Texas Student Successfully Defies ‘Total Surveillance State,’ Citing ‘Mark of the Beast’

The idea of being tracked wherever one goes by a government computer chip may sound like something out of Science Fiction dystopia films like “V for Vendetta” or “Total Recall,” but apparently, it’s actually happening. And at least one Texas high school student has embarked on a mission to stop it.

Meet Andrea Hernandez, a sophomore at Texas’ John Jay High School Science and Engineering Academy, and a resistor against a new program there that enables the school to track its pupils:

Texas Student Andrea Hernandez Wont Wear Satanic RFID Microchip Embedded Badge

The proposed “tracking” method would require students to wear badges containing Radio Frequency Initiation (RFID) chips, and then track the chips embedded in the badges, presumably as a means of ensuring students don’t play hooky or go off-campus without permission, etc.

The “badge” Hernandez would be required to wear (Photo Credit: NBC Latino)

But Hernandez refuses to play along with the badges, even braving the threat of expulsion to do so. Why? Because she believes they’re Satanic, according to the blog God Discussion:

The choice has not been without controversy, as several parents have come forward with negative comments regarding their children.

Hernandez is claiming religiousΒ principlesΒ for refusing to carry her ID card, stating that she believes it is satanic, specifically calling it the β€œmark of the beast,” in reference to one of the interpretations of Christian biblical prophecy as outlined in the apocalyptic book, Revelation.

And while Hernandez’s reasons might strike some as odd, she’s having more success than one might initially expect, due partially to legal support from the nonprofit Rutherford Institute, which just successfully blocked her expulsion in court. Russia Today reports:

Andrea Hernandez was told she’d beΒ expelledΒ from John Jay High School’s Science and Engineering Academy in San Antonio starting next week if she insists any further on disobeying a new policy that requires students to wear ID badges equipped with tiny Radio Frequency Identification (β€œRFID”) chips. Now attorneys with the Rutherford Institute say Hernandez has been granted a temporary restraining order that will prohibit the Northside Independent School District from relocating the student to another facility.

β€œThe court’s willingness to grant a temporary restraining order is a good first step, but there is still a long way to go β€” not just in this case, but dealing with the mindset, in general, that everyone needs to be monitored and controlled,”Rutherford Institute President John Whitehead says in a statement.

β€œRegimes in the past have always started with the schools, where they develop a compliant citizenry. These β€˜Student Locator’ programs are ultimately aimed at getting students used to living in a total surveillance state where there will be no privacy, and wherever you go and whatever you text or email will be watched by the government.”

[...]

According to San Antonio’s KENS5 News, a judge gave Hernandez a temporary restraining order from the school district and ruled on Wednesday that the principal’s orders to make the surveillance mandatory were a violation of the student’s speech and religion.

NBC Latino has also filed a video report on Hernandez’s religion-focused protest against this new program. It can be watched below:

In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Find out more HERE.

Just fyi – if you put something with an RFID tag in the microwave for 5 seconds, you’ll short it out and render it inoperable.

This has got Satan’s fingerprints all over it. First teachers started monitoring the location of students with so called “attendance” sheets which show where kids were and when. Now they want kids to wear these transponders which show when the kid passes certain checkpoints. Next step, satanic practices such as ritual animal sacrifice (the bad kind, not the Biblical kind).

I do not believe what Walid says about Islam and this is why I say that

      (1) Isaiah 17:1, Zech 12, Psalm 83 & Ezekiel 38, 39 are all defeats for Islam and they are big enough defeats to weaken Islam enough that it wont be a world power.

      (2) If it is an Islamic anti christ then the very second an Islamic anti christ enters the Holies of Holies and proclaims himself to be God the entirety of Islam would be instantly at war with him.

      (3) For there to be a temple that has a Holy of Holy in it, means there is no real resistance from Islam to the Hebrews building a third temple. No anti christ that comes from Islam would support a temple being built.

