Because they don’t know this story “Bradford’s History of the Plymouth Settlement, 1608-1650,” aka “William Bradford’s Journal”, and aka “Of Plymouth Plantation”.

Written over a period of years by the leader of the Plymouth Colony in Massachusetts, William Bradford, Of Plymouth Plantation is the single most complete authority for the story of the Pilgrims and the early years of the Colony they founded. Written between 1630 and 1647, the journal describes the story of the Pilgrims from 1608, when they settled in the Netherlands through the 1620 Mayflower voyage, until the year 1647. The book ends with a list, written in 1650, of Mayflower passengers and what happened to them.

Here’s the thing about the libs – they essentially believe that if they occupy time and space of anything, that they alone can make it better. So why are they acting so illiterate as to not understand that they could make Thanksgiving and everyday like it a better day by not getting all allergic and superstitious by bringing up all the overemphasized and exaggerated negatives and instead emphasizing the positives. I’ll tell you why those libs don’t – it’s because they need racism to be in their cards. Without racism promoted and leveraged from their side, they will lose votes. They need people to volunteer to be sorted into their respective hyphenated color groups and suspicious of the majority color so that an 85% white democrat congress can keep them in those groups to be counted like cattle, compared to each other by numbers (not persons as individuals) and as a divided people – because a divided and suspicious populous is a controlled populous. Woe to the libs when their control groups figure this out, because it will be the end of their dominance over the minorities like pawns for bartering. I’m a minority by skin, but skin isn’t the measure of a person – it’s their spirit and their heart, and mine is American – in all her flaws and her successes combined. Because without those flaws and successes that brought us here, there would be no America to love. Nothing was perfect it’s first time out.

Well they weren’t fighting or dislikig each other on Thanksgiving. Who’s taeching this crap anyway a nd just where’d they get the information.What happened later is no different than in any other country in any other land of the entire world amd om any other race. That’s how it has always been and will always be.
As far as the racist holllering about white folks. Well they’re racists and need to be told they are racists.

The bad things that happened to the Native Americans were mostly the result of unintended things like the Native American’s lack of immunity and the liberal do-gooders of the day. The demand that they become just like the Europeans came from the politically correct crowd of the 16th thru 19th centuries. Only back in those days instead of the requirement to be pro gay marriage, pro abortion, pro environmentalism, and pro nanny state, you had to be pro church, pro king, and willing to “Know your place”. The politically correct rules are different in form but the mentality that is behind it is the same. The Priest forcing Indians to convert to Catholicism to save their souls is no different than the Greenies forcing us to buy crappy light bulbs and build windmills to save the planet. Both believe that they know better than everyone else and the think they have the RIGHT to make us all behave. If this were 1650, Debbie Wasserman Shults would be telling us we had to “Save” the natives and make them dress, talk, and act just like us.

Maybe those millions of hungry people can order some food with their SNAP cards on their free Obama phones. Who are these hungry people who haven’t figured out any of the many many free programs handing out food regularly?

The low income in my area of southern California drive better cars than my family, have better phones than my family, get free meals at school, and qualify for preschool where we do not. They also get discounted or free bus passes, discounted beach parking passes, discounted or free rent, discounted utility bills, and more job opportunities thanks to government subsidized job offerings. Low income is starting to sound pretty good.

DUDE: Could you start it? My husband needs a place to belong as well. I just told a person not from the USA that Thanksgiving was when some English People called “Pilgrims” cause they were on a pilgrimage, landed on Plymouth Rock cause it was Plymouth, Massachusetts and they came over from England on a ship called the Mayflower and they were sick as dogs and some Indians from the Wampanoag Tribe graciously took care of them with their Chief named Squanto for 40 YEARS had peaceful relationships and Squanto even helped them and showed them how to sustain themselves with corn. Thanksgiving is about 40 Years of Peace and Friendship. That is what we celebrate on Thanksgiving. I don’t know what all these other people are talking about at all. Sounds like they were told a horror story or something.

European settlers didn’t have to teach the following to the natives: war, murder, torture, rape, hate, envy, theft, slavery, misogyny, infanticide (and I could go on) because they had already been practicing these things.

And the European migration wasn’t much different from any of the other human migrations throughout history.

  It’s true. Natives had slaves. Enslaved each other. Tortured each other. Practiced murder, war, envy, strife, territorial rifts and many other things. Practiced sorcery, divination, witchcraft. I studied Native Culture pre Columbus and traveled in Native North America for 10 years. I watched their practices. The Romanticizing of the North American Natives has got to stop. Thomas Mann wrote a book called, “1491″ in which he chronicled the cruelty of Natives from North America all the way down through Mexico, Central and South America. Mel Gibson made a movie called, “Apocalyto” in which he chronicled the Mayan civilization with its human sacrificing, blood letting, murder, enslavement, murder and torture of those around them. That is just the Mayans. The Aztecs and Toltecs were equally murderous. These people worshipped Satan himself. Whatever they got they deserved.

It seems pretty simple. One group is looking for and believing in the best that mankind has to offer. The other group is looking for the worst and using that to justify their own actions. One group believes that good will triumph over evil through justice. The other group believes that “some” humans are parasites on this planet and must be destroyed through revenge. Light versus dark. Guess which group the progressives are in?

Speaking from experience, I can tell you that it is so difficult to be a a white, male, American these days. I can’t get ANY of the breaks and feel like I lost the Lottery of Life. It feels like everybody else in the world is better off than me.

  When all is said and done, you will have made your way in life. You will not have to blame another person for anything. No one will be able to claim credit for your success. You will have achieved what some people believe should just be handed to them… a good life with all of its challenges and rewards.
  
  Or, you can bet on winning the lottery and see how that goes. I think you’ll do better with the first course of action, though. That way, you can rely on yourself, instead of luck. You are probably much more reliable.
