime presumed that traditional family is a base unit of society, provided that it is fully converted or compliant with the ideological prerogatives as all members are concerned. The demographic decline was viewed as a negative factor, because that meant that the serf base was shrinking, which meant lesser GDP figure share for the nomenclatura. The nomenclatura viewed the serf as an investment, in a true feudalism/slavery parallel. Sexual lifestyles outside the norm (homosexuals/lesbians) were viewed as deviant and not desirable.
Minorities were suffered and often suppressed, because they were inherently in opposition to the desired sameness of the population and an outlier factor. Compliant figureheads were appointed, but only for appearances, their actual task was to erase any diversity, for the sake of manufacturing the new socialist man, a cattle-like creature that does as is told without any sign of resistance or opposition. The more equal Party animals knew what is required, proper and desirable.
The people were told the are free, but it really meant as long as they knew their boundaries or corrals. Yes, you were free to peddle communism without restrictions. Anything else was deemed a mental disorder

The now so called 20 year olds for the most part were taught in school that they are special and failure is no longer a politically correct word. I failed plenty as a young person and that is what is needed to learn what works and what doesn’t. How can you fail if everything is handed to you by your parents and then your government. Failure builds character. An honest days work for an honest wage is a thing of the past…try selling that idea to a 20 year old.

There are reasons to believe that for the majority of youth, a full blown Obamunism with turn off ay acquired leftism. It would take a while, but I am convinced that it is bound to happen. There are some factors that would influence the duration of Obamunism, but it carries seeds in itself for its own destruction. I can’t predict some factors like successful implementation of Agenda 21 — how that would work out, but the social engineers will get the day of reckoning and it won’t be purdy for them.

You must admit that I did try to have dialogs with you. I don’t even remember my first post to you… do you? Since Nov 7th however, I have noticed a big change in people here. In the Ron Paul supporters I have just seen a lot of blaming a no solutions or dialogs. Some posters here have just given up all hope. And, I’m not “n the tank for moderate republicans”. And, I’m not looking to hate any Ron Paul supporter. I was just trying to give both of you a little nudge to wake both of you up.
But, don’t worry. It won’t happen again. And if you go back and read your posts you will find the ” points or facts that hopefully get people to realize the real problems and solutions for this country” are gone now. So sad.

Posted on November 20, 2012 at 7:26amby the way monk, i dont think you understood my original post…..People are upset about Agenda 21 because Glenn said so. But we have been saying so for years – part of the reason we supported Ron Paul. It’s really cultish for someone to buy into what a guy on the radio says, and when other people say it and provide links, they disregard it…..But Ron Paul suporters are the ones called cultish???
In addition to Agenda 21, another big thing is Builderberg global elites. But Glenn ridicules people who are against Bilderberg….Unless someone is a hypocrite, they should be against both
Maybe if you get off your monk high horse you will understand what i am trying to say

I understood your original post and you are not completely correct IMHO.
I found out about Bilderberg from a story Glenn did on Maurice Strong.That was enough to start my own research and I have been well aware of it for over 3 years. As for this story on Agenda 21 there is a difference that you don’t see. Firstly, I saw Rosa Koire do her speech to the Tea Party on Agenda 21 live and it was me who introduced the GB staff to her. Secondly, Bilderberg is not at the local level and Agenda 21 is. Glenn is working with people at the local level to try to stop Agenda 21 because that is his market audience. Nothing can be done about Bilderberg at the local level and if you have listened to Glenn talk about the threats he’s received you might put 2 and 2 together. Last Mon, Nov 12, Glenn talked about threats to him on GBTV. But, since you don’t watch it you don’t know about it. Not everything he does in on The Blaze.
You have partial information so your analyses if not complete. I also don’t have a “high horse”.
There was no way RP was ever going to win. Look at what happened to Romney. If there are so many RINO citizens in the US,compared to Constitutional Libertarians, how come Romney lost?
I completely understand that you wanted a “sudden” reversal of where the US is heading but that is not possible and never was. Please keep up the good fight; the collapse is coming and is necessary.

Soy and I are the same person. He is also tech, Brother Winston, JustAngry and many others..I mean we are…I mean I am…I mean I don’t know anymore.
If Glenn Bo Peep Beck told you that snow was black, I think you would believe it. We can all agree that he has DRASTICALLY changed since he left the airwaves at FAUX NEWS. Judging by his life story, I’d say he is capitalizing on more opportunities to make money. I used to build my schedule around his 4pm show because he gave me so much hope, but after a few months it started to become (Bill) Kristol-clear to me that he was a snake-oil salesman.
that’s when I learned to think for myself. I wouldn’t say I’m happy…just more confident.