It cannot be an Islamic anti chrits

Yeah this may NOT have something to do with Satan HOWEVER, YES IT DOES on the principle that this would be getting people at a young age used to life under surveliance. If they were to allow this then years from now once living under surveliance is the norm and the Government (who Satan would be running through a man then) chooses to try and make EVERYONE carry those RFID chips for SAFETY then it would already be a standard of legality and no one would have the right to fight it!

Well California has a 2/3rds majority in Sacramento, so I wonder what they’ll cook up next…maybe this and more. We tried the SMART card while on my 2000 Western Pacific Deployment on the John C. Stennis, when we returned enmasse after a port o call, the system locked up and could not process us onboard fast enough thus a long line onthe pier formed making for on good terror target, they finally pulled the plug and we went back to the old fashioned way of embarking. Military (photo) ID.

This system is not going away, they’ll find another way to push it at us. Watch what happens after the kid comes up missing right after school. They need to have everyone accounted for in this new and improved global economy coming to a nation near you. Something dreadful will have to happen before the people will submit, I would venture to guess that that would be the collapse of the dollar, enter in the electronic credits system/deductions from your bank account via a chip in your hand. Why? when a bar code would’ve sufficed? Something is strange about that. On the back it says that it is an official government ID, however I tried to use it going through airport security and they wouldnt except it. Even though the TSA have them also. Sound crazy? It may not seem satanic, because we just think of it as a political ideology or policies or system of government, but the atheist aspect of the communist ideology is actually very satanic, in that it totally denies God’s existence in all His aspects and the people that take on power in the system come to view themselves as God, and they have no belief in any kind of accountability to God for good or evil done by man, and they begin to act without a conscience. I highly reccomenf a book called “Tortured for Christ” by Richard Wurmbrand, a Christian who was imprisoned in Romania during Stalin’s rule. It is not a very long book and worth the time. Wow,Amen to that! My city is a ICLEI City, that is rapidly changing into a Urban Ghetto built around a train station. Community Preservation Act has been implemented, it charges property owners a surcharge over and above their property taxes. Developers are being given all kinds of incentives to build mixed use
low income housing, which puts a burden on public services, police, fire, school system, water, sewerage etc. We currently have a 6 PUD (Planned Unit Development) per acre, which is being pushed to a 20 PUD. Non-elected city planners can over ride the city council! WTH.

@KEATON..New Age and Occultists teach that..but when you get into the word..Gen.4:1: β€œAnd Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain ” So all the arguments for twins, fraternal or any other are moot. Gen 4:2: β€œThen she bore again, this time his brother Abel.. As for the marks of the beast..Revelations 13:17 and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. REV 7:2 And I saw another angel ascend from the sunrising, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a great voice to the four angels to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,Rev 7:3 saying, “Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees until we have sealed the bond-servants of our God on their foreheads.” So Lucifer will seal his own either on the forehead or the hand..but they will have to be willing to accept it..and God will seal His own toward the last upon their foreheads..but one taking the Luciferian Seal..will not receive the seal of God..

Jesus came to earth as a man and died for our sins..rose the 3rd day…and lives..he offers us life eternal..You can choose this world..but that is all you will ever have..Blessings.

The word you are referring to (Χ™Χ‘Χ£) actually means to add to or do again. It does not necessarily imply “to continue” as you propose. Yes, there are some beliefs within the Jewish community that Cain and Abel were twins. I believe that to be a story loosely based on reason but it doesn’t really have any bearing upon the truth.

As for Cain being born from a union of Eve and the serpent (Satan according to Christianity) that is completely wrong. I don’t know if you realize it or not but that belief is a staple of White Supremacists. They teach that all Jews are the offspring of this supposed union between Eve and “Satan.” The “Kenites” (Χ§Φ΅Χ™Χ Φ΄Χ™) may or may not be descendents of Cain. There is no real proof one way or another.