Actually, we are all the same person. There is only one Mind with the same Ego. It’s that Ego that believes in “belief” and separation. So I don’t believe in belief. I do not believe what anyone says. I find out the truth for myself or should I say, I have already found out the Truth. I really do feel your pain and confusion. I’ve been there. I can tell you that “disillusionment” is both painful AND necessary to overcome the “illusion” of separation. This is why the collapse is coming. It’s the only way for the people who are asleep to wake up.
One more thing, for Soybom315, have you had at least 2 other accounts here? I don’t want to know the names and would never repeat them here or anywhere anyways. I just want to prove to Soybom315 that I wasn’t lying to him. Thanks, and if I can be any help please let me know.

The Bilderberger “conspiracy” is not the root, it goes further than that, look up The Club of Rome, that is who controls the Bilderbergers (they are in many cases just a venue for the hapless who are being pre screened for further involvement) AND the UN & Agenda 21.

yes and no.
I made an account for only a day once, but no longer have access to it. So I don’t think you “recognized” me because I’m very distant from this stuff. I don’t even use email because as Ms. or Mr. big sis Napolitano says…”It’s not safe.”
I too thought that some of the libertarians were all the same person, but I don’t think so anymore. I doubt anybody has that much time.
I doubt I will be here very much longer because I’ve almost got everything I want to say out of me just to prove how futile it even is to care about such nonsense like politics. Then I won’t have access to this account either. That being said, don’t feel bad that you weren’t right because you weren’t wrong either.
As my FAVORITE Napolitano says, “there are more than two sides to every argument.”
Will the REAL Napolitano please stand up? Enjoy

Also, I hope you know I was just KIDDING about me and SOY because I don’t know what the hell you were talking about with “separation” and “confusion” or whatever. If there is anything to take seriously on the internet, it is to not take anything seriously on the internet because it is a huge waste of time.

Thanks for the reply. You should have access to your account in the future. Accounts, to my knowledge, are not removed if not used for a while. I see people come back and start posting after many months of not posting. Charles116 just came back the other day after many months away. He’s the guy with the avatar of George Zimmerman behind bars. Monks always look for a third solution…. the 2 solution people are the relative “up and down”, “white and black”, “ugly and pretty”, “right and wrong”, etc people.
Judge Napolitano is a stand up guy. I’ve seen that video a few times. Anyways, it was nice meeting you. : )

I just have a knack for seeing things. Try reading my post again.. I was asking Longknifed to clarify one of my statements to you. That he posted under 2 different accounts. Which he has. I can’t help the knack I have for seeing things. I’m just a simple poster here with no powers.

I said you were incorrect because you never “saw” anything that I did. I didn’t leave any pattern for you to see because I wasn’t on it long enough. I had a different account for ONE day. Not much difference between having one account or having two accounts for a single day because it doesn’t make a dent on this site. You thought I was trolling it up before but thats not correct. Pretty soon I will permanently disable this account and not come back because the blaze really went downhill after it bashed RP. I see Beck losing everything in the next year, along with all the other neocons. We in the liberty movement won this small victory by pushing neoconservatism out of the mainstream. Schwing!!

Posted on November 19, 2012 at 10:52pmI wouldn’t equate that much of a level of competence to the UN army Slayer…the core French forces are formidable but small…the UN Blue Helmets are only effective when staffed with UK/Can/USA forces and led by US/Allied career officers. The UN is utterly toothless and ineffective if the US/UK/Can pull out of it.

It’s funny but lately all of my posts about Agenda 21 were not making it onto the Blaze for a couple of weeks…now I know why. Beck has a book on the subject.
Look up John Holdren, one of Obama’s Czars for some insight on how these new age eugenic Nazis think. His veiwpoint is not uncommon among the leftist elitist cabal in control of the EU (and other parts of the Western world). The UN is the key agency that will impliment this doctrine should it be allowed to “go forward”. Mass murder, starvation, war are but some of the methods being talked about for a rapid downsizing of the planets human population.

Posted on November 19, 2012 at 11:07pmAgreed Slayer….it said a lot about Obama when he appointed that lunatic to an important posting in his admin (among other highly questionable appointees). These folks are deciples of Margaret Sanger and George Bernard Shaw…….both of which were highly interested in the psuedo science of eugenics in the 20′s and 30′s. PP is nothing but an extention of Sangers veiwpoint when it came to the “minoirity” problem in America. The Nazis studied both Shaw and Sanger as well as another key US figure (Edward Bernays) which Goebells used as his model for the “propganda ministry” he would run with ruthless effectiveness.