Well here I go with my opinion the mark of the beast will not be a chip in you IF people would read the Bible with understanding it mens in your mind that you follow satan and do evil just like GODS SEAL is in our minds that what in the forehead means not marks on the outside visible to the eye.I have the Seal of GOD in me it’s studying His word and it’s in my heart which means mind and satan can’t read our minds. So if some want to believe this stuff your choice that is why you can’t listen to people READ IT FOR YOURSELF at least try but that is also why cherry picking scripture is not good they take a verse and go with it read the whole chapter to know the subject or article of what they are talking about the WHO,WHAT,WHEN,WHERE and WHY.When it talks of a mark in the hand it means your using your hands to further satans evil it’s not a number or a chip or a stamp on your hand but hey GOD said IF you want to believe a LIE I’ll allow a whole flood of them notice He said ALLOW not that He would have the person or whoever do the lying but will ALLOW THEM to lie they have free will just like all of us do so you either believe them or GODS WORD your ship you get to sail it.But be prepared to answer for whatever we do we will be held accountable INDIVIDUALLY good, bad or otherwise.Ok I’m done. That is why I use the Companion Bible and a Strongs Concordance you can take words back to the original meaning whether Hebrew,Greek,Latin,Aramaic some words don’t mean the same in engl

Not true – it will be a chip. The mark of the beast. And it will happen to the generation who understands it. WE understand the technology. It already exists – what do you think the GPS thing they implant animals with is? The devil will simply use the technology WE created to enslave us.

However, this story is correct. They are beginning in the schools to get the kids used to being under surveillance. Once used to that it will seem LOGICAL to have a chip implanted to do all your banking, purchasing or travel.

We’ll be told how SAFE it is! How we’ll never have to WORRY about theft again! We’ll never have to worry about misplacing it!

Plus, I’m sure they’ll wrap it in a flag and tell people if they don’t use it they are unpatriotic – or worse! Why, only criminals or terrorists would refuse to be chipped! After all, only someone who is up to no good would hide what they are doing. Right?

Mark of the Beast, in end times:
      1. Needed to buy or sell
      2. In hand or forehead or both. Many denominations interpret this as not a thing, but symbolic for what one believes and does. Iindicating whom/what one worships. Some denominations believe in the end, it will be a political/religious power. Some denominations interpret that as the USA after taking upon itself the power over individual choice of worship. I guess time will tell. But it’s not a tracking card.

We don’t have to agree on specifics. There are reasons we all interpret the Scriptures in slightly different ways. But we all agree it’s about love and forgiveness.
GOURD and KIWI, you don’t get it yet. The Bible is like no other book. It is a very personal read. I used to read a verse here or there and it never really made much sense. Till last year as a New Year’s resolution, I decided to read the entire Bible. I was tired of hearing people’s interpretation of what was in it, so I’m reading it myself. Everyone will have an individual journey with it that will grow with every time you read it. More is being revealed these days, so if you read it before, read it again and again. The One Year Bible( NIV) version is a great way to start. One day at a time. Don’t give up.

      Hang it on the cat

      Leave it in a car

    Few Random Thoughts

-It’s not satanic but definetly an invasion of privacy.
-If i am skiping school or ditching class i would just go to the libary stick the card in a book and walk out, Or give it to a friend
-Why is this taking place in Texas but being reported on in the Russian Journal
-Are the teachers wearing them also, I’m sure union would get right behind that(sarcasam)
-Instead of taking the satanic approach she should have played the racial discrimination card or womens rights card

-Lastly I’ve said this my entire life and see it more and more everyday, Facisim begins in the shools and if you want to see tyranny in action you don’t have to look anywhere else.

@Gourdy That is why, when they try to pass a law that sounds logical but restrains you as a citizen, you should approach it with a bit of trepidation. Examples; Seat Belt laws, cell phone laws, etc. As soon as law enforcement has something to cite you on they can perform a Terry Stop, and search the car. Here in Wa. St. we passed Marijuana Legalization. I’m for it if it would alleviate the WAR on DRUGS at the bordors; however it will give the cops another reason to search vehicles if they just catch so much as a whiff.
